I like the Motorola PIP1610. The camera motorization is awesome and you can't really get that in non-wifi monitors. The app is flaky and it loses connection but overall it does the job.

The Motorola PIP1610 does work without wifi, you just use the parent screen. That's how I use it. But setting it up and getting the firmware updated was a nightmare.
