We have the Regalo play yard and love it. It's huge compared to a pack n play and easy to put up and take down. We added a foam mat to the bottom. Only downside is it's a bit heavy to carry around, but fine for setting up in different rooms. The metal bars on the legs could use padding.

Regalo playpen recommended for its size and ease
I got the Regalo 6 panel play yard off Amazon. It's great! Sets up in seconds and folds flat. I use it in the living room and take it outside on the deck. Just put a blanket or mat under it if baby is on the grass or deck. My 10 month old has plenty of room to crawl around. I do wish the bottom had some cushion though.
