A jolly jumper the issue is weight bearing before they are physically developmentally ready... I didn't leave him on there for long but he loved it and his fine... We were at the paediatric physio... it was emphasised that the use of a jolly jumper is absolutely not recommended for a variety of developmental reasons(spine, hips and posture)...

Yes i very very very much recommend it. Omg its amazing. Super safe in my opinion... I think the jolly jumper is much better at tiring Stella out... YES. Both of my kids love(d) it!! I've read several different places about the jolly jumper, whether it is good or bad, how long to put them in it per day... I've been putting my boy in it since he was just starting to stand...3.5months ish. It really helped him to position his feet correctly... I think all these stories come from parents who were neglectful and left their baby in it for hours... My mother is an occupational therapist, and she advises against those. I believe it has to do with the stress it can put on the joints... I think on the jolly jumper box it recommends no more than 15 minutes at a time...
