Keep them really safe
Got this modes travel system and absolutely love it
Best bang for you buck
I have 2 babies under 2 so when i found out i was expecting my youngest, i knew i wanted everything brand new. I founf this travel system at target and it caught my eye immediately. It is super cute, safe and great deal. I love all graco products.
Great
Love this stroller. Very easy to use, easy to fold for storage.
Great features
I bought this with my firs child and she definitely loved it. Its easy to move around!
Awesome easy to assemble
I bought this 3 months ago for my newborn baby and it’s great very easy to maneuver and assemble. Would highly recommend.
Convenient
I love this product. It is good for using around the house and easy to install. The weight is light, so I can take it everywhere I go with my baby!
Amazing
It is everything I was looking for as a new mom. It makes it easy to just attach the car seat.
Great Travel System
I love this convenient Modes Travel System by Graco. It makes going from the car to the store or home a breeze. You can easily unlock the car seat and attach to the stroller. There's a great shade that comes with it and the stroller rolls on most surfaces with ease.
Great Features!
Great size and I love the color and the way it’s made son loved it.
Love Graco
This stroller was my second option on my list. I love that its light and very easy to use.
Great Features!!!
I love Graco!! The prices are reasonable!! I trust the safety!!
Great features
Love this product has been super convenient and useful
Best travel system
We bought this for our second baby and LOVE! Super cute and know it’s a safe brand. The car seat attaches so easy to the stroller
Great all in one stroller
Owned it for two weeks so far and I love it. Easy setup right out the box. The stroller is a little on the heavier side but not really a problem for me or my wife when packing it in the car. Wheels are smooth and tire breaks work well. Nice storage for clothes, diapers, and my coffee. Fabric seems durable and material does not dirty easily. Super easy to transfer baby from the car seat to stroller. The carrier clip right into the car lock and then easy to unlock and carry the carrier the stroller where it again locks in. Love how i can transition this from a newborn back facing stroller to a toddler front facing stroller. I envision us having this stroller with a car child seat for a long time to come. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing us with a great product!
Versatile practical stroller system
The Graco 3-in-1 is modern in aesthetics and super versatile in daily use. Love the rich grey and complementary accents. Appreciate that this stroller grows with baby from a flat, prone position for a newborn all the way through active toddler. A car seat + stroller set is key and a must-have when moving quickly from car to strolling and appreciated not having to do the research to see if car seat and stroller were compatible is purchasing separately! Received this stroller as part of the Stellar review panel.
Great travel system for the price
As a whole, this is a well designed travel system. I love that the car seat appears to be comfortable for my newborn without compromising safety. The stroller is also easy to use and has nice features. Having so many options available means I won’t have to deal with multiple strollers or stroller seats. The leather accents are a nice touch and overall the stroller is visually appealing. The storage bin is large enough to carry everything I need like a diaper bag, snacks, my bag, and other things. Swapping the seat from pram to car seat was easy, as was swapping from pram to child seat. Being able to have my toddler rear facing is a nice feature so we can talk face to face while she’s in it. The extra features are nice for parents since it’s usually an added expense to have cup holders for adults. The cup holders for both adults and kids were easy to attach and take off to clean. They seemed sturdy enough to keep whatever may be in the cup holder safe. Installing the car seat was quick and easy with easy to follow instructions. If I could change anything about the car seat, I’d make the fabric of the shade cover thicker. It’s very thin as is which likely wouldn’t block my infant from any weather if it had to. A car seat cover is likely a must have depending on location. I would recommend this travel system to anyone looking for gear that will last until their child no longer needs a stroller. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this travel system!
Great value and easy to use
I was given this travel system to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it did not disappoint. Living in NYC with a 4-year-old and 4-month-old, I’ve been looking for a unicorn stroller that fit all our needs without breaking the bank. This stroller checks all the boxes. While it doesn’t have all the bells and whistles that more expensive strollers have, it feels like a great value for the price. The main thing I love is that the seat is reversible and can also convert easily into a bassinet for the baby - no need for a separate bassinet attachment. It’s as easy as buckling a single buckle and changing the recline. When my older child gets tired and wants to ride in the stroller, I can pop the baby into a carrier and quickly convert the seat. The ability to attach a carseat is also a big win. Carrying a carseat with a baby inside is too hard. This stroller provides an easy and convenient way to transport it, and it’s pretty simple to attach and detach. Other features are a bonus. The basket is quite large and easy to access. The fold is very simple and I love that it can stand up on its own when folded. However, it can only fold in one configuration (toddler seat facing front). It’s simple and fast to change the configuration, but adds an extra few steps. Overall, I’d highly recommend this stroller. It’s a great value, easy to use, and meets many different needs.
Lightweight and Simple Set Up
I am a Mom of a 4 year old and a 2 month old. This travel system is used for my 2 month old, although we have always been a Graco family. The stroller is easy to assemble, I love how light weight the stroller piece is and how easy it opens with one simple step. It’s so cool to me that the infant seat can attach without the need of the toddler seat which makes it less bulky. I also will use the car seat in the stroller with the toddler seat as of lately though so I can have both canopies open to cover him fully and still have the window to see him. It makes me feel he is safer from germs and the very cold weather and snow we have in Buffalo. The paramette feature is awesome also. This was the first system I saw with that feature and it made me so interested. It gives him room to spread out without sacrificing safety or simplicity. It is such a smooth stroller ride. The carseat clips into the car seat base once set on top. My babe is heavier than my first and I drive a Jeep so it makes it so easy to just pop him in and not have to hold the seat up for a long time and fumble around. All in all, I think this system is a great value for the great quality. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this travel system.
Stylish all in one stroller set
I was given this travel system to try out as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was thoroughly impressed with the ease at putting it together and all of the nice touches it has that you would find on luxury stroller brands (nice fabric and color combinations, leather accents, spacious basket underneath). The infant seat it comes with is light weight and easy to clip in and out. Probably my favorite feature is that the toddler seat can convert into a bassinet for when your babe is tiny so you have that as an option for them from the start, and it's so nice you do not have to purchase a bassinet separately like most other brands. I also appreciate that the stroller itself comes with an adult cup holder as well as the toddler seat comes with a snack tray/cupholder as well (these are items you would normally have to purchase separately). Overall it's a beautiful set that grows with baby from birth to toddlerhood, and I would definitely recommend!
Not safe for a newborn
This seat is awful for newborns. He cries because it’s so deep and he just sinks in and there’s very little support from the infant insert that our baby is hunched over. It’s not a positioning issue it’s just a bad design. Honestly I can’t even believe Graco hasn’t gotten this figured out by now. They should ride with newborns and see their design flaws firsthand.
Listen and read the other reviews! They’re right!
Picked this out when I was pregnant because I wanted a full travel system to make my life easier since it came with the car seat base, and to have this stroller for a while since the bassinet could be a toddler seat. The click in and out of the car seat base is great, no issues there. It 100% needs more padding at the head for newborns! There’s nothing to help support tiny baby heads! Thank god a friend gave me a head support pillow! The click of the car seat into the stroller wheels, not awful, but if you’re not perfectly lined up, it’s a PAIN to try to get it to line up and click in securely. Open and close is a breeze. It’s lightweight. I use the bottom storage all the time for quick grocery/shopping trips. HERE’S MY PROBLEM…the bassinet is SO rocky, feels SO unsecured to the wheels. It rocks and has like 0 padding. I had to make a foam pad for it (for the flat position) so that my baby could use it, but it meant I couldn’t strap him in (ok until he could roll over). I recently tried the seated position and it’s absolutely TERRIBLE, AWFUL, I HATE IT. The strap between the legs has NO padding, it looks like it’s flossing my baby’s crotch. The angle of the seat is weird so it seems like my baby is falling forward, so all of his weight is on the unpadded strap in between legs. Graco needs to either put some more effort into the bassinet part, or get rid of it completely because it’s an awful design and the fact that you think we can use this for our kids makes me feel like you don’t have babies and kids yourselves. Currently looking for a new stroller because this one has only lasted for us 7 months before needing to switch to another one. You get what you pay for, trust all the other bad reviews. I will keep it to use for the next baby…until I have to move to another one.
DO NOT BUY. NOT SAFE.
They need to recall this travel system. The car seat does not lock securely into the stroller, it takes us forever to get it in the right position. This is a huge safety issue.
Waste of money !
At first I loves this stroller combo so I’m very disappointed to be writing this . So the basinet car seat combo is fine but the actual stroller is horrible ! There is one tiny thin strap that is suppose to support the child in between the legs and it looks so uncomfortable! There isn’t a cushion pad or anything ! So now at 6 months I’m looking for a new stroller , complete waste of money .
Super disappointed
Bought this while I was pregnant. Upon removing it from box we realized the stroller frame had a manufacturer defect we contacted Graco after jumping through the hoops we were sent another frame. Cool. Until we then put the stroller together and used it a quick couple times and then the plastic housing for the rear wheel broke leaving 5he wheel bent so it runlbs on the frame if i use it. I again contacted Graco and jumped through yet some more hoops then they sente 1 front wheel and 1 rear wheel. This however of course did not fix my issue. I am extremely disappointed and still unable to use my stroller.
Multi use for years to come
Easy assembly and stores great. Great safety rating and car seat can be used with or without the base in the car. This is a great feature especially if you do not own a car and take an uber home from the hospital like we did.
pretty solid!
stroller does seem a little wobbly/not sturdy in pramette mode but everything else looks and feels great. looks sleek and folds up alright. for price, absolutely no complaints though.
Great product, highly recommended!
Great baby stroller and car seat! Easy to adjust/fold and separate. Stroller is foldable with one hand and once folded is perfect sized to fit in a car trunk. Easy to maneuver if you’re by yourself. Price is also great since it’s affordable but good quality. Package came in fast in a few days with free shipping so we’re very happy with the purchase while expecting our little one!
Great compact car seat
I’ve been looking for a compact car seat to fit in my Corolla Cross. I have a convertible behind the drivers seat and this one fits great behind the passenger. The stroller is also so pretty!
Loves it
I bought this travel system last month. It works beautifully for us so far. My new born loves his car seat and this traveling bassinet.
Definitely recommend!
Really happy with our travel system. We have used Graco in the past and it has been durable and reliable. We opted for the Graco trio system and were not disappointed. The stroller looks expensive and was easy to set up. Really happy with our purchase and the price we got it for.
Great price for what is needed!
Great for a starter stroller. Has all the necessities and a great price.
Graco Modes Trio Travel System, Hemlock
Excellent! Quality for the price, convenient and safe.
SO CONVENIENT
We bought this for our daughter and loved how easy and convenient it was, we are using it for our 2nd baby as well, it holds up wonderfully. Truly the best travel system
Overall great travel system
I really like this travel system, especially the stroller because the wheels are great on it and the basket is bigger then most. The only complaint I have is that 7 months into using the infant car seat it is getting stuck in the base and is hard to remove from the car and it isn't easy to attach it to the stroller at first either until you get used to it because you do have to make sure both sides are even on it and it is securely latched because if it's lopsided it won't hook into both sides. Sometimes it is hard to attach to the stroller but once you get the car seat in you're good to go, but it can be challenging with one arm when you're holding the diaper bag in the other hand, especially if your baby isn't a lightweight like mine is. Other then that I do like the adjustable heights and that it can be rear facing or forward facing in the stroller. Overall is a great product, but I'm not looking forward to having to buy another car seat once she outgrows this infant one because they're expensive and I'm not looking forward to having to get her in and out of the car seat to put her in the stroller, but it is what it is! With Graco you get what you pay for and Graco is a good brand so it is worth the money you spend on it because I have used many Graco products on my baby and all have been good so far!
Absolutely love!
This was my first big purchase for my son when I first found out I was pregnant. I absolutely love it. 8 months later and it still suits us well. The only complaint is how easy it is to forget how to close and open the stroller (without reading a manual every time). The design is so beautiful and I feel very safe knowing my son is safe inside both the stroller and car seat.
LOVE THE LOOK AND PRICE!!
I bought this travel system for my 3rd baby and WOW this is so easy and compact compared to what ive previously bought. LOVE the colors and different modes. Makes traveling much easier! We go out alot to the Mall or Parks and this is a dream to stroll in stores and out .
Super lightweight and easy to use!
My little boy is 6 weeks old and is my third baby and this is by far my favorite travel system that I’ve ever used! It’s really light weight, has a ton of storage space at the bottom and easy to maneuver. Folds up and out super quick. The only thing I don’t like is to me the infant carrier has to be tilted a little more back that what I like for my baby’s reflux. Aside from that I love it. Also super easy to take apart and wash
Stylish and versatile stroller
I received the Grace Modes Trio 3 in 1 Travel System as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I am so impressed. There was some assembly required, and the wheels were a little bit finicky to put together, but other than that it didn’t take much time to put together. I love how functional this stroller system is, and I have used it every time we go somewhere with my 4 month old. It’s so easy to fold up, and it lays really nicely in our vehicle, making travel a breeze. The click connect option with the car seat has been a lifesaver this winter, making it so easy to transfer baby without waking him up or taking him out in the cold. I like how the shades on both the stroller and car seat are nice and deep, so he’s well covered. One of my favorite features is the pram option. It’s so easy to convert the stroller into the different riding options, and the pram has been so nice for naps on the go. It’s nice and long, so we’ll be able to keep using that mode well into spring and summer. The overall look of the stroller is really modern and stylish. The faux leather handle looks so nice and I love how the seat can easily be facing forward or towards the parent. We will continue using this stroller often!
Versatile Travel System for your growing baby
I have absolutely loved using my Graco® Modes™ Trio 3-in-1 Trav stroller system. This stroller system is so functional and beautiful. My baby girl and I have loved going on walks around the neighborhood and the local trail with this stroller. I love how easy it is to place her car seat in the stroller for the walk and then back in the car again when we are done walking. That is my favorite feature of this incredible travel system. It is so easy to fold up the stroller and put it in the trunk of my van. I also love that the storage basket on the bottom of the stroller is large enough to carry my diaper bag as well as several jackets, water bottles, etc. There is a removable cup holder that attaches to the stroller so I can put my water bottle there for my walk. I like that I can put the removable cup in the dishwasher if I need to clean it. We also used the infant pram mode to walk around the neighborhood so that my baby could be all the way laid back for her nap. It was easy to adjust the toddler seat to be the bassinet when we used the infant pram mode. I am so grateful the Stellar Product Testing Panel provided me with this travel system. We will continue to enjoy using it as we go out and about.
All you need
I’m in love with this travel system. The stroller frame is incredibly lightweight and easy to fold, and all the different modes means it’s adaptable for pretty much anything I could need. The car seat is great quality, super easy to install, and my 3 month old clearly loves it because we get his longest naps when he falls asleep in it. But this stroller… I got this system from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it’s one of the best things I’ve received from them. It fits my very tall almost-3-year old great. He has plenty of head room and he loved the giant canopy. Buckles fit him in a puffy snowsuit with length to spare. The pramette feature is *wonderful* because it’s better for baby to fall asleep flat like that versus in a car seat. It’s easy to pop the pram bed off and carry it inside so he stays asleep too. My favorite parts are the GIANT storage caddy underneath that – get this – you can actually access with a kid in the stroller; also I love the feel of the leather handlebar, I love that it’s freestanding when folded (this should be required of all strollers by law), I love that the peekaboo window is mesh not plastic so that on a hot summer day it doesn’t create a greenhouse in there, and I love how light the whole thing is. It’s not an ATV but it’s got good rugged wheels – you can see in the pics we braved some nasty snow and slush and it actually did ok! Handlebar is adjustable but lowest height was great for me, I’m 5’2”. Really can’t find anything bad to say about it, it’s just a great system.
All you could ever want in a stroller
This is an awesome product! Way to go, Graco!! Right out of the box, the stroller was extremely simple to assemble (or at least my husband made it look easy), and it was ready to go in about 15 minutes. The infant car seat is very comfortable for my baby. It is nicely padded and the material is soft and smooth. The cover is easy to remove for washing purposes. The base of the car seat latches into the car quickly and easily and the car seat is simple to slide right into place in the base. Overall, I am quite pleased with the car seat. To sum up the stroller in one word…Wow!!! It is everything you would want in a stroller. It folds and unfolds almost effortlessly with the push of a button (but watch your fingers!!). In the folded position, it is quite compact for a full-size stroller. It is lightweight and he is easy to get in and out of the trunk of my car. Once unfolded it can be configured to use in conjunction with the car seat, prim style, or toddler style. I have not had the opportunity to use the toddler configuration as my baby is too small; however, I absolutely love using it with the car seat. You can remove the car seat from your vehicle and place into the stroller without even waking the baby up! The pram style configuration allows your baby to nap while you are shopping, and she can see you if she is awake. The canopy on this stroller is amazing! It provides so much more cover than a previous stroller I owned. The storage compartment is huge! It can carry both my daughters diaper bag and my stroller, which says a lot. While the stroller is in use, it glides beautifully over any surface whether you are out shopping, walking in your neighborhood, or on a sports field. In addition, the handle is wrapped in leather and provides a comfortable grip for your hands. All in all, I absolutely love this Graco Modes Trio 3-in-1 Travel System! I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.
Solid travel system
Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this travel system. I was excited to try this out as my 4 month old was still small and this looked like a great product. The rear facing child seat is the Snugride Snugfit 35. It is very light and strong and comes with infant padding that is easy to put on and take off. It's adjustable to accommodate kids 4-35 lbs and up to 32". The LATCH-equipped car seat base makes it easy to secure the car seat in the car, but it was a bit difficult to adjust and get a tight fit. The wobble shouldn't be more than 1", and I was unable to get it that tight. The stroller/pram took about 30 minutes to assemble and was fairly straightforward. I love how the car seat and toddler seat can be installed on the stroller front or rear facing. It's super easy converting from the pram to the car seat holder. Just pull a lever and swivel the pram out of the way. The car seat then clicks in easily. The included canopies for both the car seat and toddler seat/pram allow me to completely cover my child (makes me feel like he's masking up), and the peekaboo window allows me to check in whenever I want. The pram converts into a toddler seat by clipping 2 straps and seems strong and stable while remaining lightweight. The storage basket is large and easily accessible without needing to remove the pram. The stroller easily folds down by pulling the two triggers on the handle and stays standing. I found this car seat/stroller system incredibly easy to use and has since become our favorite to use. It's nice being able to take our infant for walks using the pram, then easily converting it to a car seat stroller. The car seat is incredibly light and snaps into the car seat base and the stroller using only 1 hand. We use both configurations often and can't wait to convert the pram into a toddler seat once our little one gets big enough. I love how big and accessible the storage compartment is. Other car seat strollers I've used have had the toddler seat blocking the basket, making it unusable. The only thing that could be improved on is how the car seat base attaches to the car. It's difficult getting a tight fit and may require someone bigger and stronger than I. However, I still give this product 5 stars!
ALL the Options
Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity to test this new travel system! I'm a mother to 6 kids and have used my fair share of strollers, carseats, and travel systems so I feel like I know a good product when I see it and I think the new Graco modes trio is a great product! This travel system has so many options for use and the best part is that everything you need is included in the box! You don't have to separately purchase the pram or toddler seat or anything. Even better it's all built together so you don't have to pack the different options separately wondering which you may want to use while you're out. The carseat can attach directly to the frame if you're short on space in your vehicle and can only fit the frame but if you choose to attach the toddler seat you can leave it in and still lock the carseat directly onto it or you can convert it into an infant pram in under 15 seconds! (Yes, I timed myself) My 8 week old really enjoys the pram mode because he can lay comfortably and look around while being able to wiggle around as much as he wants. My 2 year old is a big fan of the forward facing toddler seat because she likes to see everywhere we are going and appreciates having her own snack tray while she rides. Being able to attach the carseat to both the toddler seat and frame is super handy for short trips and for when he falls asleep in the car so I don't have to wake him to transfer to the stroller. Some other great features included with this system are an extra large storage basket, parent cup holder, and innovative folding design that makes packing the stroller away a breeze. This travel system maneuvers easily and smoothly and also looks really sleek at the same time, great design through and through!
Great Versatile Budget Friendly Travel System
As a first time mom, I was completely overwhelmed by the variety of strollers and infant car seats on the market. A travel system appealed to me for the convenience of a car seat and stroller working together, so I was thrilled to be given this travel system to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The Graco Modes Trio 3-in-1 Travel System is a budget-friendly travel system that comes with the Snugride 35 Lite infant car seat, car seat base, and stroller. I love that the stroller seat converts to pram mode so my baby can rest flat on her back instead of scrunched in a car seat on our walks. The stroller has so many different position options! You can click the car seat directly into the stroller base facing away or towards you, use the stroller seat for older babies in either direction, and transform the seat into a pram mode so you don’t even need the car seat to use the stroller for newborns. I have the Hemlock Fashion color: a rich heather grey with faux brown leather stroller handles and canopy piping that give the set a luxe look and feel. It was pretty easy to transform the toddler seat into pram mode, and the infant car seat easily clicks into place on the stroller and car seat base. I appreciated how light the infant car seat is and how smooth it is to transfer it from the stroller to the car. I didn’t like that the seat handle doesn’t have any padding where you grip it. I live in a warm climate and mostly used the stroller on pavement. I found the ride to be pretty smooth in general, but big bumps can be a little jarring - I’d say that would be the same feeling for most strollers with plastic wheels. The stroller is also a little wider than others that I’ve used. Both mom (5’2) and dad (5’9) were comfortable with the height of the stroller handle. I would’ve liked an additional adult cup holder (one is included), but that can be installed and purchased separately. There is a brake on each back wheel to lock them, so you have to remember to lock and unlock both sides separately. It’s not a deal-breaker for me but something to note for people used to a single brake lock. The storage basket is spacious. I was able to fit a backpack, tote bag, and sweaters with room to spare. The stroller easily folds in one step and stands on its own but didn’t have a designated handle when folding in pram mode. It’s not a big deal if you’re just carrying it a few yards, but it may become awkward if you’re trying to carry the folded stroller a super long distance. My favorite feature is the pram mode because I can leave the infant car seat in the car and directly take my newborn out into the stroller. The inside of the pram / bassinet is extremely spacious for my newborn and has straps to keep her safe. I haven’t seen this option available in a lot of the competitors, so to have the pram feature included is a huge selling point for me! You don’t have to buy a BULKY separate bassinet. This travel system packs in a lot of features that other competitors in the same price range lack. It may not have all the bells and whistles and heftier feel of a more premium priced travel system, but it’s a very versatile travel system for the budget conscious.
easy and sleek travel system
I am on my third baby so I'm no stranger to infant seats and strollers. I love bells and whistles, but of course, safety is my number one priority. I know that an infant car seat is only safe as long as it's properly installed, and I'm one of those people that always reads the manual first. I have to say - this car seat was really easy to install even without a thorough reading first. The stroller was also quick and easy to put together, despite my tiny helpers under foot. I've never used a full travel system - with my previous two babies, I would take them out of their infant seats and pop them into a wrap or carrier. However, with a preschooler and a toddler in tow, I figured having a travel system where I could just pull the infant seat out of the car an pop it into the stroller would be really helpful. I do still love wearing my baby in the wrap, but I also love how easy it is to take the seat out of the car, click into the stroller and go. The seat is lightweight, but still very nicely padded. My baby is tiny so she still has the infant insert padding in it and she fits great - I'm able to adjust the straps so that they keep her safe and secure. When we are headed out for a longer outing, I usually use the stroller seat as a pram so that my babe can lay flat and stretch out. I love that it has this option without having to buy a separate bassinet like so many of the other strollers on the market. The stroller drives beautifully and handles neighborhood walks and zoo trips like a champ. It is easy to fold and light enough to get into the car without trouble. I have an suv so trunk space isn't an issue, but I imagine this would fit easily into a smaller trunk and hall closet for storage at home. The fabric on both the stroller seat and the car seat is great - I love the dark grey pattern with the faux leather trim. It looks classy and fresh, but it also looks to be very durable. I've already had to clean up a few spit ups and some sticky toddler hand prints and both wiped up easily with a baby wipe. I also love that it comes with a cup holder so that I can keep my water handy. This is a great option to get a car seat and stroller with multiple seating options in one. The only downside I've found so far is that it is a little tricky to loosen the straps to get the baby out of the seat at first. Once you figure it out, it's easy to manage. I've only had this a few weeks, so I can't speak to its durability just yet, but I know that Graco is a trusted brand for a reason, so I assume it will age well. I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.
Thumbs Up for 2 out of 3
I was given this travel system to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, this is a good stroller system - particularly if you have have a need for one that you can swap between a newborn and a toddler. I found 2 of the 3 configurations to be useful, having an 8 week old and a three year old - the carseat/stroller mode and the toddler seat mode. I wasn't a fan of the pram mode - it's easy to set up, but I don't like that the bottom set of straps remain in the pram. The top set can be pushed through so they don't impair the laying surface, but the instructions don't mention this. For me, then they just become super easy to misplace, and then you can't use the toddler seat since you don't have the shoulder straps. I wish there was a way both sets could be tucked away without detaching them. If there is, it's not very obvious! The carseat and base are both lightweight - this left me with mixed emotions. It makes them easy to transport, but also makes me wish they were a bit more substantial - paranoid mama feels like they need to be heftier from a safety perspective. Putting the carseat onto the stroller is super easy, and looks beautiful - the grey/black fabric with brown accents has an expensive look. I wish they had used the grey fabric for the head pillow/infant insert for the whole carseat shell - it's much softer than the primary fabric used. The toddler seat was probably my favorite setup - and my toddler loved it. The included snack tray was a big hit, and the deep well for her feet to rest in made her feel very secure. The five piece shoulder/lap straps are a little odd in the way they interlock, and the buckle seems a bit flimsy. The basket underneath is great - really big and sturdy, easily accessible - could accommodate a decent grocery run! As with the look of the carseat mode, it's a really great looking stroller - it looks expensive and high end. The canopy also has great coverage.
You will love strolling your baby in Pram Mode
This is a great travel system if you only need to tow 1 child! The Stroller has the versatility to conveniently transition from carseat attachment, to Pram mode, to toddler seat. Pram mode is so cute and such a fun throwback way to stroll your baby around town or out on a walk. The stroller really has everything I look for in a high end stroller such a big wheels for a very smooth ride, comfortably high parent handle, and details such as cup holder and leather handle. The car seat is great as well. It's so nice to have it easily attach to the stroller and the click in base is a breeze to install and use. Going from car to stroller is very easy and I appreciate how light weight the whole system is! I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I have been really impressed with it!
Love the pram conversion
I love the high end design/finishes, and found the cognac leatherette and gray fabric combo quite striking. Assembly was on par with other strollers, not particularly easy, but not particularly difficult. My favorite feature was the versatility. I appreciate that the toddler seat easily converts into the infant pram/bassinet mode. I don’t have to buy another piece that can only be used for a few months, which can feel wasteful. We took the stroller on a walk on a snowy sidewalk and it handled better than I would have expected, so that’s a plus! The basket is a huge improvement over my old stroller. Not only is it roomy, but the seat sits high enough that the basket is also easy to access. The set came with a car seat and base which is the same fabric, matching leatherette accent, and clicks right into the stroller. I would definitely recommend this stroller and travel system combo. Make sure to read through the instructions the first time so you know where all the buttons are, they aren’t always obvious. Other than that, very easy to use! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this travel system.
Super lightweight
I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. This stroller and carseat are super lightweight which I love! The stroller is very chic I love the look of it it's very easy to push around. The carseat clips in and out of the stroller easily. I do wish the stroller had somewhere to put your keys, phone, etc but it only comes with a single cup holder attachment. The stroller is very easy to open and close but does not feature a handle while closed so you have to pretty much pick the entire thing up. The pram mode is very useful and very easy to set up I love that it isn't an additional piece it is a part of the seat all you have to do is make an adjustment. I do recommend practicing all of the modes at home before taking it out on the town just to get the hang of it. The carseat base was easy to install with the anchors. I am not a huge fan of the carseat itself. I like that it is lightweight but the safety clip on the front is not long nail friendly and it does not come with those soft strap covers to protect your babies neck from the friction of the straps. I also had an issue with the strap coming off completely from the metal piece in the back. It is something that definitely needs some improvements as it can be a huge hazard if there were to be a car accident. I am actually looking forward to only using the stroller when my baby grows out of the carseat I am a huge fan of the stroller itself!
TheBest!!
I bought this for my third baby after experiencing with two other different types of strollers I found that this was the most convenient, the lightest and the best. I wish I would have had it for my other two. I have definitely recommend it to everyone I know expecting.
Great features!
Hi. Is there any chance i can buy this stroller cause it’s out of stock And i really want it so bad, so affordable, cool features and easy to use. I hope you will still produce more of this. Please!!!
Solid car seat and stroller
I bought and set this up for grandson. It was easily to follow the directions and the product is sturdy and worth the money. I feel comfortable using it.
I bought this through Walmart not through graco which was probably a mistake but it was missing the pieces to hold the wheels on but other wise an amazing car seat and stroller.
So comfort
I bought this item about 4 months ago . The item had a squeaky sound I contacted Graco directly in a day they responded so fast so quick they even sent me a new one can’t wait to get it today. It show arrive . Love the product they way it looks feels my baby only sleeps so quick when she’s in the stroller .
Missing parts otherwise a good purchase
LOVE this carseat/stroller. It is easy to put together & easy to use however it did not come with the required armrests to connect the tray to the stroller OR the side cupholder for parents.
Got for my baby shower its great! However our carseat did not come with the pictured infant seat cushions
I bought this for my LO September 2024 and have loved it since, just found out I’m expecting again and can’t find a double stoller similar to this I love the leather handle… overall great purchase
Great system!
I bought this back in September of 2024 and have loved it! Baby girl came 4 weeks early, and fit perfectly in the car seat. The stroller turning into the bassinet was perfect for us! It was easy to put together and makes going for walks so easy! Now that she’s 9 months old the full harness is in use and easy to put on her!
Versatile and Convenient Travel System
I recently purchased the Graco Modes Trio Travel System, and it has been fantastic. Having 3 strollers in 1 is incredibly convenient, especially with the true infant pramette mode. The SnugRide car seat fits perfectly and is very secure. Switching between modes is easy, and the stroller feels smooth and sturdy during rides. It’s a great investment for parents looking for flexibility, comfort, and safety. Highly recommended!
Should be recalled! So unsafe.
Nothing about this system is safe! As a parent I care about others babies, please reconsider this car seat… As first time parents we didn’t fully know what we wanted for safety, we got this system and found out the hard way. The car seat had no head support causing our newborn baby’s head to flop down when napping (felt very nervous about asphyxiation). His head would flop when I took a turn. The car seat itself feels so cheap. The base of this car seat completely warbles around! We put everything in right and called a graco car seat technician as well. To top it off, the shoulder straps never went on evenly, it was nearly impossible to get my baby strapped in correctly (even after talking to the technician). When tightening the straps, one side would always be looser than the other.. so unsafe! The stroller is eh, super wabbly, going over little bumps the stroller nearly flips over. The straps to the stroller seat are really difficult to use- would need 4 hands to use it easily with a baby/kid squirming around. -review for the graco modes trio system
I like the features
I brought it a few weeks ago and can’t wait to try it out
Was gifted this stroller for my baby who is now 3 months. Honestly the cushioning of the car seat is very thin. To the point where I think it’s uncomfortable for my baby. The bassinet/ stroller is very wobbly and doesn’t feel sturdy. The seatbelt is very thing thin for the stroller. I will be looking for a new car seat/stroller.
Disappointed
Was gifted this at my baby shower after hearing good things about this and chose this as my stroller/ car seat duo. However I have had the hardest time getting it ready for baby. The car seat does not click into place as easy as it says it does to the stroller. I have tried all the different ways to get it connected to the stroller and have zero luck. My husband is the only one able to get it to connect but even he struggles with it. Getting it connected to the stroller takes a lot of shaking and hard handling which no baby would be able to sleep through. After installing the base in the car and putting the car seat in the base it is not secure at all on the front half which scares me.
Horrible
I’ve had so much trouble with the travel system. The car seat is extremely hard to take off the base. The sides of the car seat are falling apart. The bassinet is extremely wobbly. It’s been such a nightmare.
Great travel system
I bought this about 2 months ago I just had a baby and I love it stroller is super lite weight love the car seat super essy to install everything I need.
Terrible quality
Bought this for my newborn, the material inside the car seat is very scratchy, cheap and rough with hardly any padding for support. The video makes it seem like it lays down for the infant but it doesn’t, wish I never purchased.
Disappointed in defective toddler seat
I was looking forward to trying out this stroller as I thought the infant pram mode would be perfect for my child. However, I am extremely disappointed to say we were unable to ever utilize the toddler seat as we realized we received a defective product after assembling the stroller and seat. This disappointing fact aside, I did want to point out a few additional reasons for my two star review. Setup of the stroller was tedious. When already exhausted from caring for a newborn, the last thing you want is a tedious task to end your day. This was not the first stroller we had put together, but it was by far was the most cumbersome. However, once the stroller itself was set up, I found it was easy to open to standing and fold for storage. It is important to note that the handle of the stroller is not adjustable, and it is higher than what is comfortable for me when pushing stroller (I am 5'5"). I also do not like that the back wheels have two separate brakes. You have to press each brake separately in order to stop the wheels from moving as opposed to one break to control both wheels. The frame itself is fairly light, however I was unable to try lifting the stroller frame with the toddler seat as the toddler seat we received will not click into the stroller. The toddler seat itself is very easy to set up, but I realized that the right and left latch that connects the seat to the stroller were uneven. I tried everything in my power to try and remedy the issue on my own (including unscrewing/rescrewing areas of the toddler seat that came pre-installed) and came to the conclusion that it is simply an error in production. I am so disappointed as I was really looking forward to using the infant pram mode with my child. The reason I did give two stars vs one is because I found it simple to turn the seat itself from toddler mode to infant pram mode. We also are able to utilize the carseat with the stroller, and I love how easy it is to transfer baby from car to stroller and back again. The appearance of the stroller and carseat is sleek, but not what I would necessarily consider high-end. Overall, I am disappointed but hope to reach out to someone in customer service to remedy the situation. I received this travel system from the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for my honest review.
Simple and convienant
Got this as a baby shower gift and I am so grateful! The bassinet is GREAT for those long doctor/hospital trips. My baby falls asleep comfortably and stays asleep while pushing her around. The click in car seat feature is also super easy! No hassling around trying to fit it in securely. Once I hear the *click* I have no worries if the car seat is secure or not. I have recommended this stroller/car seat combo to everyone I know who is expecting.

General positive feedback but assembly confusion
I got a Graco travel system from my registry and love it. The bassinet feature is great and it's very lightweight. My only complaint is the instructions were hard to follow and it took forever to get the wheels on.

Safety concerns with car seat attachment
We have the Graco modes trio & love it BUT the infant car seat does not click in easily. I always have to double check it's secure and sometimes the latch doesn't engage on one side. It's honestly really scary.

Positive review from a user who switched from Chicco
I was going to get the Chicco Bravo but ended up with the Graco Modes Trio because of the bassinet feature and honestly I love it. My baby naps in it so easily and it's held up well for 6 months now.

Durability praised but folding mechanism criticized
I have the Graco Modes Trio and it's a tank. I've run with it on gravel and it's still rolling. My problem is the fold—it's so stiff and I always feel like I'm going to break it forcing it closed.

Comparison to Uppababy and head support issue
I love my Graco Modes Trio but the infant insert is useless. My baby's head flops sideways and I had to buy a third-party insert. Besides that it's a great budget version of the Uppababy with the bassinet feature.

Long-term use reveals wheel and attachment failures
We used the Graco Modes Trio for over a year. The wheels started squeaking badly after 8 months and the car seat became impossible to lock in. I wouldn't trust it with a second kid.
