We tried so many and Bambo Nature are the winners. They don't have that weird chemical smell, they're thin but absorbent, and my baby's skin cleared up once we switched. Seventh Gen and Babyganics felt wet after a pee, but Bambo keeps the surface dry. Only con is you might need to size up sooner than the weight chart says.

Yes, they are legitimately non-toxic. Nordic Swan certified, TCF, and no harmful additives. We used them from size 1 and loved them, but size 2 was a bit tight, so we moved up early. Still less expensive than Honest and way better performance.
