Simmons Kids Twin Bassinet – Adjustable with Wheels (Grey Tweed)
The Simmons Kids By The Bed Twin City Sleeper Bassinet is a bedside sleeper designed for twins, featuring a compact 30" x 30" footprint and a Z-shaped frame with wheels that slides under most beds. It has five adjustable height positions and mesh sides for airflow and visibility, plus storage pockets and a removable 1" thick mattress. JPMA certified, this bassinet is recommended for babies from birth to 5 months or until they push up on hands and knees; however, many users note that babies may outgrow it by 3-4 months, and wheels perform poorly on carpet.

Fits our crazy life
We have a toddler AND twins. This bassinet makes nights manageable because the twins are contained and safe, freeing me up to handle the older one too
Better than I expected
I thought this would be bulky, but the slim base slides right under our bed. Super practical in our small space
No more guesswork
I used to get up 20 times to make sure they were okay. Now with the mesh and the closeness, I just peek over and go right back to sleep
Nap time win
Sometimes, I roll it to the kitchen while I cook. They nap in it, and I keep an eye on them. Makes me feel human again to multitask safely
One baby was fussy, one slept
I had one twin who cried non stop and one who slept through everything. Having them side by side but separate saved us, no one was waking the other
The wheels are everything
Moving this bassinet to the living room during the day has been so handy. It’s light enough to roll but sturdy enough to feel safe
Keeps them close, but safe
I wanted to co sleep but was nervous about safety. This was the perfect solution, close enough for comfort but separate for safety.
It saved me weeks of pain
Seriously, don’t try lifting babies from across the room when you’re healing. This bassinet next to my bed saved me weeks of pain.
Twin mom hack
I put a sound machine between them in the bassinet and it helps soothe them both. This setup has been magic
Game changer for bottle feeding
At 1 am, I can roll over, grab a baby, feed, burp, lay them back down, then repeat with the second. Efficient and way less stressful

Simmons bassinet praised for compact size and storage
I decided on the Simmons Kids By The Bed City Sleeper, and one reason was the really compact design (30" x 30") which fits well in our small bedroom. Also love the storage pockets for diapers and wipes. The wheels don't roll great on our carpet, but once it's in place, it stays put.

Simmons recommended for bedside use with adjustable height
We're looking at the Simmons double bassinet because it slides right under the bed with its Z-frame and has adjustable height positions. Seems perfect for keeping twins close for night feedings, especially after my c-section. Some reviews say wheels aren't great on carpet, but that's not a dealbreaker for us.

Concerns about short usage period cited for Simmons
I think the Simmons is decent for the price, but my twins outgrew it in like 3 months. I wish I'd gone with something longer-lasting, but if you're on a tight budget, it works. I found it used for cheaper on Facebook Marketplace, which made it more worth it.

Simmons highlighted as affordable option for small spaces
I went with the Simmons Kids twin bassinet because it was the most affordable I found that still had good safety ratings and fit our tiny apartment. It's a bedside sleeper, which saved us a lot of bending over after my c-section. Only downside is it's not travel-friendly and they'll outgrow it fast.
