My son absolutely loves this seat. It’s extremely comfortable and easy to install. I got this because of the safety rating and it’s ergonomically friendly. I love the adaptable cup holders as well.

I bought this for my grandson. I don’t have much to compare it to as car seats are much different than they were 35 years ago. But it seems comfortable to him and seems very safe.
Love this seat
We love this seat! It is such a cute color and it was easy to install. We love that the cup holders don’t come completely off so we can’t lose them. Straps are comfortable and safe. My only complaint is that the purple color shows every single stain and is impossible to keep clean.
Easy and basic!
Recently purchased and I am pretty happy with it. One complaint I have is the size of the cup holders, they are too small for some of the water bottles I have. This is the first seat I have had this issue with. Other than that, I would say it is a decent seat overall.

Great size for small SUV
This is our second SlimFit 3-in-1 car seat and we love it. We have a small SUV and there is still space in the middle seat, after installing both car seats on each side in the back.

Comfortable and safe
This is my second of this carseat. My child finds it and has always found it very comfortable. We got a second because of a car accident. My child was unharmed and didn’t have any whiplash. The seat seemed fine but getting a new one when in an accident is always safest.

I love the versatility and how easy it is to install! We have a smaller vehicle and it fits perfectly. It had two setting for rear facing, 1 sits baby up more, 2 leans back a bit. I haven’t tried the others out since she haven’t gotten there yet but for far i love it! Our 1 year old seems to be pretty comfy in there!

Perfect for my toddler
Love this car seat! I love how the cupholders can fold in making it easier to fit next to our other car seats. I also love the lower anchor belts on this one, way easier to install and uninstall, they work like regular seat belt buckles with the click part. Also I love the name of the color, my son’s name is Silas so it was meant to be! We also have the 3 in 1 snug fit in pink for our newborn and that one is also amazing!
Great fit, easy to install
2 of these fit well in the back of our Honda Accord with room to spare. That's the main reason we bought them! They're nice too, cupholders are a plus. Nothing fancy which I don't mind!

I absolutely love this car seat! I got it three years ago for my first and definitely had to order another when my second was born. The seat literally grows with them so you save money in the long run.

Flexible and comfortable
I recently bought two of these car seats as my son already has one and I bought an extra two for my Car seat rental business . These car seats work wonderfully they're very comfortable they're easy to change depending on the age and size of the child they're very easy to install and I like how they are just slightly slimmer than a general model so it's easier to fit them in more cars. It is a great purchase and I would do it again in the future if I need more car seat seats for my business.

I have a Corolla too and just got this seat. It fits behind the passenger seat with the seat all the way forward. Not ideal for a tall passenger, but it works. I also have a Clek Fllo and it’s slightly bigger. The SlimFit3 LX is definitely narrower. For 3 across, you might get a combination of seats to work, but I haven’t tried it.

Travel and airline use of SlimFit 3-in-1
We used the Graco SlimFit 3-in-1 for air travel and it was great. It’s FAA approved, light enough to carry, and fits well in airplane seats. I attach it to a Britax travel cart to wheel through the airport, then install it on the plane. It’s narrow, so it fits in economy seats. My kid was comfortable and slept well.

Overall review as a long-term seat
We’ve been using the Graco SlimFit 3-in-1 for 2 years now, from infant to forward-facing. It’s held up well, fabric is easy to clean, and it’s so slim we can fit three across in our Honda CR-V. The rethread harness adjustment is a bit of a pain when switching between kids, but overall it’s a solid seat for the price. Would recommend.

Comparison to TrioGrow and ease of install
I have the SlimFit LX and the leveler on the side was a dealbreaker—it stuck out and seemed like it could break. I returned it for the TrioGrow SnugLock, which is so much easier to install. The SlimFit isn’t bad, but for our single-car-seat setup, the TrioGrow was a better fit. If you absolutely need a narrow seat, though, SlimFit is the way to go.

SlimFit 3 LX in a Mazda CX-5
I have the SlimFit3 LX in my CX-5. Rear-facing fits behind the passenger seat, but it’s tight—front passenger has to sit pretty upright. Forward-facing is no problem. I can fit a booster, this seat, and a Chicco KeyFit in the back, but it’s snug. The seat is definitely narrow, but check your vehicle dimensions.

Long-term use and 3-across experiences
We have two SlimFits and a Diono in our Prius. It’s tight but works. The SlimFit is the narrowest seat we found. My 5-year-old is still harnessed, but he’s on the top slot and might outgrow it before we want to switch to booster. It’s a great seat for the money, especially if you catch a sale. The install is straightforward, though the rear-facing belt path can be tricky without a locking clip.
