Great, trustworthy experience

I didn't end up needing any intervention with my shipping experience but appreciate the option to cover lost packages for a minimal fee, especially as we get into the late and lost package holiday season. When I thought the cupholders weren't included, I reached out to them and then we found them and they were very responsive and thankful that I let them know. Everything is fine.

I've only used old school gates you have to step over... Being able to just walk through is so nice... The one, somewhat significant problem I have with them is the gate door is VERY narrow. The locking mechanism makes it almost impossible to function one handed with a baby in the others. The gate is not self closing and hard to open with only one hand. My son came over and one yank it was off. I definitely will pay a little more money now for something more stable.

Regalo gates at stairs raise safety alarms; hardware-mount recommended
We use the Regalo at the top of our stairs and it works great -- you do need to install it to the wall however... There is no law that it needs to be hardware mounted but I absolutely would not trust a pressure mounted gate in that placement. We have the Summer Infant top of stairs gate for the top of our stairs and a regalo pressure mounted one for the bottom.
