PSA: Buy the conversion kit early
If you bought your baby a convertible crib, buy the toddler bed conversion kit now. My kid is 2.5 and suddenly climbing out of the crib, and the DaVinci kit that goes with our crib is sold out everywhere. We got lucky and found a universal DaVinci guardrail on Amazon but it was close.

DaVinci worth it but check compatibility
We have a DaVinci crib and I love it. Just bought the toddler rail because my daughter learned how to climb out. I'd definitely say it's worth it, just make sure you get the right rail for your model. The universal one might not fit all.

DaVinci guardrail easy and sturdy
We got the DaVinci universal toddler guardrail in pebble gray. Super easy to install, and it's really sturdy. My son leans on it all night. Highly recommend.
