I just received these new pans. So far so.good. They are esthetically pleasing and heavy to hold, although a bit heavy.

I am most impressed by the ease of clean up. I follow the directions on using silicone utensils and cleaning by hand with hot water and soap. Pan is very sturdy and good looking, too. I haven't managed to get anything to stick to it.

We've been using non-stick pans for years (decades), but these pans are by far the BEST pans we have ever owned! Nothing sticks to them and they heat up very evenly. Plus, the handles are comfortable and don't seem to get hot when on the stove. So it's truly a win-win! Non-toxic option that actually works great!

The efficiency and ease is incredible. Using lower temperatures seems to be the key to having a great experience. Also, super easy to wash. Overall a great experience!

I have been cooking Indian vegetable curries or stir fries using this pan. It has been very easy to work with. It doesn't stick, very easy to clean, distributes hear evenly. Definitely recommend.

Lightweight and easy to handle but yet durable and easy to clean. Them being dishwasher safe is a plus!

These are certainly different than the conventional nonstick pans I replaced. Super slick surface and super easy to clean. I love the flat bottom for use on my glass top electric range, the pan heats evenly and completely. I did invest in some pan protectors and I’m happy I did.

We’ve been using these pants for a long time and especially if you treat them correctly using the right utensils and the correct cleaning procedure. They are the easiest to use and require so little cleanup. They make the cooking experience truly amazing. We just bought a whole other set of the pans and I won’t get anything else. I also love that you can have something clean and not coated and toxic chemicals that work so well.

This cookware is amazing! I have not cooked with anything like it. I love using it! The food does not stick at all and minimal oil is needed. Clean up has never been easier!!! Everyone should have this in their kitchen for sure!!!!

I did a lot of research into cookware suitable for induction stovetops and Green Pan always came out on top. That said, I think this cookware would work well for any stove top. With this set I can cook just about anything. Pay attention to Green Pan’s suggestion regarding cooking heat, they know what they’re talking about. The pans heat very evenly and are a joy to use. The quality is fantastic and cleans extremely well. Follow the instructions for care and use and you’ll be using these for a very long time.

I love these pans. This is my second time purchasing them.

So completely non-stick that I accidentally let some food slide onto the floor. I was used to my old "non-stick" pans, which were actually semi-non-stick. The ceramic surface is much better than the coated surface of my old pans. Also these pans distribute heat much better than my old ones so I can turn the heat lower and still get excellent browning and heating but wiithout as much oil vapor when I'm frying. My only complaint is that, due to their super slick surface, oil doesn't distribute evenly across the pan. It flows to the low points so I have to be sure to move food around while cooking to be sure it gets in the oil. Pretty minor issue and definitely not a deal breaker for me.

Haven't used all of the pans/skillets in our new set, but so far, they definitely perform as advertised. Cook well and clean up well. We tried a new recipe in the 10" sauce pan - we were supposed to coat the pan with butter, but forgot. No worries, product came out easy and clean up was a breeze. Would definately recommend!

My daughters both recommended the Valencia Pro Ceramic Nonstick Frypans. My husband and I love them! Wish we had known about them sooner. Cooking and cleanup is a breeze. No more sticking to burning food. My husband cooks more often now.

I purchased these in December and have been thoroughly enjoying them. Instructions say not to use spray oils because they will stain the pan (I did that on another ceramic pan) Use a tiny bit of oil on the pan and they are great. Making eggs and omelettes and they literally slide in the pan. Great quality! Love them!

Excellent product. Just wished it was easier to order additional saucepan lids. Like lids for 1 & 2 qt. saucepans. I purchased them on Amazon. But for some strange reason the saucepans didn't come with lids.even though they were greenpan merchandise.

This is my most favorite frying pan, and my 2nd GreenPan. I am replacing my collection of Calphalon pans. There is no comparison between the brands. GreenPan wins on all criteria. Love that this pan can one day be used for induction cooking.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Green Pan. The Valencia Pro cooking set is another example of excellent quality and safe cooking.

I just replaced my gas stove with an induction range. I had Green Pan cookware but it was not suitable for the new cooktop. I just started using these and they are phenomenal. Nothing sticks to them, they are easy to clean, and definitely work well on the new stove, although I'm still learning the nuances of that.

I purchased a GE Profile induction stove and wanted new pans that were also non-stick that was safe for use from chemicals. Valencia Pro hit all the marks and after reviewing the product and receiving the pans they have not disappointed. They heat up quickly on the induction stove top and are super easy to clean. Much easier than any ceramic pan I've purchased on Amazon just to try it out because I wasn't ready to commit.

I bought the pan as a gift for our niece. She was thrilled when she received it. She had done a lot of research searching for a quality non-PTFE pan. Although we didn't use it ourselves, her feedback was enough for us to order our own. It appears to be excellent qualify with a handle that won't loosen over time like some of the lesser frypans that I have seen.

We have had a set of GreenPan Valencia Pro Ceramic about 5 years now; I use them every day when I fix meals. I needed a larger skillet/sauté pan for bigger recipes this fit the bill. I love how even the heat conducts and clean up a so easy. I see a long life with any of the GreenPan products.

Beautiful color, well made, good heat distribution, frying pans have a slight rise in the center, not perfectly flat… no problem for sauces, but eggs go to the side.

My first experience with a ceramic pan—the Greenpan 12” skillet is fantastic, even heat distribution and silky slick surface. I love it so much I bought the 8” and 10”!!

GreenPan has always been on my radar, but I thought my other pans were good, so I wasn't up for the change. Eventually my favorite skillet for breakfast cooking needed to be replaced, and I chose the square skillet from GreenPan. This was so far beyond the "good" of my pans, the clock started ticking that day. So, after using the square skillet for about a year with no noticeable wear, I decided it was definitely worth the overall upgrade. Now I'm the proud owner of a whole GreenPan set, and couldn't be happier. I have a lovely thermador induction cooktop, and with these pans, the heating is so even, I feel like I'll probably never burn anything again.

Excellent set! Everything cooks so well in it. I used to always mess up my over easy eggs in my old pans, but these work so well that no part of the egg sticks and they flip so easily. I also feel good knowing that they are safe and non-toxic.
