Smead end tab file folders are sturdy but expensive; cheaper alternatives available
If it were me I wouldn't go with a fancy option like that unless I was an office with dozens of employee files or a doctors office with medical files. For $40 you can get a box of 25 file folders, they come with labels and you place the label on the side so you can see it from the shelf. Alternatively you can do rollover expandable file folders, they have a flap, you insert your files and they have a tab on the side for labeling, also a box of 25 is less than $40. I'm a big believer in spending as little as possible on organization, just enough to get the job done. Nothing flashy
