We have been using the bouncer for couple of weeks now and it's very easy to wash and baby is happy when he is on his bouncer.

Useful for reflux and daily convenience
I didn't buy one and we had to end up getting one because our baby had reflux and needed to be upright after eating. Sometimes you just have to put the baby down and we didn't want him vomiting/spitting up all in his nose, etc. It's super handy and likes being in it way more than being on his back, we got the ergo evolve.

Loved it, looks new, baby climbs and bounces, washable
We LOVED the ergo one, and I feel like it looks good as new after a lot of use whereas a lot of the baby bjorn ones look pretty beat up for some reason. Also once my baby was mobile she loved climbing on it and bouncing herself. Cover is removable and washable.

Infant insert useful, but baby couldn't bounce himself
I have ergobaby bouncer and we used the infant insert for quite a bit but it's not as easy for the baby to bounce himself in it as the baby bjorn. I was under the impression that they were same. Go with baby bjorn.

Daily life saver, well-made for future kids
We have the evolve bouncer and use it every day! I am sure a cheaper bouncer would get the job done as well, but we got the evolve as a gift. It's been a life saver. I can't speak to its longevity but it seems well made and we plan to keep it for future children.

Newborn insert, soft material, sturdy, and poop helper
I did end up buying the Ergobaby bouncer and we LOVE it so much that we hope to keep it for our next baby. The newborn insert was one of my favorite features as well. I didn't have to worry about my baby sliding around or being unsupported. I also like how soft the material is while the hardware part is very sturdy. My baby loves to go number two sitting in this bouncer, so I give it extra points for that too haha.
