User reviews request for Silent Echoes highlights positive reception
It's the best thing they've done. It's progressive, melodic, technical, and crushingly heavy. It is a beautiful tribute to not only Chuck, but to Sean Reinert as well, and you can really feel that on the record. The drumming is absolutely phenomenal. The band is firing on all cylinders. This is the album they needed to make to be taken seriously, and they delivered. 10/10 (full review in comments).

Discussion of 'Condemned Identity' track and album expectations
This is awesome. Someone said it sounds like Gruesome covering Death covering Cynic and that's a perfect description. The production is fantastic; you can actually hear the bass. It's like a lost album from that era but with modern production. Can't wait for the full release.

Vinyl acquisition post with pressing and packaging feedback
Just got my copy today. The blood red vinyl looks great and the pressing is dead quiet. Nice thick gatefold jacket with a cool insert. Another solid release from Relapse. The album itself is fantastic—a great listen from start to finish. If you're a fan of later Death, this is a no-brainer.
