The way that it's designed..the seats sit up more than I'd like. Another thing is that the lower level is in the back..so unless you're tall, the baby in the back can't see you. I have life like dolls that I take to my local nursing homes, well I needed something that I could take two babies at once. I knew these were kind of pricy and I am good at fishing out deals. The couple had it for 35.00 still almost brand new so I had to snag it before anyone else. There are 3 things that can be improved. One I do not like not having front locking wheels, this is a major issue for me, it may not be to some, 2 the parent tray does not accomade for a bigger phone such as a Samsung galaxy note 5 or bigger, and 3 when on an inclide half the stroller is a lot higher than the other half even on a slight inclide, it nerds to be a tad higher for taller people. I am giving 4 stars because of these issises. Other than that the stroller is great even light weight even for a double!!
