Baby Jogger City Mini GT2 All-Terrain Double Stroller — Forever-Air Tires, All-Wheel Suspension, One-Step Fold, UV50+ Canopies (Jet)

Great to fold up, love the simplicity. But it is so frustrating that they discontinued the snack tray and belly bar for this model and the single city mini gt2. Now the only place find the snack trays are eBay and that’s a MAYBE. Also the prices are so high. All I want is a snack trays man….just a mom who loves going on walks and enjoying the all terrain tires while her toddlers eat some snacks. I’m super disappointed as I’m currently on the rampage of trying to find snack trays for my city mini gt2 double stroller. And also find it at a price I can afford. I’m upset because I really love my stroller. I have the single as well, but I don’t have a snack tray for that one either. Makes it harder to love the brand and recommend it. Other than that it’s the best stroller

Great stroller even on all the poorly maintained sidewalks in Seattle. Folds up nicely for taking in the car. And excellent customer service too!

I was so excited to receive this stroller for our growing family and bought the stroller and the pram for our newborn. It’s pictures that the pram fits with the stroller… however it doesn’t fit at all. So the whole reason I bought this stroller was for the newborn pram and it doesn’t even work despite being shown ON THE PRODUCT PICTURES. Literally none of the accessories work with this stroller so it’s a bare bones stroller and certainly not worth over $700.

I am so far EXTREMELY disappointed with the purchase of my city mini GT2 double stroller and I haven’t even gotten a chance to take my kids in it yet. BUYER BEWARE!! It does not come with the attachment for an infant car seat, only the single stroller does. It is also NOT compatible with the car seat attachments from the single stroller AND you can’t buy the attachments anywhere compatible with the baby jogger car seat?! How does that make any sense when it’s the same brand?! Had to pay extra to find it second hand. Now I come to find out it also doesn’t come with a snack tray and baby jogger has discontinued it. Again. Came with the single but you are out of luck if you want any accessories for the double. If your kid needs to snack, if you have to attach a baby jogger infant car seat DO NOT BUY!!!!

I bought this four years ago and it did not hold up well, the canopies are all shredded and tattered and I am embarrased to use it anymore. The stroller is quite pricey but does not seem to be a quality purchase at all. In addition, the customer service department could really use improvement. I attempted to order a replacement wheel numerous times, and each time they tell me they will be getting that part in a few months.. I am fed up with waiting on hold for another representative to tell me he cannot be of assistance. I regret this purchase.

This stroller is outstanding! We had it for two years, and when it was stolen from our garage, we decided to try another brand (Zoe). That turned out to be such a downgrade that we returned it and bought this stroller again. It’s fantastic for off-roading and can even handle stairs with ease. The ergonomic handlebar is a big plus, unlike many double strollers, and it’s so easy to steer with one hand. The engineers who designed this stroller are geniuses and we love them.

Purchased and returned several other twins strollers due to being too heavy and clunky or too lightweight and cheap. This is the perfect combination of weight and quality. Additionally it glides while being pushed with my 3 year old twin on-board. They can climb in and out fairly easy which is important on our walks with their limited attention span. "I want to walk", "now I want to get back in". The suspension system helps to smooth out the sidewalks and roads. We have not run with the stroller as we were just looking for a more high quality walking stroller. Finally, the ability for the kiddos to lay flat AND have an oversized canopy to keep them out of the sun is great. One issue we did have though is the bracket for one of the sun shades does not stay clipped into the frame very well.

I have contacted customer service on the faulty frame 3 times and filed a warranty claim with a video and have yet to receive any follow up communication. Terrible customer service experience, and terrible communication, and product. This product is not safe.
