We live somewhere with hot summers and when our previous no-swaddle-necessary one month old started knocking his pacifier out of his mouth at night, we needed a swaddle but all the ones we found were full body ones. This one was perfect for what we needed. It keeps his arms down while also hugging him around his chest for that swaddle feel without the heat. We keep him in just a diaper and this swaddle and it’s great for our 80° house. It’s been cooling down so we just put a light swaddle over this one if it gets too cold and that works great too.
