I’m very disappointed
I’m very disappointed. Not only was it off balance to pull, but also awkward to steer even for my 10 year old. And when an adult steps in to help pull, it makes the suitcase angle up so it’s closer to your foot, getting kicked and off balance even more as you walk. What’s worse it doesn’t fit head in in the overhead compartment and must be laid sideways, wasting space. What a hassle. Not worth it!
One wheel does not light up as advertised… emailed customer service several days ago… no reply! Customer service is important when buying online! Also wheels don’t turn you have to lean to turn scooter… this may be hard for younger riders!
