The tot bar is completely adjustable by just clipping it on anywhere you like! The seat has 3 easy recline settings adjustable by the push of a clearly red lever in the back.  It bounces easily and has a nice breathable mesh seat for baby. The clip part to keep baby in is just a toggle you push through. While I would prefer an actual clip,  it was easy to use and seems very secure.  The best part about this seat is it easily folds very flat for storage! The toys themselves unvelcro and the fabric seat is machine washable.
