Vinyl pressing quality and listening experience of Royal Blood
After an A/B comparison with the CD, this has a thicker sound and less compression... but it does sound a little muddy when compared to the CD... Love the album but the mixing is not ideal for vinyl. It sounds muted and muddy compared to the high res digital track.

Discussion of How Did We Get So Dark? album
Not as good as the debut, but still some killer tracks. 'Lights Out' is a jam.

Two-year anniversary reflection on Royal Blood debut
This album changed my life. It's still so heavy and fresh two years later.

Anthony Fantano's review of Royal Blood self-titled album
I agree with Fantano. It's a fun record but lacks depth. It's basically just riffs with nothing really to say.

Royal Blood compared to Queens of the Stone Age
I get QOTSA vibes from Royal Blood, but they're not quite there yet. Still, the debut is a solid rock record.
