Warning about choking hazard with Tommee Tippee Ultra-Light StayPut pacifier
We put our daughter down for a nap with her pacifier just like we always do and I heard her cry and then start choking... The whole pacifier had gotten suctioned into her mouth and was preventing her from being able to breathe... She had to be sedated and have the pacifier removed via scope in the ER. She ended up with a throat contusion and lacerations.

Report of baby gagging on the pacifier and size concerns
She kept pulling it out and then would try to put it back in and would gag on it cause she'd be shoving the whole thing in her mouth... I also think the gumline part is wider than the rest, so it kinda hits the roof of her mouth and causes her to gag.
