She recieved my claim and photos submitted and advised the car seat was defective and no longer safe and needed to be destroyed and disposed of. I asked her since the car seat is clearly defective as it’s like brand new still under warranty and my baby is only a year old would they replace the seat as I paid a lot of good money for this seat. I was advised by Graco they do not replace the seats if the parts are not replaceable as that is just normal west and tear.
