I bought the Regalo Swing Down bed rail... It seems secure when it's latched, but it's a bit annoying to put the sheets on and you can't really tuck the sheets in on that side. Also, there is like a small gap sort of between the rail and the bed, and I've kinda had to put something in there so the baby doesn't roll partially in it... I also don't love that the straps to secure it aren't adjustable in length and are made for a king size bed or something.

Positive recommendation for Regalo bed rail in co-sleeping context
I have been using the Regalo bed rail for my 1.5 year old and it's been great. It folds down easily if you want to sit on the edge of the bed. It's sturdy and the mesh is breathable. Bonus- it's super affordable and available on Amazon India.
