I had this one and the fisher price snugapuppy. The FP is way more padded and comfortable imo. The bright starts one is more bare bones and the seat is more upright, my baby's head flopped forward in it. Also the vibrations are battery operated, FP plugs in.

I have the Bright Starts bouncer. It's lightweight, easy to move around the house, and cheap. My baby liked it for short periods but outgrew it by 4 months. Good for the price if you just need something basic.

I got the Bright Starts Playful Pinwheels. Super easy to set up, the vibration is gentle and quiet. Baby loves the toy bar. But the seat is not very plush, so it's best for short supervised periods. I'd say it's good until around 3 months.
