I bought this for my daughter who ended up having a c-section. Still, she found the briefs very comfortable and supportive (and plans to buy more) and will use the cooling pads over the suture area.

This kit had everything I needed after giving birth. The cooling pads feels great and helps with soreness. As well as the liners and healing foam. I definitely love the disposable underwear. I don’t have to worry about ruining any on my actual underwear while I’m healing. This really came in handy

I got this because I saw recommendations everywhere for it. I threw it in my hospital bag thinking nothing of it and soon to find out it was EVERYTHING that you needed and would get from the hospital but 100 times better! The hospital gown was so nice to keep covered but he accessible even for the epidural and it made it so I could walk around the halls and not be exposed! The peri bottle will be your best friend it sprays directly where aimed and makes using the bathroom as painless as possible. Then by the time I got home and the soreness started settling in the ice pack pads were the only reason I could sit down without screaming! Every FTM needs this kit…. Don’t even get me started on how great the lactation kit is!

I have never heard of this company until I was gifted the postpartum recovery essentials kit, and OMG, I fell head over heals. This was the best new mommy's gift I have received. It has helped so much and made recovery comforting. Definitely recommend their products for any mothers, especially new moms. Need a gift for baby shower, look no further. :D

All I can say is my vajay is saying heyyyyyyy! The packaging alone is a reason to buy it with the absolutely must needed laughs you will get just by reading the outer box. The items on the inside are AMAZING AND HOSPITAL GRADE! Meaning I seen no difference in the quality being lower than hospital grade. It was actually better with thr products in the fridababys postpartum recovery kit. The disposable undies are comfy and almost like your not wearing any. The ice packs are amazing too. I think I slept all night with one. Let me tell you, If you have stitches etc then definitely get this kit because there is nothing better than the items in this kit.

Having a new baby seems like everyone always gushes and provides clothes and cute stuff for the baby baby baby....but what about Mom? When I had my last 2 kids, man I wish this had existed! I had to make my own iced diapers and concoctions and sprays to try to regain the ability to barely waddle around my house easier after each V-delivery, stitches, etc. So, when I saw this I immediately got it for my best friend who is having her first baby soon! Whether she ends up having a V-birth or a C-section, this soothing amazing kit will have a lot of things that she can use to focus on her own wellness after the birth -- something our society tends to ignore or forget about. I'll update this review after she tells me how it goes, but she loved the gift and said she had NO idea from any birth classes that she'd need any of this stuff. All of the other moms at the shower were like, "Oh man I wish I'd had that with my last birth too!"

This kit is heaven sent all in one convenient package! Child birth is hard enough and the after care can be an even bigger challenge. I have never experienced such an easy kit for my postpartum care. As a mom of three I wish this type of an easy to use kit was around for my other two kiddos. I use to have to make my own after care products to achieve the relief I get from these same products. I love that this kit came with disposable underwear because I don't have to worry about ruining my own or having to find a pair that is comfortable with my sensitive tummy and down there area. What an awesome product! I love Frida products and their Postpartum Recovery Essentials Kit did not disappoint. The wipes and spray are wonderful on raw skin and the ice pads are perfect. They are big enough to cover the whole area and last for quite awhile. The mesh undies are comfortable, even on my swollen tummy and keep all the pads in place. The caddy kit keeps everything together and I keep it right next to my toilet so everything is easy to grab. Perfect kit with a few uses. Must have!

I got this for a friend who just had her baby. It is great because it has everything the hospital should give you and you have more of it if you have tearing. It has many things to decrease the inflammation and speed up healing. This is great especially if you are learning to balance having another kid in your home.

This Fridababy postpartum recovery kit is literally genius!! I have 4 kids ranging in age from 22 down to newborn and I'd never even heard of a padsicle until now! This kit comes with everything you need to heal and be comfortable after delivery. The disposable underwear was perfect and easy to use. Very comfortable to wear, I'm definitely gonna order more. I like that they are disposable because let's be real, delivery is messy and your quite a mess afterwards so use and toss is easy! The pads were easy to use and stayed cold for about 25-35 minutes. They helped a lot. The witch hazel liners and foam were the best. Easy to use, the liners were long enough and gave great relief. It all came in an awesome caddy to put on the back of your toilet so everything is in reach. It also came with an empty spot to put the peri bottle you get from the hospital. I will definitely be getting this for any baby showers I attend. It's the perfect set and so useful!

This kid was an absolute lifesaver when it came to after having my second child. The disposable underwear or a great addition to help with all of the aftermath, the maxipads were the perfect size and held up really well the cooling wipes with witch hazel were an absolute lifesaver to have. The healing phone really helped me heal a lot faster than without it. And my favorite part was the caddy that came with it to hold everything I definitely recommend for all new moms.

This kit was absolutely perfect for after a surgery in the “nether regions” that was not after labor and delivery. The caddy is a nice touch, but not essential. The ice packs last just long enough to give some relief and change out as doctor recommended. The foam didn’t have a weird smell and did help the itchiness from sutures. My only wish is that they had put a peri bottle in it, but I got that separately anyways.

This kit is everything! This kit includes items that nobody tells you about, which are imperative to have when it comes to healing, and speeding along recovery. The ice packs are nice and long and fit comfortably in your perianal area and are especially helpful if you tour during childbirth . The witch hazel wipes as well as the squirt bottle ensure that you can comfortably and safely clean your lady parts and leaves them feeling tolerable. This kit would be great in lieu of hospitals educating moms on these supplies. Yes they do a great job while you are in the hospital, however, they don’t always send you home with all of the supplies that are included in this kit. I cannot get over the fantastic quality of fridas items such as the nose booger syringe as well. Any first time or well seasoned mom will greatly benefit from this postpartum kit!!

When I left the hospital I had best essential forever.I love cooling wipes and foam are so helpful. This frida Kit is so much better than anything they have out there-which is very little. It’s about time that a company focuses on products for women related to the not fun after parts of labor.

I gave the kit to my sister in law who recently had a baby. This kit is good that it covers many of the new mother's needs. The boyshort briefs are good and disposable and a pad could easily be put in place. It is nice and airy and flexible but may tear after changing a pad too quickly. If you pull the pad off slowly this seems to keep it in place better. The wipes are nice and make your skin feel a little tingly. The instant ice pads are good to soothe the area too.The healing foam is good for pain as well. I would recommend it to others who have recently had a baby and who are expecting a baby soon.

I loved it very much because it really contains everything you need after childbirth, it contains the wipes, panties, spray, in short everything that a woman may need for her care, hygiene and to calm the pain a little, I am very happy to prove this product because it is something that every woman should take into account at the time of a new birth

This kit is AMAZING!!!! When I opened it and saw all of the amazing contents, I was thrilled! As I pulled everything out and extensively explained each use to my husband, he made many faces of disgust. I immediately said (in my stern voice), "if you had to pop out a human you'd be just as excited about this kit as I am". He immediately started looking more interested. I wish I had this kit when I had my son, my first child. I took most of these similar supplies from the hospital but I only got one or two of each and needed more almost as soon as I got home! This kit has it all! The only thing I wish it came with is the upside down cleanser bottle. It has a spot in the kit for it so I feel like it should just come with the kit and not be sold separately. I think the packaging and the items included were very well thought out. I think the postpartum kit was super helpful since as a first time mom I didn't know what I would need but knew I would have needs. So this was perfect for me and I used the items, they were all good quality and were helpful.

So perfect for all my needs. I really wish I would have came but the bottle but everything else was great. The underware are however a regular size which is a smidge to small for me but I gave them to a friend who says she has thoroughly enjoyed them and said they are super comfy.

I haven’t received this package which was sent by influenster but sharing my honest opinion because I have used this kit during my postpartum. As a first time mom I had no idea what to expect with delivery of my son. I had read all kinds of articles about things to help after delivery but most were "home remedies" that I would have to put a bunch of things or shop for a bunch of things to have what I would need. With this kit it delivers you everything you need to help recover all in one and even has a nice caddie that keeps it all organized on the back of the toilet. I received this kit in the mail anonymously from someone after we found out the devastating news that our son would die at birth. It felt like the kindest gesture that someone was looking ahead, and knew that delivery and PP recovery would bring lots of hurt, and would be the last of my concerns at the time. Now that I'm on the other side, and just finished our kit, I had to come on and leave a review. Every supply was necessary, and a favorite. Compared to the things given in the hospital, everything from Frida was much nicer, better smelling, and better quality. The fun and thoughtful branding was somehow encouraging too. In the midst of a tragic season, I felt like this kit was my little companion. Somehow helping me get through the painful physical recovery. Big thanks to Frida. Even though I got some of this stuff from the hospital, they didn’t send me home with much left over so I got this while I was still healing and it helped me tremendously for the extra couple weeks of healing, the only thing I wasn’t too fond of was the cooling pads they can be super cold at first making it a bit uncomfortable

I bought this as a new mom gift for my best friend and am very excited about it! I know these are products that will be used and appreciated and very glad this kit exists! I also bought the peri bottle separately and a few breast masks for her to try and she’s so excited for all of it! However I docked 1 star bc it is advertised as coming with a “caddy” but it means it just has a cardboard box “caddy” which is technically correct but feel misleading since cardboard products aren’t generally made of such a disposable material so that was a disappointment when opening it. However, I think it would be worth the expense regardless of if an actual caddy was included.

This kit is amazing. Two previous pregnancies and I never knew a kit like this existed. I so wish I had, though I'm glad I found this my third time around! First, the packaging/design is beautiful, feminine, and so smart. I love the realness to it. And second, it has all your must-haves for recovery. I especially love the cooling foam and cooling pad liners (life savers!). And the disposable underwear is a much better quality and much more comfortable than what the hospital gives you. I also think this would be a great gift from one mom to another (if you're close enough with the expecting mom). And even though I've gone through recovery before, this kit totally makes you worry less and feel more prepared.

This would make great for a baby shower gift for a new mommy. I cant wait to use it when I deliver in a few months.

I cannot express how much the Fridababy postpartum recovery kit is absolutely amazing. All of their products are great for my children but this kit for mommas afterbirth has set a new love. The kit comes with everything needed right after birth and has a holder to keep everything nice and tidy and sanitized. I always joked that is mommas needed something like this and here it is. I bought the water squirted bottle separate to add to the collection. I highly recommend and it’s the perfect baby shower gift. Rest for a speedy fast recovery!

I just bought this via Babylist in preparation for v delivery in 13 days. Sorta upset the kit is $52 (with tax) and it doesn't include the Peri Bottle but yet the kit has a space for it to be included.... I'm a single mom and someone was nice enough to pay the money for this kit but it doesn't come with an extremely vital part. I'll be ordering an off brand one from Amazon.

This box is a life saver and i was really looking forward to having it but unfortunately it was Missing items in the box

Thought this was going to be an easy way to get something as a first time mom to prepare for delivery. In looking at the more expensive box, myself and my partner thought that contained a few extras but this one had all the essentials. It definitely came as a surprise that this doesn’t contain part 1 of the 5 essential items, the bottle. Just have a nice space for one, a joke, and a note that it’s sold separately.
