Splash guard too low for boys, causing leaks
We used this with our 13mo son and no matter how we positioned him, pee shot over the front or leaked between the seat and bowl. The splash guard is worthless for boys. Switched to BabyBjörn and no leaks. This would probably work for girls but definitely not for uncircumcised boys who can't aim down.

Removable ring and flush sound help transition
The removable ring was key for us—we started with the whole potty, then used the ring on the big toilet and now he's fully trained. The flush sound was a huge motivator. Cleaning the removable bowl is easy, but the potty is a bit too light and slides on tile unless you put a mat under it.

I had the old Ingenuity My Size potty for my first and it was solid. This new Pro version is smaller and the plastic feels cheaper. It doesn't snap together securely, so my toddler takes it apart like a puzzle. Returning it and looking for an older model on marketplace.
