This water warmer was great until we noticed it started making the water significantly hotter than we had set it for and then it stopped working altogether and wouldn't turn back on

This machine is designed to warm up distilled water, but I'm having trouble with it maintaining the selected temperature. The indicator light frequently resets from yellow to blue or from red to blue, which is extremely frustrating. Often, the light blinks continuously between yellow and red, and the water does not warm up at all. I really want to like this product, but I'm hoping to get some assistance with these issues.

The Instant Warmer makes bottle preparations so convenient. My grandson is very impatient when it comes to feeding time. He does not like having to wait for his bottle to warm up. With the Instant Warmer his bottle is ready in less then a minute! Just wish the water container was removable which would make cleaning easier!

I bought the instant water warmer on Amazon about two months ago. It currently does not keep the same temperature as desired. It keeps changing back to the cooler temperature.

The hottest setting isn't that warm. I preferred that their warmest setting is warmer than it is.

This product is leaking and won't stay on the red light and temperature.

It worked great but now after four months it won't stay on hot. After a few seconds it turns back cold

This machine was a life saver for my family, at least until it stopped heating water. We cleaned it frequently, only used purified water, but for some reason it switches back to blue (room temperature) after a few seconds of us changing the temperature. We even bought the descaler sold by Baby Brezza... Didn't work! So frustrating!

I absolutely love this for my baby! The warm water dispenser is the perfect thing for my baby as he loves a warm bottle before bed!

I bought this product, washed it out, plugged it in like it said, put the water in there. All the water poured out the bottom immediately so now I have to submit a claim on this.

We've loved this water warmer. Still requires lots of fillling and cleaning but not as much as the formula dispenser!

Our water warmer machine has stopped working after two months , we try changing the setting to yellow or red and it doesn't stay on that setting it switches back to blue after a few seconds .

I would love to give this 5 stars because its amazing and I love it but mine leaks water badly and constantly.

My instant warmer will not stay on the (yellow) setting for warmer water it will go back to the (blue) setting which is cold water.

I only used it for 2 months, and it stopped heating ...

Baby Brezza (bought on your Amazon storefront) stopped working and all the trouble shooting is in vain.

The machine worked great for about 3 months and now it just stopped warming the water up. We have done everything we know to reset it nothing has helped.

Worked well and kept the water at the prefect temp. If the flow ever slows just pop of the lid to break the seal

This is a great product.. when it works.. My son is six months old and I'm already on my second Baby Brezza Instant Warmer. Randomly, the first one stopped working and would no longer warm the water, through warranty I was sent a replacement 2 months ago. Now the replacement is doing the same thing. The dispenser is utilized and cleaned as instructed in the pamphlet. It's unfortunate, because it really is super helpful when it's functioning properly.
