They really are the best. The thick ones or those folders with the weird rippled plastic feel? Ugh. The smoother, the better. I have really been impressed with the Smead brand. Not even gonna lie, manila folders seem like such a simple thing, but the Smead ones are significantly better. I’m tempted to just replace all my beige hanging files with Smead manila folders at this point.

Need help with manila file folders, please! So I've been slowly but surely organizing my files and purchased Smead manila file folders to sit inside my main hanging file folders... The only issue: the manila sub-folder sticks out of the top of the main hanging folder! What am I missing here?

I love Smead Viewables! My before and after: I have a portable plastic file box that I use for all my important papers. This is my second attempt at organizing it; the first try was a mess of manila folders and was hard to look at/ find anything. The Smead Viewables are a perfect fit and my papers now look beautiful!
