I had the Ingenuity Room to Soak and the sling was a nightmare. It kept coming unhooked on one side so baby would lean. I ended up buying the Angelcare bath support and it's so much better for newborns. The Ingenuity is fine once they can sit, but for the newborn stage it's not great.

Positive experience with longevity and cleaning
We've used the Ingenuity Room to Soak from birth and it's been great! No issues with the sling for us, it stayed in place. Now at 8 months we use the seat insert. It's easy to clean, no mold issues like some others. For the price, it's a solid choice.

I have both the Fisher Price and the Ingenuity. The Ingenuity is lighter but feels cheap. The sling is definitely worse. I used it once and went back to the Fisher Price. The only thing I like about the Ingenuity is the drain plug is easier to use.
