Gaiam Restore Cold Therapy Rolling Massager - Stainless Steel 360° Muscle Roller with Ergonomic Grip

This is a great little massager and I got a few cracks in a hard to reach place. It's a bit tricky to get correct placement so I tied a string to the middle so I could use it against the wall and not have to get down on the floor but it's is not as deep of a massage standing up. I have a rib cartilage problem so this reduced trips to the chiropractor. I'd probably get one with handles extending from the sides if I were to buy again. The price was very reasonable and there is a hole in it to pump it up firmer as well. Pretty cool little toy and what I do love,is that it doesn't take up much space.

I can get movement on spine with this roller great on pin pointing muscles. Worth the money use it every day have wore out two this Is my third one .

This Gaiam roller is made of hard plastic, sorta shaped like a small dumbbell, and is designed primarily to be rolled along the spine. This probably would be best for people who love to get deep tissue massages or have really tight and tense muscles! I enjoy using it, but i'd also have to say it's not the best back roller out there.

Love this roller! After ten minutes lying on this one, I can start to feel my spine properly aligning itself. Of course, those ten minutes arent comfortable but I am hardly in pain. Its the perfect size to stretch your upper and mid back without hurting your spine. The only caveat is instead of doing a sit up, I have had to roll either to the right or left side in order to get off.I wish they would make the roller more oblong so that I can really dig out the knots, but otherwisd it is a very very useful recovery device! Now my back feels lighter and less crunchy after a challenging work out.

Massage therapist here and this is absolutely my favorite self-care tool of them all, and I have many. I use it most for rolling up and down the spine but also use it to work on my hips, opening the SI joints and as a trigger point inducer/cranial cradle. I tend to lay on it and let my body weight do the work as opposed to squatting against a wall (which is another great way to use it, but cannot get as deep as putting your body weight on it.)I seriously recommend it to all my clients.

This device is great! I place it at the base of my neck and just roll on it until it reaches my butt. I get all kinds of cracks and pops and pressure relief! I have the neck cradle from the same company and it’s an amazing device as well. Pair these two together and you get some great pressure relief.

I've had one like this before and they work great if they don't show up broken.
