The swing is super compact and easy to move around the house, which is a big plus. However, we had issues with the head tilt for our newborn – it doesn’t recline enough and her chin would go to her chest, which looked dangerous. We had to pad the seat. Also, the batteries die fast; we go through a set almost every day if we use it a lot. The music is surprisingly loud/clear though.

I ordered the Ingenuity Comfort 2 Go (Cuddle Lamb) and it arrived with missing parts and the motor didn’t work at all. Returned and requested a replacement – the second one also had issues. Ended up buying a different brand from a local store. Really frustrating because the price was good and it looked nice.
