We bought the TeQsli 6 inch memory foam crib mattress... It felt comfortable at first, but the chemical smell was overwhelming and lasted weeks even with airing out. After 4 months, it started sagging in the middle where the baby sleeps. I wouldn't recommend it for a newborn because of the off-gassing and the sagging risk. For a toddler it might be okay if you're on a tight budget, but I wish we had just spent more for a safer option.

Honestly we cheaped out with a $100 mattress (TeQsli) with my first and regretted it... It sagged and he would roll into that spot. I found out later it might have fiberglass inside and the off-gassing was terrible. For my third we got the Newton and it's night and day difference. If you can't afford Newton, at least get something Greenguard Gold certified.

TeQsli durability issue and customer service complaint
I got the TeQsli crib mattress because it had so many good reviews and was cheap. After 6 months the foam is so indented you can see the shape of our toddler. The cover stitching also started coming apart. I tried to leave a review but they emailed me offering a refund to change it. Feels sketchy. Spend a little more and avoid the headache.

We have the TeQsli memory foam crib mattress and it's fine for the price. It's not as firm as the Newton and I do worry about breathability, but my daughter sleeps well on it. If I had a bigger budget I'd go Naturepedic, but for a second-hand crib setup or grandparent's house, TeQsli is decent. Just let it air out for a week before use.
