We have the Ingenuity swing 'n go and while it's not the most amazing swing, it does the job. The swing speeds aren't super strong, but it plays music and has a toy bar. It's fine for short periods to calm him down. We mainly use it as a place to put him when we need to do something.

So I just got the Ingenuity swing used and it doesn't swing on its own. I have to push it manually. The music plays but the swing doesn't move. Others mentioned it might be the power supply – try a 2A USB adapter instead of 1A. The swing needs a stronger power source for the magnetic mechanism.

Canadian parent warns against Ingenuity swing due to motor failure after 2 months; suggests Mamaroo instead
Do not recommend the Ingenuity. Ours broke after 2 months - the motor just stopped working and it would only swing if I pushed it manually. We returned it and got a Mamaroo instead which is more expensive but has been worth it. If you're set on a budget option I'd say try the Graco instead.
