Mixed opinions on Mios ride quality in NYC
I have both the Priam and the Mios. The Priam pushes like a dream. It feels sturdy, the suspension is great for bumpy sidewalks. The Mios is lighter, more compact, and easier to maneuver in tight spaces but it shakes a lot. I keep the Mios at my parents beach house and use the Priam in the city. I regret buying the Mios because it shakes so much.

We have the Cybex Mios, which includes the bassinet/carrycot. Our baby slept in the carrycot for the first month. We then got a cheap stand and used the carrycot on that. We also traveled with it and used the carrycot for overnight sleeping. The carrycot is not certified for overnight sleeping, but it worked for us. We chose the Mios over the Uppababy because of the portable bassinet and how lightweight the frame is.
