Practical and Portable but Falls Short on Style

Slatka

Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this playard to try out! I was really excited to try this playard, but the look and design weren’t quite what I hoped for. It feels bulky on top, and there’s a lot of fabric around the edges, which makes it look heavier than it actually is. The color is also a bit drab and doesn’t blend well with the rest of our home décor—it’s just not very visually appealing. That said, it is extremely practical and easy to use. The setup is incredibly quick—I can carry it in one hand and unfold it while holding my baby in the other, which is a huge plus. The mattress has a good amount of padding, and I like that it’s comfortable for my little one. I do wish the mattress had a removable cover, though, so it could be washed more easily. I’ve mainly used the infant bassinet mode downstairs since it’s light enough to move from room to room. It even glides across our hardwood floors without scratching them, which I really appreciate. We tried using the play yard mode with our three-year-old, but unfortunately, it’s a bit too small for him. As for the UV-50 canopy, I found it difficult to attach—especially the front side—and I didn’t feel entirely safe using it with a young infant. However, I could see it being fun and useful in the play yard mode for older kids, kind of like a little tent. Overall, it’s a solid, practical option if you’re focused on convenience and portability. It’s not the most stylish or intuitive design in every area, but for quick setups and everyday use around the house, it definitely does the job.

Versatile and compact

Jenny

This playard is a sleeker cousin from the standard playard. While its mattress is the size of a bassinet, it still offers enough room for your baby to sleep in. For reference, we currently have a 3 month old that can still comfortably nap in here. She currently sleeps in our large master bathroom because we need her close by at night, and setting this playard up was easy. It fit right into one of our bathroom nooks. Assembly was relatively simple, but I did not find it intuitive. I needed to reference the manual since I’m most used to assembling our standard playard. Setting up the canopy was actually easier than I thought. It provides a lot of coverage from sun and bug protection, which is a lifesaver for us in Texas. I want to note is that since the playard folds in half (right in the middle of the mattress), a noticeable dip can be felt. I think this can be solved with a bassinet sized mattress that you lay on top. The mattress padding is definitely thick and cushioned enough to be comfortable for your baby to play and sleep in. Disassembling the playard was pretty easy. You push two buttons and it folds in half. The hardest part, though, was removing the legs. I wish the buttons you press to slide the legs out were bigger so that it would be easier for the consumer to remove. I think this would frustrate me if I frequently took this outside with a cranky baby. All in all, this is a very good and practical solution for parents that want a multi-use playard. It is best for babies 1 and under because of its small size. Transporting and traveling with it in its case is easy, although quite wide if you have limited trunk space. This would not fit in overhead airplane storage. I do recommend this playard but with my listed caveats. I was provided this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Excellent Travel Option

Bella

This playard has been a game changer for travel. The playard is attractive and compact, easier to travel with compared to our full size pack n play. The infant bassinet would have been helpful if our baby wasn’t already standing, but this would have been ideal for travel when she was younger. The UV-50 canopy was perfect for the beach, keeping the babes shaded without overheating during naps. It’s incredibly easy to set up and break down, much quicker and more intuitive than other playards we’ve tried, we didn’t even need the directions. During our last outing, we had it ready in under a minute. You do need to put it back in baby bassinet form to fold it back up, but this was relatively quick to do as well. This playard is lightweight, easy to set up, and travel friendly. My only negative is I personally wouldn’t use this as a playpen, I find it too small for my daughter’s needs for playing but overall a great option!, that I would recommend to those looking for a travel sleep space. Thank you stellar reviews for providing me the opportunity to test this product.

Nice mini pack n play with sun protection

Stevenk8

We received the pack n play lite 4 in 1 traveler as a member of the Stellar Product Testing Panel in exchange for an honest review! Our new little one isn't quite here yet, but wanted to share our thoughts thus far! We do have an almost 2 year old, but she was getting no where near it, so no pics of it being used in the real world, yet! Right out of the box, I loved it! It literally just unfolds, no snap here, lock there, push there! It's easily unfolded and locks in place! Totally put together except the snap on legs. If using it in the highest position, you really don't have to have the legs on it! With the legs, it's a nice height for even tall people, it's not super short! It is well constructed, with a pretty neutral fabric, great for our family room and our bedroom! It'll replace our bassinet! It doesn't wobble, it's pretty sturdy! The mattress, I took multiple pics of it because it's one of the best and one of the worst things about this entire unit! It unzips, so you use it for the infant portion and then again at the bottom for an older child. But it has to be zipped in place! It's so soft, very nicely made.... but IT ZIPS! You cannot put any kind of tight fitting sheet/ cover on it! Im so disappointed in this! I mean, babies spit, have blow outs! It's literally one blow out from the trash can! Very frustrating! Maybe they can consider selling an additional pad that can be covered? The sun shade thing is nice, you can see i struggled but my older daughter got it on pretty tight but didn't take a Pic! We have a pool and I think this would be perfect for the patio so we can watch the baby and the kids! It comes with is own travel case..... so nice because it's so small and easy to transport, the case will keep it clean! Because of its portability/ size, I don't think once your baby is near a year, you'd use this much, it's not much bigger than a bassinet (if it even is). We travel a lot and foster, so I'm sure we'll put this to the test!

Great for travel

MrsJo1210

I was given this playard to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing panel. I love how light and compact it is when it’s not in use! I have a chunky 9 month old and we are getting ready to go on a family vacation. I set it up to see how our daughter liked it and she crawled right in! It has the capability to be used like a bassinet if the baby is small enough. Then you can put it to the floor and you have the mattress inside the whole time. The canopy cover that comes with it is super breathable and will be great for night time and trying to make the room appear darker. It took me less than 3 minutes to take it apart and pack it back up.

Versatile and easy breezy

LyonsMama

I am kicking myself for not finding out about this Pack n' Play LiteTraveler 4 in 1 Playard sooner! This thing is so versatile all while being super low profile. I love the small footprint on the LiteTraveler because it is the perfect size for my 6 month old, and will still be plenty of space for him to rest and play as he grows. Currently, we are using it in the bassinet function. I loved that the setup took less than one minute and it was incredibly easy to put together, just having to slide the legs on and you're done! We put the sunshade on to see how it goes and that was also pretty simple. The one step fold and go design is such a relief, too. Every second counts when it's spent trying to wrangle children while setting up their gear! I am very impressed that it comes with a nice thick mattress. Oftentimes, portable cribs only have a hard thin board type mattress and this one is firm but still softer than expected. It is approved by the AAP, so I know my baby will still sleep safely! To lower the mattress to the floor, it is as simple as unzipping a layer of mesh support and voila! It's a playard. It even has a little unzippable door so a bigger baby can go in and out all by themselves to play! This bassinet/playard would have been such a game changer on our camping trip a few weeks ago. At that time, we used a full size Pack n' Play, but we were worried about the sunlight disrupting naps so we had a whole separate other canopy that was a complete mess to assemble, took up way too much space, and was so airtight it ended up trapping too much heat around our baby so we ended up not using it for the remainder of our trip. This system is SO much better, because it is all-in-one, equipped with the canopy which is UV50 protection and has flaps on the top for airflow. The one downside is that the canopy only covers half of the full side of the playard. PROS: -Small footprint -Easy assembly -Thick mattress -Extremely versatile -Breathable, shady canopy -Zip-down function to extend to floor is really clever CONS: -Only comes in teal/black. Would love a black canopy! -Canopy shade only extends down half of the long sides of the playard. Would love full coverage BUT this helps with breathability. Overall I am in love with the Graco Pack n' Play LiteTraveler 4-in-1Playard and will absolutely be telling my friends who are expecting to add this to the "must-haves" on their baby registries! Thank you to Stellar Product Testing Panel for the opportunity to test this product! We are very happy with it.

Stylish and Safe Travel Playard

Anne

I really liked the modern design. It feels sturdy, high quality, stylish, and has a premium look. I would have preferred the UV 50+ canopy in a more neutral color like gray or black, but that’s a minor detail. It’s very practical for everyday use. My baby is crawling everywhere now, so when I need to get something done, like vacuuming or stepping away for a few minutes. I can place him inside with a few toys and know he’s safe. My 4-year-old daughter loved the free play mode. She and my 9-month-old went in and out of it over and over, having so much fun together. The most useful mode for us is the one that works both for play and sleep, especially when we travel. The UV canopy makes it feel cozy and blocks light during naps. I haven’t used it outdoors yet, but living in Florida, I’m sure it’ll be useful soon. We travel frequently to Orlando and usually stay in hotels or short-term rentals. We used to bring a pack-and-play along with a separate mattress, but this playard eliminates the need for that. It has a built-in padded surface that’s comfortable enough for sleep. The canopy is also great for keeping the sleeping space darker in hotel rooms. Setup was quick and straightforward, it was ready in just a few minutes. Snapping the legs into place was easy. Breaking it down, though, was a bit tricky. The legs was hard to detach even when pressing the release button firmly. That was the only drawback I experienced. Compared to other playards I’ve used, this one is much more convenient. There’s no need for an extra mattress, it looks great, and most importantly, it feels safe and secure for my baby. I received this playard from the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Better than all the others

KK94

I was ecstatic to receive this Pack n' Play LiteTraveler 4-in-1 Playard in exchange for my honest review from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I have enjoyed using this playard so much! From set up being almost instinctual to the use and break down of it, this playard has been a breeze to use. I thought it was going to be smaller than other full size playards, but it really isn't except for the rounded corners. Being able to set up, take down, and pack away this one has made it so worth it. The mattress is thick batting on a hard board that comes out of the cover in two pieces, making the cover easy to wash and keep clean. The cover zips into the playard higher up to create a basinet and I loved how secure it felt during use. My baby seemed comfortable as well. To make it a playpen you unzip the mattress and then the outside of the mesh, and it'll fall down to be taller. The mattress has straps that go through the mesh to buckle onto the legs and keep it secure again. My older littles loved the zipper door so they could go in and out as they pleased. It made for a nice cubby and I know we'll have so much use out of this playard as my youngest is barely 6 months old. I love the extra canopy cover, because it's great for extra shade, privacy, or if your baby has FOMO. It also came with a travel bag to make things even easier. I love this thing! I will be recommending it to anyone who is unsure on what to get.

A Must Have for On the Go Parents

Graco

The LiteTraveler 4-in-1 Playard has been an absolute lifesaver! It’s incredibly versatile and thoughtfully designed to grow with your baby. I love how it transforms from a cozy bedside bassinet to a toddler playard, and the slumber tent is the best for daytime naps. Each mode feels like it was made with both baby and parent in mind. Setup and breakdown are a breeze with the one-step fold, and the included carry bag makes it super easy to travel with. It’s perfect for weekend trips, visits to family, or just moving around the house. The breathable fabrics are soft yet durable, and the stylish design fits right in with our home décor. We took it to the beach and so many parents stopped and were truly impressed with how easy it came together. One of my favorite features is the UV slumber tent it blocks out light perfectly for nap time, whether we're indoors or outside. We used the bassinet and toddler mode and I love it can’t wait for baby boy to grow and use the free play. Highly recommend this playard to any parent looking for convenience, comfort, and peace of mind. Total win!

Excellent for All Ages Stylish and Functional

Lauren

I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. The below review is my own thoughts. We’ve been using this playard daily with both our toddler and baby, and it’s been a fantastic addition to our home. The modern, neutral design looks great in our space, but more importantly, it’s thoughtfully built for everyday use. Play mode is our favorite feature. The zippered front lets our toddler crawl in and out independently, and our baby also loves having a safe, open space to play. Unlike other playards we’ve used, this one doesn’t have a bulky bottom frame, which means no weight limits cutting off its usefulness too early — a big win for growing toddlers. I also really like the bassinet mode, especially compared to the “hanging” style found in similar products. The zip-in frame feels sturdier and is much easier to manage for daily setup and breakdown. While we’re not using that mode currently, we’re planning to use it as our primary bassinet for our next baby. The size and design would’ve been perfect for my baby as a newborn as he outgrew his smaller bassinet fairly early- I wish I had this during his newborn days! It’s quick to set up, simple to fold down, and the included travel bag makes it very portable — ideal for family trips. The UV-50 sunshade is a smart idea and great for outdoor use, though I’ve had a little trouble keeping it fully extended. That said, I appreciate the ventilation, and I’d definitely use it over a traditional blackout tent once I get more comfortable with the setup. Overall, this is a versatile, well-designed playard that works beautifully for both babies and toddlers. It’s durable, easy to use, and well worth the investment.

Want to love it BUT

MamaBear3

I was given this playard to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I want to love it except for one thing: it is hard to collapse. I got this product over a week ago and have yet been able to collapse it even with the instructions provided. On a positive note, I LOVE the thickness and softness of the mattress included. With the original Graco Pack-n-play, I had to buy an additional pad-not the case here. I figured the usual photos were of babies using this product (I myself have a 7 month old), but I am attaching ones of my 2 1/2 year old in it to show that it is a truly versatile product that will grow with your kiddo.

Perfect for the early days and more

Abby

This would be PERFECT for daily use in the living room during the newborn period. I had a traditional playpen and it was large and cumbersome, but I used it a lot because I wasn’t comfortable putting my baby in the bedroom even with a monitor for a couple of months. This would have made my life so much easier. It’s compact and easily folds up to be very slim, but even if left open at all times it has a very small footprint. The canopy is the icing on the cake because it makes it so dark and cozy. It’s a pretty design, so I wouldn’t think twice about leaving it out in my living room. For my life, the bassinet mode makes the most sense and is when I would get the most use out of it. I have a large baby and he moves a lot in his sleep, so now that he’s almost 1 we likely won’t get a ton of use out of it. In addition to the newborn period, I can see this being nice for someone who’s traveling with an infant or smaller toddler who doesn’t move around a ton when they sleep. It’s not ideal for a large toddler. It’s really simple to set up, break down, and switch between the bassinet and playard options. With all that said, I would definitely recommend this product! In fact, I’m keeping it for the next baby even though I’m not sure yet if I’m going to have another! Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this playard!

Graco Pack n Play LiteTraveler

Graco

The Graco Pack ’n Play LiteTraveler LX with Canopy is a lightweight, easy-to-fold bassinet/ play yard- ideal for travel and outdoor use. It is smaller than a typical Pack n Play, which I loved because we are tighter on space. The option to have a bassinet covert into a play yard was huge for me. The UV-protective canopy was a great plus for beach days and while I’m playing with my older kids outside. I actually found the floor padding to be quite thick compared to other Pack n Plays I’ve had in the past. Overall I love this thing! It’s a great portable option that’s great for families on the move and who are looking for something more space saving than your traditional pack n play. Thank you Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this!

Light and convenient pack and play

Catheribe

We received the pack’n’ play lite traveler as a stellar product testing panel and love it! It’s a compact size that is easy to assemble and disassemble and comes with the canopy that has 50-uv protection. I like that it has an infant bassinet option along with toddler playpen, older infant crib option, and tent option. It’s a good size between a traditional small bedside bassinet and a larger pack and play, so it still has room for toddlers to sleep in but it doesn’t take much floor space if you’re traveling on the go. I like how it all fits into the carryon bag nicely. You do have to take a little bit of time removing the canopy, removing the mattress pad, zipping the bottom part back up, and removing the legs before folding the playpen and placing it ask in the bag. It is easy to do, but does require a little more time as you sort of have to assemble and disassemble more parts each time compared to a traditional larger pack and play. The nice thing is after you’re done it fits nicely in the bag and is easy to travel with. I also really like the canopy because it not only blocks uv rays, it also darkens the playpen so my baby can sleep better in it during the day when she’s napping at our family’s house and there’s bright sunlight or if she’s outside in the sun. The quality is great and it’s perfect for traveling

Petite Playard

Rachel

As a mom with a two year old and a 6 month old, I was pumped to try out this new pack-n-play playard. The first thing I noticed immediately while still unboxing was the narrow frame and sleek design. We packed this up to bring to the beach and it was much less clunky in my van and easily fit with all our luggage and beach gear. Once we made it to the beach, it was lightweight and easy for me to transport the playard upstairs to the bedrooms and set up. The raised bassinet mode was perfect for my 6 month old daughter, as it most closely replicated her normal bed at home. The canopy feature was a life-saver as it gave my husband and I a little breathing room as we snuck into the bedroom later in the evening trying our best to not wake her. During the day, we’ve used the playard mode to give our daughter some space to wiggle while also keeping her more confined. The sleek design of this pack-n-play means the playard also has a smaller footprint, which for us was both a positive and negative. Positive in that it gave us more open space in our bedroom, negative in that there was less space for our daughter to play while in the playard. Overall, this pack-n-play is sleek, lightweight, and the fact that it has a variety of modes/ways to use it, is really helpful. It really served dual purposes on our beach trip and helped keep our daughter in her routines as closely as it could to what she’s used to at home. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this playard.

Compact and convenient

court

I recieved this product from Stellar Reviews. When I opened the product I was pleasantly surprised to find how lightweight it was and fairly compact. My other graco pack and play is much heavier and I love that this is so light. The color is great. I love the fact that it has UVP and it doubles as a bassinet. My baby loves it and it’s so nice to use on the go. It’s fairly small to use as a playpen at the house but perfect for on the go. I would have loved to take it with us on our recent vacation but it doesn’t quite fold up as compact as other pack n plays. I will have to post a picture on my next review as I have been working lots and haven’t had time to post any photos

Lightweight and super convenient

Jojo

I received the Pack n' Play LiteTraveler 4-in-1 Playard through the Stellar Product Testing Panel and I’ve got to say, it’s made things a lot easier with our little one! I love the modern, clean look.. It doesn’t clash with our space, and it’s not big or bulky like some of the others we’ve owned. It’s simple, lightweight, and actually kind of cute! The mode we’ve used the most is the travel crib.. It’s perfect for quick naps when we’re visiting family or spending time outdoors. The UV 50 canopy was a huge plus on sunny days.. It keeps the baby shaded without me having to pile on extra blankets or worry about sunburn and it stayed in place and didn’t feel flimsy at all. Setup and breakdown are also super straightforward.. I didn’t have to fight with it or second guess how it folds up. It just works.. and that’s everything when you’re juggling kids, bags, and snacks! It folds down and fits easily in the trunk, so it’s been great for weekend trips or even just moving it around the house. Compared to other playards we’ve used, this one is just easier all around.. Lighter, quicker to set up, and doesn’t take up a ton of space! Definitely something I’ll keep using regularly!

Easy to Use and Convenient

ColoradoMama

Thanks to Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this product to try. I love how convenient and lightweight this play hard is. I'm able to cart it around and set it up and break it down by myself, even with a little one in tow. The SPF cover is great in the sunny area I live in and the mesh sides make sure baby isn't getting too hot inside. I love that it's completely removable too. My 5 month old is small enough to use the bassinet feature but mobile enough to need the toddler version. The quick zipper feature allows me to switch between the two which is great. I was able to use this product traveling inside to put my little one down and also outside during a picnic to provide a safe and shady place for my baby to relax in. The side zipper allowed him to move in and out as he pleased and still be part of the group.

Great piece to have for traveling

TravelPNP

Overall, this is a great piece of equipment for traveling! It fits a lot of needs that typically you'd have to have two to three separate items to meet what this one item does. I'll start with the looks. Overall, very clean and modern and have no issues with the design of it. My one nit is the random blue for the canopy. I personally would have stuck with a neutral like the rest of the playard, but that's nothing against the whole product and it's practicality. Since my baby isn't crawling yet, we haven't been able to truly utilize the 'play' aspect of it. But we have used the bassinet and its been great. There's plenty of sleep space in it. I've used other travel bassinets before that are much smaller, but this one feels like it hits the right amount of space while still being compact for travel. While using the bassinet, I've also used the canopy multiple times. This is a great addition to the set and frankly what makes this pack 'n play worth it. The two-sided top vents make it so you can spy on your baby either way and/or let a bit more light in while not being super dark; good for either use case. Two things I wish on the canopy, though. I wish it came full down on each side of the bassinet. The current one only covers one side fully and I try to have the room as dark as I can when my baby sleeps. Not a deal breaker by any means as you can still control light via shades / blinds, but something to note. The other thing I wish it did was have better access into the bassinet part when you're using. You'll see in a photo I took that you basically have to "undress" a big portion to get in there, whether it be to get your baby in/out or to get a binky for example. Not a major issue, but something that I think can be addressed for future improvements. One fairly major thing I would change with this is the mattress. It's hard to tell in one of my pictures, but the fabric covering on the mattress is fairly loose and not taut (pardon the drool spot!). It wasn't an issue for me per se, but the extra fabric could absolutely be an issue if you have a small one that rolls over and sleeps on their tummy. Be cognizant of this if considering purchasing! The mattress also feels a smidge oversized as it bows up ever so slightly in the middle. I think they need to go back to the drawing board on the mattress overall. Functionally, it's very easy to set up and take down. Sometimes you struggle with baby equipment and it's not as intuitive as you want it to be, but this was a breeze, and I didn't have to look at any of the instructions. I would recommend this product, especially for traveling as it checks a lot of the boxes you need and want when traveling. It's space-saving as its use-cases cover 2-3 different pieces of equipment. The one major caveat is the mattress. Please be wary of the loose fabric and the fit within the bassinet portion. I received this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Pack n play of my dreams

Chani

I was given the Pack n' Play® LiteTraveler™ 4-in-1 Playard to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel, and I’m so glad I got the chance to test it out! First off, I really love the modern look and sleek design — it feels clean, minimal, and not bulky like some other playards I’ve seen. It actually blends in nicely with my home without feeling like an eyesore, which I really appreciate. It’s practical enough for everyday use but still looks stylish, whether I have it set up in my living room or out in the yard. Of the four modes, the bassinet mode was so useful when my 3 month old niece was over. It was perfect for when my niece needed a quick nap, and I loved having the option to easily switch to the playpen for my 1 year old. The UV-50 canopy was great for outdoor use — it gave me peace of mind that she was shaded and protected when we were hanging out in the backyard. This playard has honestly made traveling and day trips so much easier. One time we were at a friend’s house for a barbecue, and my baby needed a safe place to nap and play — I had the LiteTraveler set up in just a couple of minutes, and it was a lifesaver! The quick setup and lightweight design really make a difference when you’re juggling a baby and all the other gear that comes along. Compared to other playards I’ve used, this one is so much easier to set up and break down. It’s intuitive, doesn’t require wrestling with awkward pieces, and packs up compactly for storage or tossing in the car. Overall, I’d highly recommend the Pack n' Play LiteTraveler 4-in-1 Playard for parents who want something modern-looking, versatile, and super convenient for home and on the go!

Modern Practical and total game changer

Rooosssiiieeeee

This playard is fantastic! From the sleek, modern design to how easy it is to use, it checks all the boxes for both style and function. I love how the look fits in with our more modern aesthetic—it doesn’t scream “baby gear,” which is such a nice bonus when it’s set up in our living room or on the go. We’ve used it in all kinds of settings, but taking it to the beach for our 10-month-old was the real standout. It created a safe, enclosed space where she could play without us worrying, and the UV 50+ canopy gave her great shade. She even took a nap in it, which speaks volumes about how cozy it is—the upgraded mattress is much more comfortable than the traditional pack 'n plays we've used before. Of the four modes, the infant bassinet and playard setup have been the most useful for us so far. I love that it transitions so easily as baby grows, and I can see us getting a lot of use out of every stage. Setup and breakdown are super quick and straightforward—much easier than other playards we've owned in the past. On one busy morning before heading out the door, we were able to pack it up in minutes and take it with us stress-free. That kind of convenience really matters when you’ve got a little one in tow. Overall, this playard has made traveling with our baby so much easier, and I’d recommend it to any parent looking for a stylish, functional, and truly practical solution for everyday use. Modern lightweight playard

CaseyB

I love the look of this playard. Its simple and modern design makes it versatile and easy to integrate into different environments. The style is sleek, and I have been able to use it in several different rooms, and it looks like it fits right in. Of the four modes offered by this playard, I find the toddler playard and free play modes most useful. I am sure if I had this when my baby was younger, I would definitely have used the bedside bassinet feature as well! I also appreciate the accompanying canopy that will be useful when we take this playard on an upcoming trip, and we can use it outdoors to keep baby out of the sun. The canopy is a beautiful turquoise color, with two easy-to-open and close mesh windows, and the canopy is easy to apply and remove. I anticipate this playard making travel easier with my little one. We have an upcoming road trip that I am excited to bring this along for, as I know it will be quick to set up at our destination and versatile to be brought along during our different activities we have planned. Setting up and breaking down this playard is surprisingly simple compared to other playards I have used. Within minutes, I can have it set up and ready to use or packed back up in the convenient carrying case. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this playard. Overall, this is a very modern, lightweight, and simple-to-use playard that will make traveling with your little one a breeze as well as keeping your little one comfortable!

Wish I had this when my baby was newborn

Cristy

I received this product as part of the Stellar product testing panel. This 4 in 1 placard would have been a life saver during the newborn trenches. The bassinet is perfect. Now that my baby is older, the bassinet is no longer safe but thanks to the 4 in 1 features, my baby can continue to use it for playtime since it’s a great free play playard that I don’t have to worry about her crawling into places she shouldn’t. I can’t wait to use the slumber tent feature. The canopy is absolutely beautiful. Setting up this playard was smooth and it folds in half. I love how it doesn’t take up a whole lot of space. If I could go back in time I would have never bought the bassinet I did and I would have gotten this one instead.

So sleek and simple

Txmama7

I love this playard! It is so much less bulky than my current one. I only wish I got it in time before our recent road trip. It was so incredibly easy to set up and break down. The zipper access is so wonderful and makes it way easier to get my baby out since I’m short and it’s hard to reach all the way down. The look and feel is much more modern and sleek than classic pack and play systems which fits in so much better with our style and decor. It’s minimalist but also functional. We ended up setting it up for our daughter to nap in our room when we had repairs going on in hers and she slept for 2.5 hours without a peep! We used the cover to make it darker as well and she was so comfy in there I wished I could nap there too! In fact, we set it up in our room in the middle of the night because her room had a leak and we thought we might have to wake her up to move her into our room. We didn’t end up needing to but truly from opening the box to fully set up it maybe took 5 minutes. The one we currently use is way more clunky to set up and break down. It’s so easy to pack up as well and I like that it switches modes without needing extra parts. Makes it much better for travel. We loved the canopy for her nap to help with darkness. However, we live in a very hot area so I felt like the canopy didn’t get enough airflow into the play yard when outdoors so we opted not to use it outdoors. I do love the idea though and think it’s perfect for when it’s not so out outside. Overall I am so so happy with this product. It’s exactly what I have wanted in a a playard. The only thing I might change is making it slightly bigger for better play space but other than that I love it and my daughter and husband love it too. I received the product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

New favorite Pack nPlay

AliP

I was given this playard to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and we love it so much. This is a sleek and modern looking pack n'play that is compact enough to fit in small spaces, but still gives our baby enough room to play or sleep. We recently took it with us on a trip abroad and my 9-month-old son slept so well in it for 10 nights. My son got sick while on the trip and as a bonus we even learned how easy the mattress is to clean liquids out of. One of our flights was delayed so we even opened up the playard in the airport so my son had a safe place to play. It's super easy to open and pack away which was very convenient for airport use. We've had two other pack n'plays in the past and this is by far the easiest to set up and break down. I'm excited for this to be our new go-to pack n'play and for it to grow with our family!

An absolute must

Epbatch

We LOVE this play yard! Compared to others, it is extremely light weight and easy to fold and assemble. We were able to easily fit it into our vehicle for a weekend at the lake. We used the UV canopy at night to filter out light when staying with relatives who do not have black out curtains. Because it is so easy to move around, we were also able to quickly set it up on the patio with the UV canopy- allowing us to enjoy time outside with family while knowing our baby was safe from the sun. Other playyards we have tried did not include a canopy, so this inclusion was a huge perk! I love that this is functional for my infant and toddler. We’ve mostly used for the infant, but it’s a great investment knowing we can continue to use for years to come. The sleek and simple design make it timeless compared to other play yards with loud patterns. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this playard. I would absolutely recommend this practical and functional playyard to anyone!

Versatile Playard for Baby and Toddler

APCJ2025

I was given this playard to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. Overall, I liked the look and design of this playard, and the black coloring worked well in my home for everyday or occasional use. The best feature of this playard is the 4 mode versatility. I have a 3 year old and a 10 month old, and this playard works great for both of them - for sleep and play! I was not able to try the bassinet feature but the zippered platform for a raised infant sleep surface is a huge plus and will definitely be used for travel if we have another baby. Though I haven’t used the sun canopy outdoors, it provides a great barrier to darken the environment for nap time. The one thing I disliked about this playard is the breakdown process. It has a one touch button to collapse which is great, but to fold it all the way and pack it up, the zippered mattress and legs need to be removed. It’s not a huge deal, but is more cumbersome and timely than other playards I’ve used in the past. It took me a few attempts before I figured out how to do it the right way. That said, it does come with a nice travel bag when you need to store it or take it on the go. For the price point, I think it’s well made and a sturdy option, though I prefer another popular brand that I would recommend before this one.

Great travel bassinet!

Ash309

The portability is outstanding. Really easy to take out of the bag and set up. The stability of it is also 5 stars. However, it's unfortunate you cant put a sheet on the padding or even remove the padding to clean it. Although, when my baby spit up in it I just used soap and water to clean it off since it seems pretty waterproof. I will also say my baby loved sleeping in this with the hood part on, BUT I had to attach it in a weird wonky way because there is no zippers to get to the baby once the hood is on completely. Overall, really happy with this purchase and my baby slept like a dream in it!

Toddler and newborn approved.

Emily Ra

Perfect for travel! Light, but still comfy for my toddler and newborn.

Excellent multi use playpen

Business Goose

We've been using this as a bassinet for our little one, and look forward to using it as a playpen. I love the flexibility. I just wish it traveled easier. To pack in the included bag you have to take the leg extensions off, which good luck with that. It's easy to assemble but taking it apart isn't happening. I would recommend this item, just don't expect it to break down for travel. It folds but that's all most people will realistically be able to reduce it

Great First Impression

Anonymous

We’ve only used the Graco 4-in-1 Lite Pack and Play once so far, but it made a big impression. We brought it along on a weekend trip, and it was exactly what we needed. Design & Style: Right out of the box, I loved the clean, modern look. The neutral colors work well with our style and it didn’t feel bulky at all. It’s one of the more stylish playards I’ve seen! Ease of Use: Setup was fast—took less than a minute, no instructions needed. It folded down just as easily when we packed up. We’ve tried other playards in the past that were clunky or confusing, but this one was smooth and intuitive. Functionality: We used it in bassinet mode during the trip, and it felt really sturdy and safe. The UV canopy was also a nice touch—we used it outside for some shaded playtime, and it worked great. Bottom Line: Even after just one use, I can already tell this is going to be a go-to item for travel and everyday use. It’s lightweight, thoughtfully designed, and super easy to manage—highly recommend! I received this product as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

Slightly Clunky

Care

I received the Pack N Play 4-in-1 Playard as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. First impression I was really excited to test and try out the playard. The quality of the fabric, the cover and the metal legs were really nice, but was surprised the mat that goes inside was such low quality. The fabric is so loose on the mat that we didn’t feel comfortable leaving our baby inside on it alone. We had to retrofit a mini crib sheet on top, but even still our baby couldn’t get comfy because there was a hump that made it so he couldn’t lay flat. The idea of this product is great but seems like there are some kinks that need to be worked out. For example, the canopy fabric is such a great idea. I love that there are covers over the peepholes, it’s breathable, and we can easily see in, but why not include all four sides? We would love to be able to control it so we could roll up one side if needed but have all sides covered to be able to use as a lights out option for naps. Seems like a missed opportunity and we are currently looking for an option where we can block out lights for better naps while we are staying in a hotel. I really like the carrying case annd that overall it’s light and easier to pack than our traditional pack n play. Everything breaks down and is easier to store in our trunk. But it’s not as easy I would like it to be. In the instructions it recommends a screwdriver to break it down. That’s not super convenient especially on the go. It’s definitely a production to setup and is not as easy as our other pack n play. We are going to try it for camping and then try to bring as a carryon on a plane to be able to test its travel ability. Last few recommendations, it would be nice to have a cover for the entire setup, a place to easily secure our sleep camera, a hanging key to be used to help with the breakdown, a better and higher quality mat on the inside, and a piece of marketing material to clearly show the four ways to use this pack n play instead of the 35pg booklet I have to read.

Graco Lite Pack n Play

Playard

I received this Graco Pack n Play from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was so excited to receive this placard as it had the Slumber/UV canopy option, to create a more black out space for baby. Upon arrival, the Pack n Play was super simple to set up, attaching the legs and popping it out. The slumber/UV Canopy was a simple attach to the sides of the pack n play. The size of this Pack n play is very nice, being a bit smaller than usual ones and having more rounded edges, making it more ideal to travel with. It was light to carry and super simple to close up and store away for travel purposes. Upon testing it out, the mattress is very soft and comfy for baby, having a decent amount of padding available. The only downside was the canopy. Because it doesn’t actually snap in place (it just slides onto the sides), unfortunately every time I had to open it to get baby out, the whole thing would come off. It is meant to open side to side like a window, but it does not work that way. It is stiff and the whole thing pops off. Due to this, I wouldn’t recommend this item as it has a steep price tag. The slumber/ UV canopy was the selling point for me, so it should snap in place to work more effectively. Otherwise this pack n play is very practical. After bassinet mode you simply undo the zipper and it extends down to the floor. It also has a side zipper for easy access in and out of the play yard. In terms of comparison to other play yards, I do think it offers a slimmer profile with all the same use, and a slightly lighter weight. However, it opens and closes as simply as all others do and the canopy not staying in place to move it side to side and get access to baby makes it less practical for everyday use. I think the canopy is a great option to have and if you don’t mind it not staying put then this would be a great option for you. However due to its steeper price and comparable specs, I think other options could be better. If they make the canopy snap in, I would definitely use it all the time!

Community Q&A

Do I really need the attachments like the changer and dome?
Many find the changing table flimsy and low, causing back pain, and the dome is outgrown quickly; a basic model with bassinet layer is often sufficient.
Is it worth buying a Graco Pack 'n Play over a premium travel crib like the Guava Lotus?
Graco is a solid budget choice for occasional travel; Lotus is worth the investment for frequent travel due to easier folding, lighter weight, and durability.
Can the Graco Travel Lite bassinet/playard work as a full-time playpen?
It's better suited as a travel sleep space; the small size limits play, and active babies may dislike containment. A larger playard like Summer Infant Pop 'N Play may work better.
How long can I use the bassinet feature?
The raised bassinet layer is useful until the baby can roll or push up, typically around 3-4 months; after that, the mattress drops to the bottom for continued use.

  • Overwhelming number of Graco Pack 'n Play models causes confusion but select models praised

I got the $75 one that just has the full size bassinet (didn't use the toy thing) and that worked just fine for us. We just used it in our room for baby to sleep in until he moved to his own crib. ... I have the full size bassinet/change pad/vibrating seat all quick connect and I LOVE THIS THING. My baby is 4 months and still hasn’t slept in her crib or used her nursery change station because the pack and play is so damn convenient.

  • Debate over necessity of attachments on Graco pack n plays

I wouldn’t get either of these. Most people don’t need all the fancy attachments. ... I got one with the bassinet layer and a changing table. And the changing table wasn’t worth it imo. It’s small, flimsy, and most of all SHORT. I’m 5’4” so not even particularly tall and standing there to change a diaper hurt my back.

  • Mixed experiences with Graco pack n play as daily use item and travel solution

I love my pack n play and use it everyday. My son slept in it as a newborn and now that he's mobile it's the perfect baby containment device for when I need to run to the bathroom or make myself some food. ... For travel? No I think the Graco is not travel friendly AT ALL. We have the Lotus crib for travel and it's amazing.

I don't have either, I have the newton travel crib and play yard, it is similar to the lotus but bigger and the mattress is thicker, reminds me more of a crib and I think it is more comfy, but with the two you have compared I would do the lotus.
