Recommendation for compact stroller for big toddler in small car
The Dream on Me Coast Rider is great for bigger kids and folds relatively small. My son is 99th percentile for height and weight and fits fine. It’s not super padded so it wouldn’t be great for napping, and there is no canopy or basket (EDIT: they sell a canopy separately). But it's super light and easy to push. We use it for travel and love it.

Stroller recommendation for a 6-year-old with stamina issues
I got the Dream on Me Coast Rider in navy for my just-turned-5 year old. He's 45lbs and 44 inches tall and fits fine. The stroller converts to a rider and a scooter too. I push him in the rider mode a lot. It folds flat but I wouldn't call it an umbrella fold. Fits in my trunk easily and is very light. It steers well. I have no complaints so far, but wish it had a peekaboo window or a clip on fan lol.
