My kids like these ones.

Chad H.

My kids like these ones. Straw is easy to clean. Slimmer design fits well in bags and cup holders. Only problem is kids love to flick the straw and spray milk everywhere but more behavioral problem.

Straw is great but too fast of a flow for my one year old

This is a game changer

Patricia W.

This is a game changer for my special needs girl! Small and portable, completely cleanable. Easy size for hand. Wish there was a way to reduce the sweat as she likes ice in her drinks but no worries. I bought some for every house!!!

Granddaughter loves this brand and style. So thankful I was able to get a replacement

Love these and the new

Melissa W.

Love these and the new design has a number of improvements. Favorite outing cup and cup for 3s school.

Disappointed

Christine P.

This whole experience was horrible. I didn’t receive my delivery on the day the delivery service said it came. Then a few days later the box randomly showed up at my door. I ordered and paid for ten packages of cups and only received 7. Customer service has not been helpful. Will not order from munchkin again and new buyers should beware.

Love the cup easy to clean and put back together. Only complaint is it definitely leaks definitely can’t be thrown around or anything, but other than that my toddler loves them

These cups are great, the only one my toddler loves. The biggest problem is that he chews the lid top straw, but this company doesn't sell replacement lids, so I have to buy a whole one each time which is annoying.

Our baby loves these! We tried many cups and this is the first one she uses consistently.

I absolutely love it my daughter loves the cup and the colors. I love that the entire thing is easy to clean especially the straw due to it opening up for easy cleaning

I would love to leave a review however I never received my full order. When i ordered I was supposed to get the 2 cups and 2 silicon placemats as a 'free gift' I only ever received the placemats and no cups so I returned my order. The placemats looked nice but I was in need of the cups

I was hoping that the straw would be a bit more durable since my grandson is autistic and tends to chew on them.

Bought several other brands and styles was never satisfied until this one.

Kavita G.

My grandson loves this cup. He has figured out how to pop the straw up and fold it down when he isn't using it. He started using it when he was 20 months old. For me, keeping it clean is so easy. I don't need a special straw cleaning tool. The straw has a little slit along the length of it that you can pull apart to wash the inside. The size is perfect for 8 ounces of milk. The material is not slippery and easy for toddler hands to hold on to. We have four of them now because it's the only cup we trust.

Easy to clean, daughter really

Cute cups but high flow.

Lauren B.

Very cute cups for our 14 month old. Lightweight yet don't seem breakable. The straw is spillproof when you hold it upside down but has a lot of flow when you do drink; our daughter is still learning to drink from a straw so a lot of liquid comes back out of her mouth after she takes a sip which makes things messy. We might not quite be ready for these cups YET, but hopefully we will get there.

Cool concept, but this is not it!

Alicia B.

I love the idea of the straw opening up to make cleaning easier. But the design of these cups does not make any sense for toddlers. The lid is fully silicone, no plastic. so the threads do not lock tightly when you put the lid on. My toddler figured out ho to rip the lid off within days. He spilled the entire thing. The cups also leak when they fall on their side.

Awesome cup!

Mariam B.

The straws super easy to clean! I also love how the whole lid is silicone and you just line it up with an arrow and pop it on! And it doesn’t leak 😊

I love them for milk.

Evangelina R.

I love them for milk. They improved the lod, it is easier now to close. I recommend!

Not for Chewers or Biters

Susan C.

Not really sure why this was one of the options for cups that came up for biters. Like another reviewer said, doesn't last long if the kid chews up the top of the straw that is attached to the lid. The lid is hard to get on and you have to make sure it is on all of the way so the cup doesn't leak. Wasn't leaking until the 2.5 year old chewed holes in the drinking straw.

great bottle easy to clean

No leaks!!

Lauren R.

We’ve tried many other straw cups for our toddlers and this is by far the best. Easy to clean, soft lid for little teeth, and best of all it doesn’t leak. Other straw cups the milk or water comes back up the straw and leaks out but not with these! Only thing I wish it had is handles for little hands.

Love that the design allows

Erin B.

Love that the design allows for easy cleaning and less chance for mold (that was our difficulty with the 360 cups the seal got mold) Also just love that it's straw! So happy with these

The lid just pops off

Mandy M.

The lid just pops off and it’s hard for my child to drink out of the straw.

Love these so much

Disappointing

Will D.

The inside straw is designed to be easy to clean, but it constantly falls out, rendering the water bottle non-functional.

Great products, need work on order processing.

Carol S.

The products that Munchkin sell are very useful in our childcare center infant and toddler rooms. I had problems getting my order invoice emailed to me. They said it was a computer glitch. They sent me tracking info which I cannot submit for reimbursement. I closed the site before printing the order, so partially my fault, but it took over a week to get something that showed my purchase price and form of payment. Better late than never though.

Mary K.

These are the BEST! I’ve been watching babies for years and these are the easiest to get really clean!

Love the ease of cleaning

Laura B.

Love the ease of cleaning the cup and the no spill on the cup. Only thing I’ve noticed it’s a little tough to get the lid fully on when closing. Order came in quickly

Great cup!

Nicole B.

These are the first cups that don't spill for us! My little one can throw it or sit it down on its side and it still doesn't leak! It can take some trial and error to get the lid on, but it's flexible and fairly easy to adjust. The straw design is so nice for cleaning and drying! My only wish is that you could buy the green on its own like the blue and pink. Highly recommend purchasing from the website as this was the best price, had more variety than other baby stores and shipping was quick.

Love these for fewer spills.

Isaac R.

Love these for fewer spills. Not gone entirely, but rare. Our little guy did too. Let's him get more milk in one gulp due to wider straw. The vertical split on the straw makes cleaning easy and yet it slots right back together. Only flaw is that the straw top doesn't like to stay tucked in the lid for travel.

Love these cups! Easy to

Reni T.

Love these cups! Easy to clean. No leaking!! The kids think they are so cool!

Great cup!

Keith

I was surprised how much my son loved this cup. The straw doesn’t always stay closed but not a deal breaker.

It is easy to clean.

Jeremiah W.

I bought a few of these to try out as we've been happy with one of their other straw cups. However the one's we've been using are a pain to clean. These are much easier to clean. CONS: The fold down straw storage simply doesn't work. The straws are constantly popping back up. (Not a big deal). The lids require a lot of effort to fully attach. The lids can be pulled off pretty easy. My 2yr old loves figuring out how things work, and had the lid off in seconds when he decided to try. PROS: They're easy to clean. They have a great flow rate. My son prefers these over his other straw cups because they're easier to pull more fluid while drinking.

wonderful water drinking cups, but the lids are pretty easy to get off! The straw is super easy to clean and we love it!

Another love of Munchkin products 💜 We started with the Munchkin 360° cups and absolutely lived them. Next step is a no spill straw cup 👍🏽 our grandson loves flipping the straw out of it’s tucked in position.

Not leakproof

Ashleeann T.

These cups are SO easy to clean but not leakproof. I am also nervous about the lid bc it doesn’t feel secure.

Love but nah leak when dropped up high

Sarah

Love these. My 14 mo olds haven’t figured out how to open them yet! Only problem is when dropped from bar table height onto tile they may pop open and leak. Not a deal breaker for us as we only use water and they are soooo easy to clean. Great transition sippy cup.

DON'T LIKE

Nichole

Cups are small, straw breaks too much, and not the best for my kids to grab and go

Straws both ripped on two

Straws both ripped on two I ordered in first day. Complete garbage

Source Threads

  • Reddit thread discussing frustration with Munchkin straw cups and transition to Simple Clean

I was losing my mind with the Munchkin weighted straw cup leaking constantly and being impossible to clean. Someone recommended the Simple Clean one and it's been so much better. The straw actually peels open so you can scrub it properly, and it's only three pieces. Still occasionally leaks if the lid isn't on perfectly, but way less frustrating.

  • Reddit thread about difficulties with Munchkin weighted straw cup and leaking

Struggling with the Munchkin weighted straw cup - baby can't get water out and it leaks everywhere. I checked the lid, straw, everything. Thinking of trying the Simple Clean or Dr. Brown's instead.

  • Reddit thread seeking alternatives to Munchkin Click Lock, mentions Simple Clean

Looking for straw cups similar to the Munchkin click lock but without the mold issue. Several people recommended the Simple Clean cup because the straw splits open for cleaning. Way less parts and no hidden crevices for gunk to grow. Others like the Nuby or Dr. Brown's cups for the same reason.

  • Reddit thread comparing straw cups, including Munchkin Simple Clean

We have the Munchkin Simple Clean cup and it's fine. Not amazing. It still leaks sometimes when tossed around in the diaper bag. My kid also had a hard time getting liquid out at first because of the valve. Ended up using the Dr. Brown's more because it's easier to suck.

  • Reddit thread discussing various straw cups, mentions Munchkin Simple Clean

We used the Munchkin weighted straw cup and hated how hard it was to clean. Switched to the Simple Clean and it's definitely an improvement. Still, I've found the Playtex Sipster straw cup to be the best for my baby because you don't have to bite and suck at the same time. The Munchkin ones need that bite-suck coordination that some babies take a while to figure out.
