I am truly enjoying the K-Caf Smart. After owning Keurig machines in the past and decided to upgrade to the Smart machine. I walk my dog early in the morning; I now come home and make myself a latte every morning. It has been a marvelous experience. Purchasing the Machine as part of the bundle was the way to go. I also appreciate that I can now control the temperature and the strength of my coffee and using the app has been so easy. I am truly enjoying the K-Caf Smart. Great brewing quality comparied to the older versions I had a K-Select. The coffee is much more robust. Easy to use. We had a bit of trouble getting it to initally connect to the internet but after some trouble shooting we were up and brewing. Simple direction that even the kids can use. It was a bit disappointing to learn that only 1 email address can connect to it. We created a family friendly one to use to make it easier on everyone. I've had it for a week now and it has definitely been used heavily! The 'Signature' brew feature is something I thought was just a gimmick, but I'm telling you, you CAN taste a difference! My Pike's Place actually tastes like I got it at Star-bee's! And yes, you can have 3 different saved 'Favorites' but where this particular model shines is the frother. I do not have the vocabulary to describe how incredibly easy it now is to have lattes and cappuccinos. And that's just the tip of the iceburg. I've frothed whole milk, whole lactaid milk, and oatmilk so far and all have come out great! I also really appreciate the apps recipe section and how it literally walks you through each step. I'm currently waiting on a shipment of Torani syrups and sauces, but I've used flavored coffee pods for my lattes and capps and they've tasted fantastic! It does a pretty good job at making “espresso.” Of course, it’s not the kind you’d get from a top of the line machine but it is a fine substitute. Brew over ice technology works well. Absolutely love our K-Cafe SMART Single Serve Coffee Maker with frother! We originally purchased the Barista Bar coffee maker from Costco and was very disappointed. Coffee was not hot and frother barely warmed up the milk. Our new one is so much better! Hot coffee, frother is amazing, and we have so many different settings for strength and temperature! Love It! I've only had this keurig about a week, but this machine does not disappoint. I love everything about it. I can change how strong and how hot each brew is. The water reservoir is amazing, I no longer am filling it everyday. And as a frequent Dunkin flyer, I really like that I can get recipes for different drink creations. I ordered this product believing it was a good coffee maker and would serve me well in our 5th wheel RV but upon receiving it and inspecting it I was extremely satisfied with how well built and how good it looked. The price as pretty good as well and the latte pot on the side is very sturdy. I can't wait to actually use this product. There was a small snafu when I placed my order regarding the delivery address. I called in and placed my order to make sure it went to the correct address. The rep took my information, I placed my order, and yet when I got my confirmation the product was going to the wrong address. I had to call in again and this time the rep assured me the product would be delivered correctly, and it was. They are great to work with but a pain waiting on the phone to speak with the right person. Still, it was worth it. I did watch a youtube video for tips and tricks, but it is a great coffee maker and very fast. I love it! If you have a large family or you change pods, the pod reader helps this machine to brew the perfect cup for that pod. I love this coffee maker. I had a very old Kuerig and retired it and bought this one. The coffee tastes better and I enjoy having the foamer. This coffee maker makes full flavored rich coffee. It is noticeably better than our previous Keurig. It recognizes the brand and type of coffee pod inserted. The ability to easily adjust temperature and strength on the fly is really helpful because I drink coffee black - so the HOT setting is perfect for me. My wife adds cold creamer and the HOTTER temperature is just right. The frother works perfectly along with SHOT setting to inject a high pressure shot or two of coffee and pour the froth into the cup. Highly recommended! The froth is easy to clean and works great. And I think it is attractive for all of its functions. So far I'm loving my new Keurig. Having a milk frother readily available is very convenient. The frother gets the milk silky and "fluffy" and does a much better job than the hand held one I've been using. This machine has a large water tank and it's easy to remove, clean and fill. The K Cafe Smart is a great coffee machine. Being able to remotely brew my coffee when I get out of bed is phenomenal. The different drinks in the app are superb with so many choices for lattes and cappuccinos. Having the iced feature is great as well. The water pitcher is so much more user friendly than previous models. My only slight gripe is that even with the frother on #3, I still want it to make more foam. If you are a true espresso lover by itself, go for another machine. I just bought this one to replace my misguided purchase of an instant brand coffee /latte maker which replaced my 16 year old Keurig. The only issues are with some k cups it take a while to get to the menu to select size and type of brew. Also when just running water through takes a bit of time. Beware of Keurig customer service! Not only is it difficult to understand their English all 4 customer serve reps were condescending. At the moment they sense it is you (the customer), the call will magically become disconnected. It was awful. Because my in laws wanted to gift us this machine for Christmas we continued to attempt to order online. After 5 tried we found that your shipping address must match the billing address or it will NOT go through. YOU MUST CALL IN. As a matter of fact, the company rep emptied our entire cart in a very passive aggressive manner from their end. We emailed corporate yet NEVER heard back. Bottom line, they just don’t care. The machine is amazing! It does a lot. It doesn’t do everything that is promised, but close. Be prepared to spend a small fortune on additional items if you plan to use all its features. Example: matcha tea extract is about $10 for 15 tea drinks. $9 for vanilla syrup sweetener (30 drinks +\-). $5 almond milk + Kcup. Average $2.55 a coffee. If you’re a constant Starbucks person, it pays off. If not, don’t bother as you’ll need to use it over a year or two for it to pay off. There are other machines with lower prices that do more (Ninja espresso w/frother & coffee maker) for half the price. I have used Ninja/Shark before and needed their customer service. I have owned 3 other Keurig K-cup brewers over the years and this is my 4th model. Also the best one! Not only does this have more useful features, the water container and its size completely amazed me. The fact that it has a handle and can hold so much water makes it so easy to brew cups conveniently. The milk frother works very well. The container is easy to clean as well. My only issue is that the frother does not make the milk hot. It's just about warm even in the highest setting. Overall a great machine and hoping it will last many years! The Keurig coffee is stronger than most with the even distribution with 5 water spouts pouring over the K-Cups, and up to 5 coffee strength settings. The frother is better than the one on my much more expensive expresso machine.
