Have not open yet. So far, so good. Baby’s not arriving till around April 15. We got this (9 in 1) for our house when our grandaughter ‘visit us’ and along her growth. I build the bassinet (just me) so it was easy to asembled and follow the directions in the booklet. Beautiful finish. I got the musli, the Medi package and the warranty.

We got the Yuzu with the Pure Core Midi Mattress. I was washing the sheets after a blowout and left the mattress to air out (no cover/sheet), and my baby peed on it. It soaked through the cover and left a dark spot inside the mattress. I think the cover is more water-resistant than waterproof. So I wouldn't get the mattress wet. I wish I had put a waterproof pad on it.

Comparison of Babyletto Pure Core midi mattress to other brands
We have the Babyletto Yuzu and the Pure Core midi mattress. I think it's a good mattress, especially for the price. It's lightweight, Greenguard Gold certified, and I like that it doesn't have fiberglass. My only complaint is that it's a very tight fit in the crib, which makes sheet changes hard. I've heard the Newton is more breathable but heavier and more expensive. If you're looking for organic, Naturepedic is popular but pricey. For us, the Babyletto was the best mid-range option.

Mini crib mattress options for Babyletto Origami and safety considerations
I have an Origami and I use the Dream on Me pack and play mattress. It fits perfectly and is safe. The Babyletto Pure Core Midi is designed for midi cribs, not minis. For the Origami, you need a mini crib mattress, and a lot of people use the Dream on Me one because it's firm and fits well. I wouldn't use an aftermarket mattress that's not specifically labeled for mini cribs due to safety concerns.

I have the Babyletto Pure Core Midi Mattress with my Yuzu. It fits, but it's snug. I had to push it down a bit to get it in, but there's no gap, so it's safe. I do like that it's lightweight for changing sheets, but the tight fit can be annoying. Overall, I'm happy with it. No problems with off-gassing, and it's held up well for 8 months.

The Babyletto mini crib doesn't come with a mattress, you have to buy it separately. The Pure Core is the mattress they make for it. It has a waterproof cover, but I'd still use a waterproof pad because I've heard the inside can get wet and grow mold. It's a decent mattress, not too expensive, but it's not the most breathable. We've been happy with it for 5 months.

Review of Babyletto Yuzu crib and Pure Core Midi mattress with thoughts on firmness
We got the Pure Core Midi for the Yuzu. It's very firm, which is good for safe sleep. My baby seems fine on it, but I did add a thin quilted cotton mattress pad because it seemed a little hard to me. I know some say not to add anything, but it's breathable and doesn't change the firmness much. The mattress itself is light and easy to lift for crib sheet changes. I'd recommend it as a solid, affordable option.
