  I was deciding between the two as well. Ended up going with the Ergobaby. We use it daily. My LO loves the newborn insert. It’s so supportive. The step pedal to adjust height is nice, but it's stiff. I will say it’s a bit bulkier than I expected and doesn’t fold as flat as the Bjorn. Cleaning is also a pain - you have to unhook these tiny elastic loops under the seat. Still glad we got it for the newborn support.

  We went with Ergobaby and he absolutely loves it. The bounce is so easy. Newborn insert was a must for us in the early days. Only downside is the cover is a total pain to take off for washing. My SIL has the Bjorn and it's definitely lighter and simpler but less cozy looking.

  Our baby loves the Ergobaby Evolve. He’s 8 months now and tries to bounce himself to sleep. The recline positions are perfect. Paid for itself already. I wish the toy bar was included for the price though. Also, I find the pedal stiff to push with my foot, but I got used to it.

  We have both (hand-me-down Bjorn, bought Erago). With the newborn insert, Ergobaby wins for infants. Without it, they’re pretty similar. Bjorn is def easier to clean and lighter. But we’re keeping the Ergobaby because of the newborn support. Buy whichever is cheaper if you’re buying new.
