We had these: North States Appliance Knob Covers. Took my daughter exactly 15 minutes to figure out how to pop them open. They work fine for bumping the knobs accidentally, but if your kid is determined and prying at it, they will come off easily. We ended up using Safety 1st Clear View Stove Knob Covers because you can screw them tight so they can't be pried off.
