My baby is 3 months old now, and we are finding it very difficult to fit her head comfortably into the headrest. Her head seems restricted and she is not able to move it freely. We are planning to return the car seat and get new one

The Graco SnugRide DLX works exactly as advertised. Once your baby is strapped in nice and snugly, the carrier easily clips into the car seat base already strapped into the car. We also have the stroller that fits this carrier, and the carrier easily transfers to the stroller. It’s very easy and convenient, and I haven’t really found any cons as of yet.

We had this when our middle was still in the infant car seat. We got it for travel and I wish we got it before she was born. I loved the easy adjustable harness without retreading it. The rebound bar added extra protection and it was very comfortable for our little.

This is like a cloud for your baby! Is it as light as one absolutely not more like a stone. With baby in it more like a boulder. Yet a comfy little cloud. Every time we put our baby in their instantly asleep in 5 mins. The cloth comes off to for easy cleaning. Just have a good memory how you did it or you have a new puzzle to salve on top of sleep deprivation. Very cute and stylish. I will say make sure to have a stroller it clicks into. Your wrist and hips will thank me later. Even the how to carry a car seat tick won’t save you. I will say it does take a lot of room in the back seat. Especially if you have more then one car seat. Don’t expect big aunt Judy to fit in the middle seat.

These are amazing. They click to graco stroller. Material is washable & so easy to install without base too. The size is nice & lightweight. Perfect for carrying in & out of the house & then click on the base.

It’s worked out well so far for our daughter. Locks in with other compatible things… carseat, stroller with no problem.

We did tons of research and you can’t go wrong with the Graco name. It’s well known and popular for a reason. Compared to other brands you can’t beat the price either. Especially in this economy.

Bought this for both our girls. It’s easy to install and super lightweight. It’s small enough that it doesn’t take up much space. You just clip the car seat into the base. Then pull the trigger on the back of the seat to remove it. I would recommend this to anyone with a little on the way. This paired with one of their strollers is top tier.

For the price, this is a great car seat! Feels like good quality for a very reasonable price, especially when purchased on sale!

My son was born in January. He will be turning 11 months and we just upgraded to a “big boy” seat- which is of course Graco, too. This carrier is easy to use, the bases are easy to install, and I never feared the safety of my son. My son seemed comfortable and with the longevity, look forward to using it with future children.

It clicks in so easily, we thought we made a mistake. But no, it is very firmly secure, and is even easier to use. Nevertheless, I would strongly suggest going to the local police/fire station to ensure it is installed correctly.

Haven’t used it yet, but seems like a really good car seat. The only issue is the canopy feels cheap and gets stuck on the handle sometimes. Other than that it seems comfortable and nice. I like the snug lock technology and rebound bar for extra security.

It feels sturdy and secure, and the anti-rebound bar gives me extra peace of mind. The seat clicks easily into the base and stroller, which makes moving my baby around super convenient. The only downside is that installation took me a little time to figure out, and the head support could be softer for newborns. Overall, it’s a solid and reliable car seat that I’d recommend to other parents.

I’ve used this infant seat with both of my kids, I have always felt like they were as safe as could be when they were in it. It’s very lightweight with and without a baby in it. The installation of the base is so easy it takes seconds with the LATCH system as well as the seatbelt method and I’ve used them both. It’s easy to adjust at just a press of a button to make bigger and a pull strap to make it smaller. It is easy to take apart and clean as it is machine washable!

We love this car seat set. It comes with the base and it fits well with the click connect to make it into a stroller. You can find them for a decent price that won’t break the bank. We used it with our 1st baby and expecting to use one like it for our second baby.

Bought this for our babies who aren't here yet. Overall seems pretty decent, don't have a lot to compare it to other than the ones my siblings used 20+ years ago. Quality seems good, I like the snug bar thing and the safety bar at the baby's feet.

We have really enjoyed using this carseat and carrier from newborn to over a year so far. It is easy to install. The snuglock feature is great for making sure the car seat does not wobble after installation. I tried installing a friends car seat and it did not have snuglock and I felt like I could never get the seat as tight as needed. The seat is easy to attach and detach.

A bit disappointed by the functionality of this product, but it is fine overall. The canopy is a pain and seems like it doesn’t fit properly. We’ve also struggled with getting our newborn to fit in the seat properly. The shoulder straps slide off even when tight unless we have the pads on, and it seems to be inconsistently tight or loose in different areas. His head constantly falls to the side too.

We bought this for our first child over a year ago. She is 15 months old and still fits the specifications for use of this car seat. It is lightweight and easy to put in and out of the car. It is especially convenient when baby is very small and you don’t want to wake her while going from a place to another. Installation is very easy, you can use the snuglock for the base and if you’re traveling without the base, you can easily use the car seat with the car seatbelt. The fabric is not soft, so I took 1 star for that. Overall it is a good car seat for the price.

Love this carseat, however the button to put the handle down keeps getting stuck, and the car seat is becoming more difficult to take out of base as in getting stuck.

We were initially happy with this carseat because our newborn seemed comfortable in it and it was relatively easy to get in and out of base. But within the last few weeks the seat has become extremely difficult to get in and out of base. We are having trouble with both bases and it become such an issue that we had to get a new car seat because we're not sure if this one is still safe. My son just turned 5 months and only weighs about 15 pounds so this should have lasted for several more months. Extremely dissatisfied for the amount of money we paid for the seat and two bases.

horrible sun shade. Never stays connected and is horrible quality. It’s a pain anytime I have to mess with it. Also car seat has horrible neck support. Baby’s head moves all over the place. The one great thing is the easy car seat click in and out of base.

This seat is very comfortable for the baby, with soft cushions and good head support. Installation is quick and secure thanks to the SnugLock technology and the level indicator. Bought this car seat for a preemie and she passed the car seat test in this with flying colors! It’s a super secure car seat and really convenient to use honestly. She constantly falls asleep in this car seat, and has done so great on car rides because of it.

garbage car seat. youre telling me these penny pinchers couldnt afford to make halfway decent connections for the sun shade? whats the goal here. are they trying to punish us for paying a mere 180 dollars instead of the 230? and doing so with cheap fabric, velcro that doesnt stick, loud squeeking components? i'd get rid of this awful product in a heartbeat if i could but unfortunately someone gave me this as a gift with no receipt. horrible horrible product. graco you should feel ashamed.

Very safe and a car seat I can rely for safety. Sturdy as well. Last for both my baby boys. I will definitely recommend. It’s heavy that’s the only issue.

This car seat is totally lacking head support. My infants head is literally 90 degrees in this. You can tell the other Graco models have since corrected this & have more padding. Why isn’t there padding or something Graco offers to correct this? This can not possibly be safe for a babies neck. I wouldn’t recommend this model.

Really it is easy to use, safety features, and long-term value is worth money . suitable for children from infancy to toddlerhood and has a 10-year use period.

Been using this for my kids since day 1. Easy to wash/clean. Goes great with the base. 5 points harness and and very durable. Not as heavy compared to other ones. It’s actually pretty light weight and super durable. Got it on sale for less than $100 and used for both my daughter and son. Still working great after 5 years.

The fabric is very scratchy and not at all something I'd like to lay my baby on. The canopy fabric doesn't stay in place at all. The velcros on the canopy are too tight and come off even with just a little movement. It's supposed to have a "silent canopy", but the scratchy fabric makes it quite loud.

Ours got stuck in the base after 18 months. Baby is 23 lbs and still needs a rear facing seat. DON'T BUY THIS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY A SECOND SEAT.

Better than I expected. Made with good quality fabric. It’s soft and has enough cushion for baby. Easy to detach and set up in the car. Not too big for my full size sedan.

I have the same issues as many other reviewers: the head support is lacking for tiny newborns - we added an additional insert to keep our babies head from just dropping to the side but it’s still not great. Also, the sunshade does not stay attached. When the Velcro is secure on one side, it pops off on the other. It’s frustrating and just makes the car seat feel like poor quality when it was expensive. We would have returned it for these reasons but it was given to us as a gift with no gift receipt included.

we got this car seat because it was the cheapest. the sunshade never stays up while driving or while in the stroller. the straps get twisted, and the head pillow moves a lot. really not a fan and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Bought this a year and a half ago and the snap in locks broke. Smh

Grateful for this car seat from hospital to car to stroller

I loved this car seat when we first got it! However after 10 months of using it a small piece that clips it to the base broke off. Contacted customer service to file a claim however because it had been purchased over 12 months prior (since it was gifted during a baby shower prior to baby’s arrival) it was out of warranty. And the piece that came off was not available as a replacement part. The car seat still works but cannot be safely used with the base so I must use the regular car seatbelt method - which we all know is not convenient. Wish I could buy another car seat without the base for a discounted price to at least be able to have the convenience of the base again.

I hate this car seat and do not recommend. The straps always get tangled. The chest clip is always slipping and gets stuck which scares me if we were ever in an emergency. The buckle also gets stuck and the button is hard. This car seat is a hassle. Do not buy it. We’ve had it for almost a year and I look forward to getting a different car seat soon. The silent canopy is short and you have to constantly pull it. The canopy would also come off on one side because of the Velcro. Also the infant head support didn't support my baby at all. And it’s not worth the price.

I have been using Seat Graco since my daughter was born until now (she is 8 months old). I really like this Car seat because it's too tight or too loose for a newborn baby. It gives me a very solid and smooth feeling. But it's a bit heavy for me. I'm Asian so I'm quite small so it's very difficult for me to move around when going somewhere

We love the Snugfit! It’s super lightweight, but is very secure in the base that it comes with. The base is very easy to install and it was quick to learn how to strap baby in and adjust the belts so he is snug.

I want to love this, but I hate it. The straps come directly below the head support but only the head fits between the head support so the straps come from above the shoulders, not below like it says they should in rear facing. Maybe it’s fine but the head supports make it so difficult to see how baby is positioned once in the seat and my poor baby looks like he is choking. In my opinion the head support just gets in the way from being able to get or even see if the fit is correct. Maybe this seat is fine if the baby is below average but one month in, it doesn’t seem like a good seat for even the average size baby. Especially if you want this seat to last you more than 3 months.

My neighbor threw out this car seat and there is absolutely nothing wrong with it except for the sun shield/canopy whatever you call it. Are there replacements for those?

I'm not sure why but the carseat will not easily latch lock in, have to push seat down each time to ensure it is locked in. Does not seem correct. I do love the look and quality of material but unsure about why it is so difficult to get in and out of base?

I was really excited about the quality of this car seat, but quickly realized the headrest would be an issue, I think if I purchased this for a newborn I wouldn’t notice but I bought it for my 24 lb toddler, and the headrest is a huge problem and we had to return it. It was so snug on the sides of her head that she had her head wedged in it like she was in a neck brace. She did not like that and it caused her to overheat from the fabric being snug on 3 sides of her head. I wish the opening was wider or the headrest was adjustable or removable- it is not. Be warned if you are hoping to use this up to the weight capacity, I think this would have begun to be an issue around 6 months for us.

This car seat system is so good and very easy to install while having assurance that it is completely safe and very well made. It’s super easy to adjust the straps as baby grows and baby can fit in comfortably for upwards of a year.

I wanted to like this carseat so badly, but it had to be returned due to the headrest. The headrest is very narrow and I had to wedge my baby's head in it. She was unable to turn her head at all and caused her to overheat in the seat- think having fabric touching 75% around your head with no wiggle room for air flow... not good. I was disappointed that the headrest is not removeable, and felt some of the language in the product description to imply it was. This seat is also heavier than other Graco seats we have used. Overall, had to return.

It was great while it lasted, but unfortunately that was only five months. The surround sound feature, which is a hard cushion, does not move up enough, and my baby does not fit when she is under 20 pounds. This is supposed to fit a child up to 35 pounds. Also, it gets stuck and lifting it is a pain. The quality of the product is high-end, from the material to the sturdiness. If it is anything you want to splurge on, it is a car seat and other products such as a crib, bassinet, side-sleeper, etc. A relative of mine bought this for us because the car seat I had picked on our registry was cheap. I didn't want anyone spending too much money on us. But it is not for me as much as it is for our baby. You need to do your research and get the best products. Do what you can, but don't feel bad about the money. People want to bless you and your new family. Here's your sign to splurge on the important things for your new addition.

The seat is very difficult to remove from base, you have to pull and shake to get it out. Also have to wiggle it in so it locks. My 2 month’s head already is too big for the headrest that claims to come out but DOES NOT.

I just received this car seat and there is absolutely no head support for an infant. I contacted Graco already via phone to the car seat technician team and was advised there’s no alternatives and nothing they can do or can be done. I wouldn’t purchase due to the head support and I’ll be look to return this seat if I can.

Graco Snug Rite 35 is very useful and safe. Whennit comes to safety for my belived kids it should be Graco. You cane asiky adjust it. My baby is very comfortable whenever henia there. He xan easily take his skewp from there. Durable and easy to install.

The car seat is for a gift and the baby is not born yet. It looks like it will be a very nice one and I trust the Grace brand!

This is the second time I’ve purchased the Graco Snugride Snugfit Infant Car seat and it works so well. It’s relatively easy to install in your vehicle and is quite durable.

I have always been a Graco fan however I'm on my fourth child and the new products have gone downhill. This car seat is very difficult to get in and out of the base. It constantly gets stuck

I was gifted this before my second son was born. I like the quality of the seat but there is no proper head support to keep my newborns head in place. It seems like it would be very supportive but that is not the case. The Velcro canopy always comes undone. I wish my newborn fit better. I have the fit adjusted properly with straps below shoulders, tightened straps and slack pulled out of hips, and proper install and still don’t feel comfortable with the way my newborn fits in this seat. I do like that it is easy to adjust the straps and I’m sure when my baby is a bit bigger he will fit better but my first son’s car seat was cheaper and better than this!

The car seat look very lux. I like the quietness of the canopy and how you can push the handle back with one hand. The repositioning on the headrest and buckles is done with a little handle so no threading is necessary! The car seat base is easy to install and the rebound bar gives us an extra sense of security. The only thing I wish the car seat had is an expandable canopy.

Graco car seat is very sturdy and safe for babies . Both of my children sat in this car seat from birth until they were 2 years old, and they slept very comfortably. It is easy to assemble once you follow its instructions correctly. It has many cute colors to choose from. I recommended it to my friends and their babies also really like this chair.

The canopy that comes with this car seat does not fit the car seat. The canopy is supposed to velcro go the seat and it does not accurately line up. I was very disappointed in this product

This is our first car seat we’ve used since our baby was born 9months ago and we love it. Lightweight and comfortable for baby. The click and go makes it simple to go between car & stroller. The adjustable carrying handle is awesome. I went with the rebar base for extra safety.

This is my second graco infant car seat (loved our first one but it expired) and I would not buy again. The head support on this one is very flimsy, no sturdy support like our other one... had I realized it I would not have purchased. I do like the material as well as the sun shade.

I have to rate this as a 1 because regardless of testing. The amount of side to side movement a newbornS head has does not make me feel like it’s safe enough. To me it’s more than just testing. It’s how confident it makes me feel to keep my baby safe. There needs to be some sort of an insert for those babies in the lower weight range. My baby is over 7 pounds.

I have the same complaint as many others. My brand new baby has no head support. No matter how I adjust the shoulder straps to be as snug as they can be and make sure he’s in the proper position, his little head ends up flopping all the way over and I have to constantly adjust him or sit in the backseat while someone else drives so I can keep an eye on him. Additionally we have the same issue with the canopy that others mention. It absolutely is not the proper fit and cannot Velcro to both sides at the same time. Very disappointing.

I purchased this 2 weeks ago to prepare my micro-premiee who is in the NICU for his car seat test. This particular stroller was not a preferred stroller on the preferred list but I like the Graco brand so I did a lot of research and decided to go with this one. Thankfully he passed his car seat test!

This carrier has extra padding around infant head. Plus it has strap holders which is super helpful when putting baby in carrier.

Love this bucket seat! I wanted something secure for my little baby and I knew that I wanted the Graco 4Ever for my baby to grow in. However, I felt like it would be too big when I brought my son home and I wanted to be able to take the car seat with me and clip in to a stroller. So happy with it and ready to bring my baby home soon!

Was honestly disappointed in this car seat. ConsThe head support it not there. My poor babies head is bobbing all over and I’m constantly trying to hold it up. The canopy on it is cheap and the Velcro barely keeps it on. Pros: it is light to carry and easy to take out of the car. Budget friendly All in all I’d recommend splurging on better head support it would make all the difference . For our second kid I would deff get a different brand.

Bought this carseat with our first son and we loved it! Easy to use and is compatible with our Mockingbird stroller as long as you get the correct adapters. Have had no troubles with it at all. Looking forward in getting another Graco!

After using this seat, I can say with absolute certainty that I would never recommend it. First, and most importantly, it does not have enough support for newborns, even large ones. My son was born at 10 lb 4oz 22 inches and was absolutely swimming in this car seat, even with the included infant padding. I can't even imagine what it would be like with a smaller baby. Unfortunately, I did not know any better at the time and we received this car seat and an additional base as a gift. I thought the fit was just "how it is" but after doing more research and seeing plenty of other newborns in their car seats, looking all safe and snug and secure, I came to realize this car seat is just not the quality I had hoped. It was too late to return at that point and we did not have it in the budget to purchase a new car seat and an additional base. I was loaned a Chicco infant seat that we used instead until my son had grown enough to fit more securely in this seat. As we await the arrival of our second child, I find myself looking for a new infant car seat. It is still not in our budget, but I just can't go through the stress of worrying about the safety and comfort of my child every time we have to go in the car. Another thing to note; the canopy is held on by two tiny squares of velcro, and one side is constantly popping off. As soon as you reattach it, the other side pops off, as though it is just not big enough. It also does not extend down very far at all, leaving it ineffective at blocking the sun.

Great car seat. Arrived on time and was exactly as pictured.

used this car seat for 9 months with my first child in 2021 and then installed it for baby #2 and the car seat gets stuck in the base. I finally got it out after pulling with force for almost 10 minutes. It was stored correctly and it should last longer than that but I was told it's not under warranty and I can still use the seat and do a baseless install which is not practical for everyday use. I will not buy or recommend another graco product as they don't stand behind their products.

Have not opened the box yet, so can't speak to the seat specifically. This review is in regards to the manufacturer date. I thought ordering from Graco directly I would get a more recent manufacturer date. Not the case at all. Seat was manufactured Feb. 2023, 10 months ago. Baby is arriving in spring so seat will be over a year old already:( Also I did order the seat well aware of the return policy, but it would be nice if during the holidays Graco extended the 30 day return policy. Got for a great price so I ordered early as a holiday gift.

Have been using this car seat for 18 mo now (since we took babe home from the hospital). It’s grown with him, which is great, and now we are finally at the point where we are looking for a toddler car seat. Nice soft material. Easy to buckle him in and out. Quiet canopy. Light weight! Fits into various strollers w adapters. Very happy with this purchase. Loved that it lasts longer than most (32”/35lbs) and lighter weight (8 pounds I believe). Love the fuss free hooks for the straps too. Easy to clean! The best!!

I liked it when it worked. My car seat in stuck in the base and won’t come off at all. The seatbelt is obviously stuck as well since I cannot get the seat off to take the bass out of the car. I might have to cut my seatbelt to get the car seat and base out of my car. I contacted customer service to see what I can do about this massive defective issue! They wanted a proof of purchase of this car seat. But it was given to me as a gift for my baby shower. So now I have a defective car seat, stuck in my car!

A very nice car seat for the money, we almost went with the snugride 35 but I am glad we got this snugfit 35. A worthwile upgrade. The padding is nicer and more robust, the signle button for the handle is convienint, the straps adjust very easily and I LOVE the quick connct latch system for installing in a vehicle.

I bought this and just got it in and it’s missing a whole buckle for the chest?? What happened has anyone had this happen before I spent the last bit of money I had on it!!

We bought this car seat because of the safety features, unfortunately the car seat gets stuck in the base and wont release easily, sometimes we have trouble getting it to actually click in without rocking it back and forth multiple times, also the head rest is to padded so my babies ears get folded over and she is uncomfortable. Not a bad seat overall but can be a huge pain when trying to get it out of the car.

I really like this seat but the canopy cover that it came with does not fit, so it won’t secure to both sides with the Velcro.

The seat did not fit snuggly in the base that came with it. I didn’t feel safe with the amount of wiggle present, ended up returning the whole car seat and ordered the LX version with the upgraded base.

It is kind of difficult to get the car seat out of the car seat base-every time the baby is startled because I have to maneuver so much to get the car seat out of the base.

I just got my product that is directly purchased from this website, and the product I received is an old car seat. It was manufactured on 2022 July. I have sent customer service request to Garco, three days later nobody has contacted me regarding this issue. So I decided to make this comment which my attack their attention to resolve my issue. I plan to use this product for 10 years, but Garco really disappointed me by shipping an old car seat to me.

This car seat was great for my son’s first 2 months, but now his head is squished in the thick, padded head rest area. He hates being in the car seat now, his ears fold forward, and he overheats in 10 minutes of being in the car.

This car seat has everything I didn’t know I needed. I’m a first time mom so when looking into travel systems I saw a nice jogger one from babytrend and decided on that after seeing the other options for jogger travel systems and the price points. While the jogger was nice and had a smooth ride, the material on both that and the car seat were almost like a cheap windbreaker type of material and it made my baby sweat within minutes and had him so uncomfortable. Once I saw this car seat I immediately had to order it. I got the Hamilton color and I absolutely love it. I also got the extend 2 fit convertible car seat in Hamilton for when he grows out of this infant seat and I love that they match and how good the color looks. The material on this seat is so soft and my baby is comfortable and not sweating bullets in it since the material feels like it’s also very breathable (I think it really helps that it’s not all black material too). With the other car seat I wished it had the option for a one handed adjustment so badly. Again, didn’t know how useful this was until actually having my baby and experiencing things firsthand. I do have to firmly press on the button for it to move, but nothing crazy or overly strenuous. I also love how it has little slots on each side to place the harness buckles and keep them out of the way when putting my baby in and taking him out, and the canopy is so easy to pull forward and back and it’s definitely silent (another feature I didn’t realize was so important with how easily my baby would wake up when adjusting the canopy in the old seat). The removable body support is great, I just wish the head support had some kind of removable padding option as well since my boy has been in the 99th percentile for length since birth and I think about 80th for weight so I don’t know how long it’ll be before he grows out of this seat. Because the head support can’t be removed I already have the headrest set to the highest setting, but I’m hopeful that once I remove at least the body support it’ll give a few more inches of room before we have to make the switch to his convertible seat. It’s definitely nice not having to take out and rethread the harness either way, this was a pain with the old seat having had to adjust it twice within a month timeframe. The snuglock feature on the base to make it extra secure, along with the rebound bar make me feel so much better as far as his safety in the seat when we’re out & about. I also love how easy it is to take this from the car to his stroller with the click connect feature. It definitely is nice to know the seat is securely locked in to the stroller and not just placed on it with a tie on strap. If Graco could somehow update this model to include removable padding on the head support it would without a question be a 5/5 star product! I wish I would’ve got this car seat from the start instead of 2 1/2 months in, since with the current head and body support it has my baby as a newborn weighing 8.5lbs & 21.5in long would’ve been so snug and so much more comfortable without his head bouncing around and I would’ve been able to get a little more use out of it than what I will be if he continues growing at the rate he is. I still have my fingers crossed that the removable body support gives us more use out of this though!

This product is easy to ensamble and is lightweight

All said and done this is a Graco seat and is still my preferred brand; HOWEVER, I am extremely disappointed that I paid near $100 extra for the DLX. It doesn’t fit in the click in strollers from other brands, it and while the padding is nice it doesn’t breathe at all. Baby is very hot every single ride.

I have twins so i got two. They are compatible with our stroller. On one of them, the button to lift the handle sticks and it’s very hard to use. Shipping was delayed and i am now being induced early so i don’t have time to send it back for replacement. The other one is perfect

Works good for when they are little my 5 month old is already gonna need a new car seat.. the headrest padding is too tight on his head and his ears are always folded over. I wish you could remove the padding or insert a different(smaller) headrest

Had this with my son. Tested a bunch of different brands and always came back to this specific one. It’s very easy to set up, clean and also very light even with a baby.

I like many features of this car seat. The single button handle release being the main one. But my baby is five weeks old and we have used the seat a handful of times. It doesn’t take very long for the seat padding to get hot and then I have to stop and take her out to cool off. I know I generally car seat padding gets warm but the placement of the warning labels is completely illogical. Because they aren’t fabric labels they get hot quickly and don’t promote air flow or heat distribution. Going to try adding a cloth seat cover or cooling pad.

The Velcro keeps detaching on one of the sides of the canopy. This seat is not good for newborn we have troubles getting a good fit for our son. I love the No rethread harness!

Baby isn’t here till October but from all the research I have done and now seeing it in person I am excited to use it!

Bought this car seat at the Buy Buy Baby sale. Overall it does the job for the price. Biggest complaint is the canopy doesn’t stay attached. It’s attached with velcro and comes undone often. Wish I could upgrade that piece.

I really wanted this carseat with the anti rebound bar because my city has some bad drivers so the added safety feature just made me feel more comfortable. I got the color Jocelyn which is so cute. It looks good. I love that it clicks into the base but also can be secured with the seat belt which makes for easy travel and car changes with the car seat. I also love that it can click into the stroller which is so convenient for quick errands when I don't feel like taking baby in and out of the seat. I'm seriously not looking forward to when I'll have to upgrade from the infant carseat which is soon. I only have a couple issues with the seat but they haven't dampened my view of the seat. The first and biggest is that for a seat that goes as low as 4lbs they have no real head support compared to other car seat models they have. My baby was born just over 5lbs so I was very happy this seat went that low so I could take my baby home but I was nervous any time she was in the car during the early months until she started getting better head control because of how tiny she was. My 2nd issue is that the one handed handle adjustment really isn't one handed as the button often gets stuck using one thumb and doesn't fully engage the release mechanism to be able to move it. I usually have to use both my thumbs using the joint to be able to push it in far enough to release it. Also the clearance for the handle and canopy is not as pictured. It's much less. To the point where I usually can't fully extend the canopy unless I push some of it past the handle because they actually touch. But I would say it gets like 95% extended with the handle up. Lastly the canopy it's scratches easily. Idk what it's made of but one day I got caught up while carrying the seat (may have been on the storm door trying to get out the house with my big old diaper bag...can't remember the details) and after bumping around and finally freeing myself I noticed the canopy had a big white scuff mark on it. All in all I really like this seat. It was easy to install and fairly easy to adjust. I like that the shoulder pads have velcro and can be removed for washing. Can't comment on the seat padding though as I fortunately haven't needed to do major cleaning until recently so I'll see how easy it is to remove that. I plan on keeping the seat for my next child so long as it doesn't expire before then. Probably should've gotten a neutral color but oh well.

My sweet boy was tiny when he came home and I was terrified of getting a car seat that wouldn’t hold him and keep him safe. This car seat held him perfectly and it’s continued to grow with him! He is only 7months but I absolutely love this seat. I ordered 2 bases one for mine and one for my husbands car and it’s my favorite thing being able to click him in and out!!!

By baby loves this carseat and so do I. Fits him perfectly. He falls asleep and stays asleep when he is in it. Hes very comfortable every time. I use it even if we are not in the car or even moving. Im assured he is safe and secure when i place him inside. Very sturdy carseat.

It is premium material! My baby absolutely loves it. She looks so comfortable in it. Since it it part of the Click Connect products, I was able to use it with the Graco Fast Action 2.0 stroller. You will not go wrong with this car seat.

Love how easy this is to tear down for cleaning, how fast it adjusts the height, how well it keeps our son's head in place, and the pockets to hold the hooks really comes in handy. I highly recommend this carseat.

Was nervous that this car seat wouldn't be compatible with the stroller that we have, but it works beautifully! So glad we could replace the expired car seat and not have to buy a whole new stroller system.

Super safe and secure. I feel great about my daughter being protected and comfortable. This was our third attempt at finding a suitable car seat and this is a WINNER. Much better than the other brands. It’s a keeper

This is a gift for my great-grandson. It was extremely sturdy and well built. It was a larger and heavier car seat than I expected. The fabric was beautiful, black. However, It would have been nice to have one in blue. My grandson found it easy to fit it into their compact car. Looks like the baby was comfortable.

First off, I feel this is perfectly safe. I have several minor complaints though. First, the base doesn’t sit quite straight in my car. If you’re installing in a middle seat, your car might not have LATCH in the middle seat, and you’ll need to use the seatbelt. If you have a combination seat/ shoulder belt; just know there are other designs/ brands of base that will work better with a standard seat belt. See my pictures for more detail, it’s complicated to explain. Second, the seat rattles in the base, and I know it’s not the base, because we have a different base in a different car, and it rattles in that one too. The sun shade also comes un-velcroed easily, and sits a little crooked (see picture). The seat pads are easy to take off to clean, but the fabric is difficult to get poo stains out of. The chest clip rattles a little bit when buckled, but it stays clipped. I’ve also noticed other brands of infant seat have better padding around the head, but it hasn’t been a big problem. The sun shade feels like cheap material, and it bunches at the top of the seat, to the point that I’m worried it might hit the baby’s head when they’re taller. I feel my baby is perfectly safe, but this is one item I wish I’d spent more money on to have a fancier car seat.

In a couple days I will have a 3 year old! 😭😭 but I've only used Graco car seats for my son. I feel like he's fully protected in their seats, he's comfortable and I know that hes safe in his car seat.

I loved this product I think it best fit in my car. My daughter looked very comfortable in it as well. It was super easy to buckle and unbuckles her as well.

This is by far my favorite car seat that I have used. It’s easy to change the straps. The base it so easy to install and the best part is you do. It have to take the whole car seat apart to wash the cover. I’ve now had this one and the older version. This is the only car seat I will buy now..

We bought this car seat for our daughter and at 5 months old need to purchase another seat. The headrest is not removable and has become to small. Unfortunately we purchased an extra base and now need to find a seat that is compatible or purchase a new system all together.

I’ve had it for 2 months And I don’t recommend it for a newborn the head support isn’t good for a newborn.

Among all Graco’s infant car seat models, this style (headrest and insert) is the best! It fit my 5lb newborn, and worked all the way until my child was 16 months old thanks to how tall the headrest can adjust. It didn’t cause slumping or bad head positioning like some of the other Graco models. The base is very easy to install. Only complaints are the weight (but I started to leave the seat in the car more when it was heavy) and the one handed handle adjust, while a GREAT concept, began to get stuck after 6 months of use and would be difficult sometimes to get past the second, semi-upright position to be moved all the way back out of the way.

This carseat is incredibly secure and we love it so far! Highly recommend

I am so glad that I purchased this car seat! I first purchased a safety first car seat and stroller bundle but when I got it the car seat had no padding and I did not feel safe having my newborn in it! This Graco car seat is AMAZING! My daughter was 5 lbs and this is exactly what I needed to make sure she is comfy and secure. Moms get this if you are in the fence about it being too cushioned it’s perfect for a newborn

Everything seemed fine until the latch buckle doesnt want to snap whenever baby is in the car seat and gets stuck and wont un snap to take it out of the base. Overall baby seems comfortable but factory manual on strapping the base to the car needs some realistic improvement. Almost didnt make it to our newborn’s follow up check up because her car seat wont snap into place.

We got this as a gift for our baby shower for our first baby. The first couple weeks the car seat got stuck in the base A handful of times. After about 3 months, the car seat was impossible to remove. We would have to take my son out of the car seat and afterwards, we were still unable to remove the car seat from the base. The front locks do not unhook. On multiple occasions, my husband and I had to take the base out with the car seat attached to try and get the car seat out. Even after bringing the base with the car seat attached into the house, we were still unable to get the car seat out. Will not be using again.

I bought this car seat for my newborn. The padding is thick and the car seat is well built. It clicks into the car seat base easily. The seat is a little heavy but light compared to some other infant carries I tried. The only con is the canopy can be difficult to use when the handle is in the upright position.

The velcro didn’t stick and the car seat arrived dented

This car seat seems very comfortable as my baby doesn’t seem uncomfortable in it and will nap regularly in it. During the summer months she didn’t seem to hot even when our truck ac wasn’t working in 70 degree weather. The visor is nice and quiet so it doesn’t wake her up when moving it and it will come quite a ways forward which is nice! My only real con that I have is that the handle has to click into each position, which gets annoying. I did wish that there was a newborn insert for it but it didn’t seem to bother my baby, for long trips I put a rolled up muslin blanket around her head. But overall it’s a simple easy car seat, I’m glad we got this one

The safety surround really prevents the straps from being able to be at or below baby’s shoulders for proper fit. Doesn’t seem The most comfortable; baby is kind of crammed in under the surround. The safety surround is quite large so I see there being more issues as he grows. We were drawn to the protection the safety surround would provide but only feel it has made the seat unsafe.

I returned the car seat unopened and still struggling to get my money refunded from Graco. Terrible company to work with, recommend going with a different one

We LOVE this car seat. It is the lightest weight thing you’ve ever held and the fabric is so soft! Easy to use and clean.

This is the carseat I chose based on features and company reputation. I registered the carseat as soon as I got it. My daughter is 4 and a half months old and over 6 weeks ago I submitted a claim for a broken seat clip and provided everything to the warranty department that was asked for with absolutely no resolution. I did the same again with no resolution only to get another letter asking for all the same information. I would not recommend this company because it doesn't seem that they stand behind their products. When the carseat is in its intended state I love it but as a mother it is very disheartening to ride around knowing something is broken even though your company has assured me that this is a common issue and is safe while awaiting the replacement. At this time I am still waiting.

I have not used yet as my baby isn't due until May, but I have taken it out of the box and looked at it I love how it has a zipper on the shade where you can have air movement while having shade up also like how it goes so low to keep the sun out of the babies eyes. I love how it's a one handle headrest instead of having to rethread the harness buckles

We purchased this for our baby in October, he was due in December. It was great at first but really it only lasted 4 months as the padding around the head isn't removable or adjustable it folds his ears forward and keeps them bent. You can fold ears back but any moventment causes them to fold again. But that's not the biggest issue we were putting carseat in car and we didn't hear all the clicks so we readjusted and tried again, still no clicks. We inspected carseat and somehow one of the safety clicks on the carseat was missing so now it's not longer safe to use. $269 for 4 months of use is ridiculous. Highly recommend choosing another carseat! I reached out to the company and haven't heard anything back. So disappointing.
