Thank you Stellar Product Testinng Panel for giving me this smart sense bassinet! This bassinet is amazing! We’ve only had it for a week or so but so far so good!! Firstly, I love the height - my husband and I are quite tall and find it very uncomfortable constantly bending down to the bassinet and crib and love that this is the perfect height for us to not have to break our back every time we’re putting our baby down! I love the look! It is so stylish, simple and elegant with the wooden legs. I love that the bassinet is a bit larger than usual because it gives my baby enough space to kick and stretch as well as sleep! And last but certainly not least! I love the smart sense and manual option for vibration, soothing noises and rocking! It helps my baby sleep so much better both for nap time and at night! Now she’s only waking up to feed once and the rest of the time she is either sleeping or being rocked back to sleep! I’m so happy we got this product and definitely recommend for all parents looking for a little break at night.

The bassinet was very easy to setup and took only a few minutes. It came with a sheet which is helpful. The mattress is firm and feels like it will hold up well over time. My daughter seems comfortable laying in the bassinet. She loves the rocking and vibration feature on the bassinet and it seems to put her right to sleep. With 3 kids under the age of 5, I find this feature extra helpful. The cry detection has also come in handy frequently and seems to do a good job detecting crying and soothing my daughter back to sleep. The bassinet does make a small amount of noise when rocking but I do not notice it with a sound machine on. This bassinet has definitely helped me get more sleep! Overall, I recommend this bassinet to families looking for a smart bassinet that is modern looking and affordable.

Let me tell you this bassinet, certainly came in handy, especially for my newborn, who is born early. Our little one loves to have that rocking motion when getting fussy help soothe then to sleep and it can be difficult for me sometimes as I also have a 3 year old to take car of So when I put our newborn in the Smartsoothe Bassinet, she started to fuss and the bassinet started to move and play a soft melody. My newborn was happy and so was I! I was able to help my 3 year old and take care of things around the house. The bassinet was easy to assemble and is comfortable for my baby as she just drifts off to sleep while in it. The sounds are relaxing and you can tell when it moves it is soft. I am so grateful that I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, I was really impressed with this bassinet which surprised me because of many other negative reviews online. I had my doubts but now after testing the bassinet myself, it seems that the company took the negative reviews and worked out the "kinks" that other people were having issues with. The bassinet was incredibly easy to assemble. It took me less than ten minutes, and that was even with my two-year-old handing me the parts as we went along. As someone who is very much into classic, neutral looks, I could not get over how gorgeous the bassinet is. It goes with any decor and any color scheme in my opinion. Most bassinets can tend to be an eye sore, but that is not the case with this one. The metal legs have a very realistic wood-looking finish that I was very impressed by. It should be said that my children do not tend to enjoy sleeping alone. And while the bassinet did not change this, I do not fault the bassinet but instead blame it on my kids always wanting to sleep right next to myself or their dad. My two-month-old did, however, enjoy being in the bassinet awake. She seemed to really like the vibration and swaying motion. She was very content for quite some time which was a huge help to me and gave me the opportunity to get a couple of things done around the house. The cry detect feature and soothing sounds were very appealing but did not fully "comfort" my little one. As I mentioned earlier, my kids are very attached to me, so I would not fault this to the bassinet. I appreciated how soothing the sounds were and that the highest volume level is still relatively quiet compared to other things we have used in the past. The fabric and mattress were wonderful! The mattress is very firm while still comfortable and with a similar feeling as memory foam. My kiddo enjoyed laying on the mattress awake. I had noticed with negative reviews that others had mentioned the swaying motion was too loud and squeaked, but we did not experience this. We were very impressed with the swaying motion and did not notice a squeak at all even when I placed my baby in different locations on the mattress. In terms of what I like most about the bassinet, I really love the aesthetic. It has a beautiful design that even my husband noticed and complimented! It looks very high end at an affordable price point. I also really love the mesh siding as it helps to alleviate any concern for babe's breathing should she get herself in a position with her face against the sides of the bassinet. If your child is comfortable sleeping alone, I believe this product is five star worthy and absolutely worth purchasing. As someone whose children will not sleep solo in a bassinet, I still highly recommend this product. It is going to be a great help in giving me some hands-free time while my little one can comfortably hang out and enjoy the sounds/movements.

This is one of the coolest baby products I've seen so far! I am a huge tech guy, so this product was right up my ally. I will give the caveat that I've only used this bassinet for a week or so, but it's been great so far! I'll also mention that my baby has already been sleeping well at 3 months, so evaluating exactly how much this has helped my baby sleep is difficult to measure. Pros- this product has seemed to help my baby sleep a little bit better, meaning my wife and I also sleep a little better(happy wife, happy life). This product also has a sound machine built in, which is very nice when it comes to limiting how many things we would need to put my baby to sleep. This bassinet also looks very sleek and stylish compared to others that we've used/seen. It can actually sit out in the open and not be an eye sore. The actual smart tech that activates when my baby starts to cry is pretty neat and works well. Extremely quick and easy set up. Cons- this is not necessarily a negative yet, but there are other people that have claimed the rocking of the bassinet starts to creak after using it for a while, although that hasn't happened to me yet. But I'm definitely nervous it's going to at some point. Sometimes if my toddler is near the bassinet, and the crying/rocking mode is on, my toddlers whining will trigger the rocking mechanism, even if my baby isn't crying herself. It does have to be plugged in, so that limits where you can set it up. It also has the plug in and cord, which look somewhat cluttery if not hid well. This bassinet also lacks any storage that others I've seen and used have had. Overall, great product. I gave it 4/5 stars for the concern that it's going to have problems with creaking at some point on the future. Although that may be an unfair critique since it hasn't happened yet. Either way, I am likely to recommend this product to my friends in the future. Especially for parents of newborns and first time parents! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this bassinet. My initial opinion was that this bassinet looked very high-end and aesthetically pleasing. The assembly of this item was very simple and easy to put together. After reviewing the manual, I was able to test out each function. I was surprised to see there was a Bluetooth feature that allows you to play your playlist to the bassinet. It also has a sound machine feature with adjustable volume buttons. My baby really enjoys the swaying feature while listening to the white noise. There is also a feature that detects baby’s cry and will start swaying. This feature allows me to have some hands free time and I know my baby is safe and comfortable. I appreciate that the bassinet came with a sheet. It’s very comfortable and my baby seemed content. My only qualm with the bassinet is that the buttons are a little hard to press. I had to press the buttons multiple times for them to properly work. That’s why I gave this product 4 stars. But overall it’s a great bassinet that is cost effective for what it does.

So happy to receive this bassinet to test from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This is such a good looking bassinet with great features! It has a more compact design which can nicely fit beside a bed and it was also very easy to put together which was a big plus! The fabric on the walls is breathable and very soft. The mattress is also much nicer than most, it is firm but also a bit plush making it much comfier for baby. Our baby loves the rocking, vibrate and white noise features the most. Definitely has helped to soothe him back to sleep! We love that it has the unique cry defect feature, but unfortunately that didn’t work for our little guy. If your baby is more of a fussy baby it won’t come on until they fully cry. Other than that, we loved the Graco SmartSense Bassinet and highly recommend!

As a mom of 4, I knew the sweet sleepy newborn from the hospital would come home and have a rough couple of nights figuring out sleep! From the comfortable, breathable fabric, the beautiful aesthetic, the soothing features- this thing seemed too good to be true. My girl has been using the bassinet for weeks now. She sleeps peacefully, waking only to nurse. Our favorite feature is the vibration- it is the perfect soothing to keep our girl snoozing after a midnight feed. The cry detect sensor has been a lifesaver when mom’s hands are full and baby is fussy. She enjoys laying in the bassinet and enjoying the rocking motion along with the soothing sounds. She is a happy camper and mom is able to get dinner made for the big kids while baby is in a safe comfortable place. My overall impression of this bassinet is highly impressed. I was always skeptical of baby products that “do” too much but this is the perfect balance of simple looks and modern amenities. My baby is very fickle when it comes to sleeping in a bassinet, this bassinet changed the game for us & made getting him to nap and sleep through the night so much easier! First off, this bassinet is aesthetically beautiful; it matches with the interior of my home with its neutral colors and can easily be moved from room to room. The mattress inside is so soft and feels like a memory foam, which my baby seems to love! The white mesh on the exterior is pretty but I do wish it was less solid so I could see through to my baby while he’s sleeping. I love the cry detect feature, im so impressed that the bassinet will sense my son’s cry and it will soothe him with vibration and soft swaying. So amazing! I love this feature the most because as a mom who works from home I don’t always have the hands to sooth my baby while I’m taking a meeting so it’s nice that this bassinet can do that for me when I’m in a pinch. It’s also great that you can customize the soothing features by adjusting the level of intensity. There’s also buttons for music and white noise with volume controls, my son seems to love the white noise feature, it definitely helps him doze off. I received the SmartSense Soothing Bassinet because of the stellar review panel. I will preface with the fact that my baby is VERY picky about bassinets! Let’s start with putting it together, as it comes disassembled. The directions could have been more user friendly but I eventually figured it out and it took me about 30 mins to assemble. It’s very modern and fashionable (nothing like a big clunky item in your house). Once I put baby in the bassinet and turned the vibration and swing settings- baby was all smiles! It also has the SmartSense feature where it listens for cries and with adjust accordingly! My personal favorite part is that you can play your music from your phone via Bluetooth! No more leaving your phone close by playing music. I would certainly recommend this bassinet to anyone looking for one. The advanced features , in my opinion, are worth every penny!

This is a beautiful bassinet that is easy to move around the house. My son sleeps well in it. The music is soothing and the rocking isn’t super fast. The controls are touch sensitive, and look very classy. The controls are easy to understand and set up. The cry detector feature has been amazing for us, especially when I am in the kitchen cooking dinner. If he starts to get fussy, the rocking motion will start and calm him down. Now, this doesn’t calm him down every single time he starts crying, but even if it works 50% of the time to soothe him, that is a help to me! The fabric is soft, the netting around the bassinet is breathable. Overall, my little one has been comfy and has enjoyed his new bassinet. We love it! I was given this bassinet to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I've been using it for about 3 weeks. First off, I love the aesthetic of this bassinet. Gorgeous finishes that would match any home decor. The product was slightly difficult to assemble, but I still managed to get it done by myself. Once put together it felt really solid. I like how discreet the cord that plugs into the wall is. When it comes to the features of the bassinet my baby loves the rocking! It definitely soothes him. I can put him down when he is tired and it helps drift him off to sleep. The vibration feature is soft and compliments the rocking. The white noise and music aren't quite as effective, but I think that's personal to my baby's preferences. He is used to a louder white noise machine, which we have on while he is sleeping anyway. The Bluetooth feature is nice and easy to set up, but again, not something we necessarily need or use frequently. But I do like that I can play him a specific lullaby for naps and bedtime. The cry detection definitely picks up when my baby is starting to wake, but has yet to put him back to sleep - maybe one day it will! It starts slow, which I really like, and calms his crying. It gives me a few more minutes to get myself together to go comfort him myself or get him up for a feed. The mattress seems comfortable to him and I love the cotton sheet that came with the bassinet. Overall, I would recommend trying this product for the rocking feature alone!

I received this bassinet from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and have been overall very pleased with the bassinet. It has a clean modern look with metal legs made to look like a wood finish. The bassinet was very easy to assemble in just a few minutes. The bassinet is tall, but has been great post c-section so I don’t have to bend too far and easy to transfer her when she is sleeping. My child has responded well to the rocking and the cry detection works great to rock her to sleep, I do think like all products this is somewhat child specific. She does well with the forward/back rocking motion, though I will say with my prior child rocking in that direction caused frequent spit-ups, I have had very few of those with this bassinet. The rocking does have an associated mechanical sound with it other seems to have complained of, not squeaking but it is noticeable; that being said it is really like a white noise of its own and doesn’t bother either me or my husband. I have had some issues with the cry detection in that once she settles it doesn’t seem to turn off the rocking and does seem to be responsive to ambient noises not just baby. It came with 1 sheet, for sake of washing and getting baby back in bassinet I wish I had 2 because it is very specific to product with size and Velcro.

I love this bassinet! It’s great for both sleeping and a safe place to put baby when you need your hands free. I have a very clingy little one and he will scream if you put him down normally, but when I put him in the bassinet and use the rocker, he will just lay there contently playing with his toes! My boy stays asleep for longer stretches in this bassinet also, it’s been so nice to be able to get some much needed sleep! The cry detect feature is nice when the bassinet isn’t already moving, but I didn’t notice any changes when baby was crying and it was already in motion. The fabric and mattress are made of high quality material and are very soft. A sheet was included as well which was a nice added touch! Baby is very comfortable in this bassinet and I will be sad when he grows out of it and I have to find another way to sleep! My favorite thing about this bassinet is that it has both music and white noise options for sound. Also my son is so content in the bassinet when it is in motion, it allows me to have a little hands-free time to myself when I need it! I felt as though it did a pretty good job of detecting when my baby needed to be soothed! I will say the bassinet was a little squeaky, and it wake my baby up a couple of times. Other than that though, it was great! It has cut down on settling my son down at night.

My little one still prefers to nap on us but the bassinet is the second best to those contact naps. Me and my partner were big fans of the vibration feature as it was quick to calm our daughter and get her back to sleep. The design fit in with both our bedroom, as well as our front room and is easy to move if we do have company. When I received SmartSense Soothing Bassinet, I was extremely excited because my baby who is 2 month old had a hard time taking longer naps. When bassinet arrived I was impressed with the weight of the box, not to heavy. Assembling the SmartSense bassinet was fairly easy. I have used it for naps and I must say over all I am please with the bassinet. The SmartSense detects when baby is crying and it starts rocking and soothing with which ever settings you put on. I do like the white noise and few other lullabies are very helpful. Only negative I have to say about this bassinet is the loudness of it when its rocking, it is loud of and baby notices the change. Also the height of it is so tall, when transferring baby, for me it was a bit to tall and inconvenient. Another inconvenience with this bassinet is the cord is bit to short. Wish it was longer so I can use it at any location of my room. Fabric of the bassinet is super comfy and breathable. Easy to wash sheets. Over all I am pleased with SmartSense bassinet but also sad baby will be outgrowing it soon. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel!

Overall I’m a fan of the bassinet! I love the design! It really hasn’t changed my little one’s sleep habits but he does seem to like napping in it. I love how automatically it starts rocking, vibrating and sound features turn on to soothe my little one. This bassinet was easy to assemble. I love how lightweight it is and the modern design. The mattress seemed comfortable for my baby, but I can forsee the air dry only feature being an issue if my baby spits up and I need to wash it. My baby was already a few months old and a pretty good sleeper when I tried this bassinet- she would wake up hungry and be soothed for a short while by the cry detest feature but it didn’t last long (which I think was appropriate in this case- she was hungry!). I wish I had this bassinet when I had just brought her home as I think the many features of the bassinet would have worked better for us then. This product was received as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The Graco SmartSense Bassinet was delivered with very few pieces to be put together, which I was extremely grateful for. The instructions for assembly were very easy to follow. The overall look of the bassinet is pretty sleek and can blend into any room nicely. I love the breathable sides and the cushion seems comfy enough for my newborn. I love the fact that the bassinet detects the cry and can activate motion and sounds. It sometimes buys us a bit of extra time before the baby is fully awake. It doesn’t work every time, but we will take as much as we can get. The bassinet provides a nice comfortable and safe space for us to put the baby down, which allows us to have our hands free to get more done. Overall, this is a great option for new parents looking for a bassinet option. It is beautiful, easy to move, and has great soothing features.

I received this basset as part of the Stellar Product Panel so I already had a bassinet I was using for my newborn that I loved. It had many different motions to rock baby to sleep and Bluetooth controls, so when I received this bassinet it had a lot to live up to for my family. I will say I was pleasantly surprised for the most part with this Graco SmartSense Soothing Bassinet. Straight out of the box I loved how easy it was to put together. The instructions were very easy to follow and it took very little work. The hardest part was getting the bars in around the top of bassinet and that really just took a little more elbow power, it was over all a simple experience. Next thing I loved was how the mattress was padded enough to where I thought my daughter would be comfortable but also firm enough where I wasn’t fearful of unsafe sleep of any kind. I liked this mattress better than the one in the bassinet I already had because I felt like it was a bit softer and I do think it has made a difference in my daughter’s sleep. She seems to not mind just laying on this mattress for a little while even if she is still awake. I was a little skeptical about smart cry detection at first but it actually works pretty well. I stayed up one night to see it at work and as soon as my daughter made a grunting sound it got to work trying to settle her back down and once she was quiet for 15 minutes it shut itself off which was super cool. Although my daughter mostly only wakes up when she’s hungry right now and not very willing to be soothed without food, I feel like this feature will be super helpful once she is bigger and waking more because she heard a noise or something and less because she’s just starving. I will say I had a minor problem with the smart detection though. Every time I initial turn it on it starts the bassinet up even if my daughter and the room is quiet. I read the manual and unless I just missed it I don’t believe that is supposed to happen however, once I turn it off and back on it seems to reset and work fine it’s just weird that it always does it on the initial start up. This is my third baby and I wish cry detection had been an affordable option with my older two. The Bluetooth feature is cool in the fact that it lets you stream your own sounds to the bassinet for baby but I wish it had an app where I could set a timer for how long I want the sounds or rocking to be on if I turn them on myself. This would allow me to fall back to sleep at night peacefully knowing that the motor wasn’t just going to run for hours and risk burning up faster than it otherwise might. I also wish this bassinet had a basket on the bottom of it or even the option to purchase one. I love being able to store extra crib sheets and pajamas near by for middle of the night changes/messes that I don’t feel like going far to remedy. I loved the size and style of the bassinet my room is very very small and I was able to fit this bassinet between my bed and the wall and still have little bit of room to squeeze through which is important to me. Over all I loved the look, feel, and performance of this bassinet. Adding Bluetooth controls to a phone app and a basket on the bottom would seal the deal for me on this bassinet but for the price it is definitely worth it. Especially when you consider that the one I had before sells for $500 and it didn’t have cry detection where this one is on the market for $100 less and detects babies cries. I would definitely recommend it as a cheaper but still very nice option to someone who is looking to get the most out of their money.

I received this bassinet through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and WOW, I can say that I wish I had it from the very beginning and with my first child. This bassinet has given me more hands free time for daytime naps and my now two month old is sleeping for much longer stretches at night. My baby is the definition of a velcro baby and would NOT lay down or sleep in her standard bassinet. Recently we have gotten stretches of 5-7 hours at night with this one as the soothing features help her self soothe back to sleep so much more easily. The cry/motion detection doesn’t work perfectly 100% of the time as it has picked up on my son making noise and it randomly has kicked on when not necessary, but it has mostly worked when needed. I do like that it starts slowly and the sound is not crazy loud, so it’s not startling the baby. It is a little difficult to see through the side mesh, but I keep the monitor on so I’m able to see easily. It also does not take up much space - way less than my other one. My main complaint is the mattress. I have only washed it twice on a delicate cycle and have never put it in the dryer but the edges have started fraying on one side. The mattress also attaches with Velcro so that limits what covers you are able to use and the cotton one I received with the bassinet shrunk like crazy. That being said, I do think this bassinet is worth it, just be easy with the mattress.

It’s not super loud, but enough that I prefer using it for naps rather than overnight sleep. I also wish it was just a little bit longer. My son is on the taller side and feel like he will grow out of it faster. All in all, it’s a great option for parents looking for a smart, stylish, and soothing spot for their baby—just be mindful of the subtle clicking if you have a light sleeper. Super impressed with this bassinet and didn’t even realize all the ways it would benefit my daily routine. I received it for free in exchange for my honest review from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. My initial impression was that it was quite lovely looking and larger than other bassinets on the market which I found to be a huge plus as it extends the amount of time you can use it. My overall impression has been amazement as at first when setting up the bassinet I thought it sure had a lot of settings and wondered if they could truly all be useful. Well consider me surprised in the best way possible when my infant was thrilled to be placed in the bassinet, sleeps like a dream (day and night) in it, and it even helps them to calm down with gentle rocking or vibrating when I need to set them down for a moment. The cry feature is super interesting and cues up good responses, though truthfully I just find myself manually setting the options I prefer best for my baby. The Bluetooth option is the only thing I don’t really find myself using since it already has built-in music and noisemaker that my baby enjoys. The features calm my baby almost instantaneously! The mattress is a really plush and lovely memory foam type of thing and the bassinet fabric asking the exterior also sends quite premium. There was a bonus mattress cover included and that’s the only thing that didn’t seem very premium since it’s a bit of a scratchy texture, but you don’t have to use it so it’s no big deal and my child seems very comfortable without it. This bassinet has given me so much more hands-free time and the best part of that is that my child is super content and even happy to go in it! My favorite part is the rocking mechanism as I’ve never tried that before, though there are some alternative brands that tout the feature at a much higher price point.

We received this bassinet for product testing through stellar panel reviews. Our son was born in early May, and we’ve been using the Graco Smart Sense Bassinet for about a week now. Overall, we’re very pleased! Assembly was quick and easy, and the design is beautiful — it fits right in with our bedroom decor instead of standing out like some other baby gear, which is a huge plus. This is our third baby, and the first time we’ve tried a different bassinet. I’ve been really happy with it so far, and our newborn’s sleep has been pretty solid — about as good as you can expect at this stage! One improvement I’d love to see is a swivel base. Being able to gently pivot the bassinet away from the bed and pull it back again would make nighttime feedings easier, especially when trying to lift the baby in and out without shifting the whole unit. It’s not a dealbreaker, but definitely a design feature that would be appreciated. Our most-used features are the rocking motion and built-in white noise. I do wish the white noise had a few more volume settings, but we pair it with a separate white noise machine, so it works out fine. The rocking feature is great — the lowest setting does start out a bit noisy, but it quickly blends in with the sound environment. When the bassinet activates the soothing motion automatically, it can get a bit loud, but it hasn’t bothered us too much. A couple of small design suggestions: it would be great if the button panel had a night mode — the lights are a bit bright during middle-of-the-night interactions, though they haven’t disturbed my sleep. And with two curious older siblings, a toddler lock on the controls would be helpful — we’ve had a few surprise button presses! All in all, we’re really happy with this bassinet. The size is perfect, it feels comfortable and breathable for baby, and the smart features are truly helpful during those early newborn weeks. I was very excited to try out this bassinet for my baby. Graco is a trusted name when it comes to baby items, so I had very high expectations for this bassinet. The bassinet overall is very nice. It is well made and sturdy. It definitely doesn’t look or feel cheap. The fabric is breathable but not thin or flimsy and the legs are made of metal. The assembly was pretty easy and took me about 30mins. The controls are user friendly as well, and I had no issues setting up the blue tooth connection. I also liked that the bassinet was compact/light enough that I could move it from the bedroom to the living room during the day. The rocking, vibration and music are all adjustable. I found that speed one was just right for rocking my baby. However, I didn’t really feel the vibration much even on the highest option. I really liked the cry detection, especially at night time when baby is just settling in or gets startled and wakes up. The gentle movement back and forth and the music soothed my baby and helped her get back to sleep quicker. There are even times I placed my baby in the bed so I can get some chores done and she was perfectly content listening to music and rocking. The mattress, while thin, felt squishy. It feels like a firmer memory foam. My baby seemed comfortable. I liked that a sheet was included in the package. The only thing I didn’t care for was the mattress was fabric covered, though it is washable. If baby has a blowout you have to wash the mattress then wait for it to air dry before you can use the bassinet again. Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if the sheet was waterproof, but it’s not. Lastly, this bassinet is slightly small. It would work perfectly for a newborn and maybe for the first two month. But baby will outgrow this bassinet pretty quick. The description says you can use it up to 5mths, but my baby is only 4mths and she is already too long for it. She is 25inches (72nd percentile). Overall we were very pleased with the Graco SmartSense Soothing Bassinet. I was impressed initially at the ease of setup, which took less than 10 minutes. It was assembled by simply attaching the legs to the bassinet using the four included screws - I needed was a screwdriver. You do need to make sure that the leg specified A is attached to the correct bracket as that’s where the power supply is connected. Overall, I was very pleased with the appearance of the bassinet. It looks very sleek overall with its grey color and wood grain legs. Our 10-week old seemed very comfortable on the included thin foam mattress and gray cotton mattress cover, and I felt at very at ease knowing that the bassinet walls are made of breathable mesh that are safe for baby’s sleep. The rocking motion of the bassinet really seemed to put baby to sleep easily - within minutes! She also seemed to like the vibration feature and white noise. We found with time that her ideal “recipe” is level 1 rocking, level 2 vibration, and level 3 white noise. These features would keep her asleep for the majority of the night with minimal fuss. I also liked that there was an option to play lullabies if white noise is not your style, and it was cool that I could connect my phone to the bassinet via Bluetooth to play our own music from our phones. I also appreciated that we could use our own sleep sacks and swaddles with the bassinet since it uses a head to toe rocking motion as opposed to having to buy specialty sleep sacks from the manufacturer. I do feel like the rocking feature could be a bit loud at times, which could be a little annoying as baby is currently sleeping in our room. The cry detect also did not seem to do much for our baby. When it kicked on, it just seemed to randomly test out a random combination of settings with no rhyme or reason, just looking to find one that worked. I also noticed that when I took the baby out of the bassinet, if I forgot to turn it off first, it would almost go into a “hyper mode” with intense rocking, which was a bit alarming. Additionally, when compared to some of the “luxury” smart bassinets, there’s no app connectivity to see how your baby’s sleep is progressing with time, which is a feature I would have really loved to see. Overall, the pros far outnumber the cons. The Graco SmartSense Soothing Bassinet is a great smart bassinet at a very affordable price point. The Graco SmartSense Soothing Baby Bassinet has been such a blessing to me! I used this bassinet with baby number three and I found myself mostly using it during the day for naps and hands free time. With two toddlers to chase around, it has been really nice to have a safe place to set my newborn. I love that the bassinet has a rocking and vibrating motion to it and that it has a built in sound machine! It is very sturdy and tall, which keeps my two year old from getting to baby. The bassinet is large, so we will be able to use it for several months as baby grows! There were a few things that I think could be improved. The rocking motion is a little loud and not as smooth as I would like for my newborn. I also wish the mattress and/or sheet were water proof. My baby is a spitter, so we had to wash the sheet multiple times. The sheet does shrink a little in the wash as well, but it still fits the mattress. Overall, I do love this bassinet and would recommend it to other families with young babies. It was easy to assemble, seems to be built well, and was very helpful with my newborns sleep!

This bassinet has the hi-tech features as other smart bassinets without the need for an app the bassinet is able to pick up when baby cries and starts to soothe baby, you can also manually start this feature. It also has a few different sound machine options and those automatically turn off after the bassinet senses that baby is no longer using it after a period of time. I also love the aesthetic. It looks nice in my bedroom and doesn’t take up too much space. I have a narrow area between my bed and the wall and the bassinet fit comfortably with room to walk around it. I also like the modern look of the bassinet, it doesn’t look like other baby furniture, it has an elevated and modern look. We really loved everything this bassinet offered! We got to try it as a part of the Stellar Testing Panel with our newborn. The function is pretty amazing, and I appreciated that they kept the product aesthetically pleasing and neutral. It looks beautiful in our room! It is a sturdy piece that feels well-made and is a great fit spatially for our baby; the mattress is safely firm but still perfectly comfortable. We felt like the cry detect feature was an extra set of hands in the middle of the night to soothe our little girl back to sleep! It offers more of a vibrating soother function and a back-and-forth rocking function. I loved how many combinations of motion and sound there are to choose from as we figured out what our baby preferred! I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall I think the bassinet is nice. I like the breathable sides, the size and look is nice. Some bassinets up a lot of space with how the legs expand out, but this did not. It was fairly easy to put together, however, connecting the poles that prop up the netting is a bit difficult and the metal buttons that keep it in place were easy to get off track. In fact a couple of the buttons were lost into the pole and I'm not sure how to fix it. They seem to be magnets and impossible to pull back out. Functionality wise, I do like the different movement settings and found they help to soothe our newborn. The cry detection was ok, but I did find the cries need to be fairly loud for it to kick in. When it is moving, it is a bit loud so if you are a light sleeper, that is one thing I would warn when you are sleeping in the room too. I sleep with a sound machine so it doesn't bother me too much. The mattress is what you would want for a bassinet, nothing too soft. My one note would be it does seem smaller than some bassinets length wise. If you are looking to get all the way to the six month mark, if you have a long baby like we do, you might outgrow it before then. In general, I do think this has helped to extend naps and nighttime sleeps. Especially for those naps when the baby jerks herself awake and you have to move quick to get her back down, it was like having an extra set of hands always ready and waiting.

Overall, the bassinet is aesthetically pleasing. It has a clean, modern look that goes perfectly with our home decor. The mattress and sheet is made of organic cotton which is soft to the touch. However, the mattress itself is firm and provides a safe sleeping surface. The mesh walls are breathable and give us peace of mind. We are able to see our son, without disturbing him. Setting up the bassinet was straightforward. The directions were easy to follow. I do recommend building the bassinet in the room you plan on using it in…as the bassinet is somewhat heavy and awkward to move. Overall, we love the different features of the bassinet. The white noise and vibrations seems to be our son’s winning combination. However, there are multiple combinations that could be used…rocking, sounds, music, different speeds, etc. The bassinet does respond to our son’s cry, which is convenient. However, we still prefer to soothe our son by picking him up. But the SmartSense Soothing us beneficial when showering or tending to our other children.

I would consider this a must have baby item. The cry detection is on point and the soothing technology is fantastic. I love that you can customize the settings to your baby's needs (i.e. my baby didn't love the rocking, but does love vibration). The setup was quick and I love the modern look to it. I bought this about a month ago maybe a little longer and it started off great, very comfortable, soft bedding but has started making a loud obnoxious knocking sound when it rocks, that being said it was great but I’ve had nothing but issues one after another. It is great for soothing baby to sleep but once it starts knocking it startles him. The rock is no longer calm slow or gentle. The bassinet at times won’t turn off unless unplugged. I’m very upset after paying all this money and having this many issues.

I received this as a baby shower gift and was so excited to use it, but after about five months it started making a loud clicking noise. Sometimes it’s so bad I just turn it off completely and only use the vibration—which honestly, I’m not even sure is doing anything. At this point, I’m questioning if it’s even worth using anymore.

I bought this and the rocking motion/white noise is nice.. however I wish it was quieter.. at first it was a loud motor noise, and now it has developed an obnoxious clunking noise. I’ve had it almost 3 weeks.. I feel like for the price it could’ve been a much better product.

I really wanted to love this bassinet because my baby actually enjoys it, when it’s quiet. Unfortunately, the squeaking is so loud that it defeats the whole purpose. Every time I try to soothe or rock her, it makes noise and wakes her right back up. I gave it two stars only because my baby likes it and seems comfortable in it when she manages to fall asleep. But the constant squeaking turns what should be a helpful product into something pretty useless. I even have a video to show just how bad it is. Really disappointed overall.

Got this to help soothe a preemie baby who came home from the NICU expecting the same round the clock care at home... He is doing fine but after his time with nurses constantly at his bedside he struggled to settle at home.. it's been difficult so the decision was made to get something to soothe him, but instead we ended up with the infamous squeak... It is so annoying, wakes the baby constantly, echoes through the house... Fost we hear it because his bedroom is right next to ours, but then seconds later it sets off the baby monitor. For the price, do better.

We’ve had this bassinet for about 4 months. Started off great, baby slept well. That is until the squeaking started. It’s so loud It now wakes us all up. Attempted to do a warranty claim but I don’t have the receipt. Also, the fact that there are not replacement pads or covers is very inconvenient. Overall very disappointing for $508!!

Got this from my sister as a baby shower gift. The motor has a loud noise and could barely use it as baby would wake up. Inside liner is smooth and spacious but due to motor being loud I ended up giving it up as I didn’t have any receipt to return it. We were using bassinets for all our family kids but truly disappointed with this one. I hope they upgrade

A brilliant idea but not worth it as squeaks so loud after awhile. Defeats the purpose because it wakes you and your baby up. Definitely not worth the price.

Had a little trouble with receiving the item but Graco was really really wonderful in replacing it not once but twice. This all happened the day i gave Birth so it was So hectic and stressful but they made it right. The bassinet is really nice and looks so pretty.

The machine looks nice. It was easy to assemble. It rocks well and has decent cry detection but our baby needs human touch to soothe so the rocking, music, and vibration didn't do much unfortunately.

However, unfortunately it did not live up to my expectations. I have heard such great things about similar products and looked forward to giving this a try. My baby honestly did not seem to sleep any better, and we couldn't stand the squeaking sound and intense jerky rocking. We were appalled to find out that there isn't a manual lock either that we could just use it as a stable basinette either. Literally, every time my older toddler would touch it, the basinette would jolt forward. We were not a fan of this and would love to see a manual lock as well for safety reasons especially to use during the day. The cry detect feature and soothing sounds and motions is a great concept, but we did not have too much luck with it comforting our little one. It probably soothed her about 20% of the time. The other times she just needed to be changed or fed so it wasn't going to help anyway. I will say the fabrics were amazing though, especially the mesh sides. It was pretty easy to put together other than the mesh sides and clicking the top in. I also loved the mattress material and sheet it came with. This basinette has such great potential, but needs a few updates and changes in my opinion. We personally would like to see a manual lock and a lower sound decibal because even the lowest setting seemed a bit too loud. The design of this basinette is fabulous though and the neutral colors are beautiful. It has an elevated look with the wooden legs, and the height is literally perfect especially with postpartum healing. It just did not work for our personal preferences or for our family, but not saying it wouldn't for other people. We would recommend it for others to try, but feel it needs some updates also.

Here are some of the pros and cons: Pros -very aesthetically pleasing design and the mattress inside is incredibly soft but also seems like it might be cooling fabric which is nice for my hot temped baby -generally good design with lots of different features -the dry detection software was great in those first few weeks for a little extra free time Cons -I don’t feel that the bassinet is very see through and prefer to be able to see them while laying in bed without getting up -As my baby got bigger the rocking feature seems to get more jerky and less smooth, not sure if that was a product defect or not -the actual bassinet inside seems quite small in comparison to others and my baby sized out quickly Overall I think that this product would be great for a parent with multiples needing some extra time and a safe space for baby. We used it as a second bassinet downstairs in our living room and it was perfect.

The electronics on this went out with my first but we were phasing out and I didn’t make a claim. After having my next child, I asked for help with replacement of parts or about warranty and I was able to get a replacement (it had been a little over a year) so I was very pleased with graco for making it right!

I think the idea of this is nice. The acoustics play different kinds of white noise and soothing songs, they even put me and our wife to sleep. The rocking functions is great as well to a certain point. The rocking back and forth isn’t as quiet as you expect and then squeaking and knocking actually keep the parents and baby from getting a good block of rest. If the squeaking and knocking could stop this would be an amazing product. The knocking and squeaking happen no matter what rocking speed you set it on. The faster the rocking motion the louder the noise. I wonder if there are better options out there for the price this one costs?

Love the bassinet but after a few months it starts to squeak. Having a second baby now and would love to reuse it but the squeaking needs to be fixed for the price of the bassinet.

Lifesaving newborn product. We had the original Graco Sense2Snooze bassinet but it ended up dying and as it was a discontinued product we could no longer get parts so we purchased this one. It is a bit different than the original in it has a slight "knock" as it's rocking and it doesn't keep vibrating or rocking if the cry detection is activated. That being said, it worked great for our newborn.

The bassinet is extremely loud and clunky. Cry detection barely works. Once cry detection turns off, the motion discontinues even if the motion was on before.

Worked great for first month then started making loud sounds when rocking that wakes everyone up. It has great features so I was very hopeful but the sounds it makes when rocking After only using it for a month isn’t worth the money.

Bought this thinking it was great. And yeah it works the sense thing isn’t what it’s cracked o I to be . Taking it apart to clean. Why would it be made so the biggest fabric piece on it can’t be taken off and washed? Do the people that design it not have kids? $500 for what something you need to try to hand scrub.

The squeaking is ridiculous. Defeats the purpose of soothing my baby to sleep just to start squeaking as soon as he falls asleep and just wakes him right back up. Waste of money.

Still adjusting- had I known there were no replacement pads I wouldn’t have purchased. Unreasonable to have to wash each time!

I bought this about 2 months ago and LOVED IT..until like everyone else says, it started squeaking terribly. It’s been going on for 2 weeks now and completely defeats the purpose of soothing baby without having to get up. It’s so LOUD and wakes up my poor girl. So disappointed considering I spent over $400. It was a life saver while it lasted.

I really enjoy this bassinet I just wish it was a little more see through so I can see baby better and if the rocker setting can be a little slower

From the moment I set up this bassinet, it’s been such a helpful addition to our home. Assembly was straightforward and didn’t take long at all, which I appreciated. Especially while juggling other kiddos and a husband on travel. The design is sleek and modern, and it blends in beautifully with any room décor. I was quite surprised at how nice the design looks. One of my favorite features is the mesh siding. I feel like it keeps baby cooler, which is especially important since my little one is a hot sleeper. It also gives me the illusion of more visibility, so I feel I can easily check on her without hovering. The cry detection feature is amazing. It’s so comforting to know that if she starts fussing, the bassinet will respond gently with soothing motions. That responsiveness made a huge difference; it helps her settle down without me rushing in, which often woke her up more. Thanks to the calming motion, I’ve been able to get more done around the house or finish my shower some evenings while knowing she’s being soothed safely and gently. I really love that the settings are customizable. Once I figured out what worked best for our baby—her favorite motion pattern and intensity—we were able to set it just right for her needs. It feels very tailored and thoughtful, not one-size-fits-all. Overall, I highly recommend the Graco Smart Sense Soothing Bassinett, and I appreciate the Stellar Testing Panel for allowing me to test it out. It’s beautifully designed, functional, and incredibly helpful for any parent looking for an extra set of “hands” to soothe their little one.

I received this bassinet from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. To be honest, I didn’t have high hopes for this, because I’d read some reviews that weren’t great. I really want to love it, but I have mixed feelings. When I unboxed it, I was really, really impressed with the quality of it. Like, absolutely giddy about it. The materials are higher quality than I would have expected from Graco. !! The legs are metal, but they look like wood- heavy, solid. It was shockingly simple to put together. Even by myself, it took not more than 6 or 7 minutes, from box to putting my baby in it. The instructions say to plug it directly into a wall outlet, no extension cords. The cord is about 6 feet long; we have an outlet close enough, but just barely. It’s worth knowing and taking into account for anyone purchasing that you’ll need an outlet close by. Also, the cord can’t be moved to a different leg. It’s only on the back right, so there needs to be an outlet within 6 feet on the right-hand-side of where you want it to go. (If your outlet is left of the bassinet, the cord will be basically the length of the bassinet shorter in range.) I really like the fabrics. I’d expected it to have a much thinner, typical mesh. The product photos almost make it look a little industrial, but it’s actually several layers, a really beautiful eyelet-esque mesh fabric on the outside and a smaller, stiffer mesh on the inside. It’s really elegant, while still being safe and breathable for baby. I’m really impressed at the thoughtfulness of this design, how it takes into consideration the baby’s perspective and experience, and not just aesthetics from the onlooker’s perspective. The quality feels very classy for this price point. I adore the look of it, I love that baby can see out, and the size is perfect for him. I love that the mattress and sheet are both machine washable, but the instructions say to drip dry!!! It didn’t come with a backup for either one, so thats really inconvenient. If it happens to get dirty, I have to figure out other sleeping arrangements for baby while it dries. !! I didn’t find anywhere to purchase an extra mattress or sheet. The Bluetooth was effortless, and connected right away. I read one review that mentioned the noise of the movement is louder than the music. It does make a noise, but the reason the noise is louder than the music is because the music is intended for baby, not mom, and that’s something I really love. The Speaker is Inside the bassinet, with the sound directed at baby, intended for only baby to hear. The downside of the bluetooth feature though, is when music for baby is playing from my phone. I wish there was an app, so I could play my music in the bassinet specifically, but also still use my phone without being afraid it’ll play a message or a video through the Bluetooth and wake baby. The rocking movement, on the highest setting, seems somewhat aggressive. It is a little bit loud, a little bit jarring. My baby is content using the lowest rocking setting and it generally puts him right to sleep. He hasn’t slept through a whole night yet. (No amount of smart-sensing so far can replace momma for him!!) but it’s awesome that I can put him down in there, awake and content, and it will rock him to sleep- jamming to his favorite music, while I get a few things done. It puts him to sleep, basically every time we use it, but it doesn’t help keep him asleep for more than 90minutes or so at a time. When baby does wake up, the Smart-Sense feature hears him cry and it changes things, but it doesn’t really change it in a way that actually soothes him. I really wanted to love this feature, and I think it has Potential, but it doesn’t quite work for him when he’s upset. Again, in this instance, an app would be nice, one that lets me customize how the Smart-Sense responds for him when he cries. I have two older children, and they think the buttons and lights on the bassinet are terrific. So, it would be really great if it had a child-proof lock on those settings, or even maybe a door that covers the panel? I don’t like it at all that they can press a button and the thing will immediately rattle him awake. It’s the most frustrating issue, out of all the things, and it cost basically a whole star in this review. I love the panel, I love the look, love the function. I absolutely hate it that my kids love it too.
