Baby gate not pressure mounted
I bought the Perma Child Safety retractable gate from Bunnings. Installation is a bit fiddly; you need to make sure the catches are aligned perfectly. But once installed, it's great for our deck and keeps both baby and dog in. The mesh is pet-resistant and UV stable.

We had the Perma retractable gate. Looked nice, but the lock mechanism started sticking after a few months. Ended up replacing it with a simple hardware-mounted swing gate. Much sturdier.
