I had the Dr. Brown's one and it died after like 6 months. Also impossible to clean properly. I switched to a Levoit and it’s way easier to maintain, but no night light. If you just need something that works and don't care about smart features, Levoit is better.

We got the Dr. Brown's one as a gift. It's fine. Does the job, but I hate cleaning it. The Crane drop is easier to clean and you can see inside it. If I were buying again I'd get the Crane.
