I bought it, unscrewed it from my crib and pack it in my suitcase when I travel because I don't want to sleep without it. My son LOVES it. Best purchase ever. I put it inside the crib with him but it doesn't move around. Also I used it in the car when he still hated the car. Mounted it to the back of the seat with zip ties.

Candid review of the Baby Einstein aquarium and dependency issues
We LOVED the aquarium at first. But then, the batteries died and my daughter WOULD NOT sleep without it. We also had to pack it in our suitcase if we went anywhere. I think it really prevents them from learning to self-soothe ... honestly I think you're better off without it. I wish we never bought it honestly but your mileage may vary.

We have a baby Einstein sea dreams soother, my daughter loves it, the remote is awesome! She has used it since birth pretty much, she's 4 months and loves watching it during tummy time. It's also nice to bring in the car since its battery operated. I use it when we are out of town and don't have her usual stuff.
