Faulty product, issues with the wheels and the handlebar folding functionality. Don't waste your time or money - sold as a premium brand and product but unreliable. Evenflo is trying to make me pay for the cost of return shipping when the wagon is extremely heavy and will cost a fortune to ship. They should be responsible for selling a faulty product.

I can’t say enough good things about the Pivot Xplore All-Terrain Stroller Wagon. I use it every time I go out with my two kids (ages 3 and 1), and they absolutely love it. It’s easy to handle, smooth to push or pull, and makes every trip so much simpler. After comparing so many options, nothing came close in terms of price and quality. This stroller wagon is a total game-changer for our family—highly recommended!

This wagon is the best. It’s not as huge as the popular ones, which makes it manageable but still has enough features to make it so much better than a basic wagon. I especially like how it drives over rougher terrain. It’s no harder than pushing my high end stroller.
