Moderate granola moms debate Jolly Jumper safety and moderation
It is not great for hip and joint development and may lead to physical development delays that may require remediation with a physical therapist (toe walking/tight calves being one) that being said- Many many many babies have used them for years without problems. For me - I would use with moderation (maybe not daily, definitely for short periods of time, and definitely lots of other movement practice not in the jumper :) )

Science-based discussion on Jolly Jumper and infant development risks
We don’t use any containers for our baby (jolly jumper, exersaucer, etc) because the evidence shows they aren’t good for physical development. The biggest concern is hip dysplasia. Additionally, they can contribute to toe walking and delayed motor skills because they restrict natural movement patterns.

New parent seeks advice on Jolly Jumper worth
Our babies both loved the Jolly Jumper. We usually use it while we eat dinner as otherwise that becomes fussy time. Both our babies were really strong and had great neck control very early. I think we started using it around 4-5 months. 15-20mins max at a time. Pretty much everything has warnings about not being that great for baby these days because there are too many people who dont use things correctly/follow recomendations. If baby is strong enough a Jolly jumper is fine, used in moderation.

New parent asks if Jolly Jumper is worth it and shares positive experience
My baby is 8 months old and loves hers. I bought it second hand for $40. She started using it properly at around six months. I had her in it earlier than that but she couldn’t get the benefit until six months. Now we use it most days for about 20 mins. It does take up a lot of floor space (about as much as a large chair) so make sure you have a spot. Much less convenient if you have to fold it up after each use. I expect her to use it until about a year. So I would say that it lasts about six months. That’s why it’s better if you can get it second hand.

Parent of child with cerebral palsy finds Jolly Jumper beneficial
My 10 month old with CP loves his Jolly Jumper. It’s really helped strengthen his legs and core. We use it under the guidance of his physical therapist. The Super Stand is very sturdy and allows us to use it wherever we need.
