I love this wok, I have never had a cooking pan that was really non-stick. I have used several kinds of non-stick pan. They were all less then advertised. Very high quality, easy to cook with and beautiful colors

Upgraded from T-Fal pans to these Spectra Hybrid pans and they've changed how I cook - for the Best! Following the guidelines from GreenPan, I've been preheating the pan and using only butter to taste as needed. My biggest takeaway has been that I now use my gas stove on low setting or slightly above low - not medium or higher. These pans heat quickly, hold the heat and cook efficiently - without food sticking at all. And after cooling, they are a breeze to clean. Highly Recommend!!

This has become our family’s favorite pan! It’s super easy to whip up a quick stir fry - the perfect size, no sticking, and easy to clean. I also love how the small handle stays cool, making it easy to pour into serving bowls.

I've tried them all (including Caraway) and the Spectra is the only one that works. My Caraway worked great for a month or so but quickly lost their non stick character.

This product was gifted but I needed to do a review cause they are SO SOOO GOOD. The quality is 10/10 The first thing I noticed is how nice and sturdy they feel not flimsy at all. They heat really evenly, which I love because I don’t end up with food half burned and half undercooked.The nonstick is really good. Eggs, pancakes, even cheese slide right off with very little oil, and cleanup is super easy. As a mom, that alone is a win because I don’t have time to scrub pans for 10 minutes.One of the biggest reasons I wanted to try them is that they’re PFAS-free, so I feel better cooking for my family knowing I’m not using traditional nonstick coatings.

We are very impressed by the Spectra Gold Thermobond Hybrid Ceramic Cookware Set. It has the convenient, non-toxic, non-stick properties that we were looking for, and is constructed very well with the stainless steel base. It feels very durable, and I like that there are not rivets inside in the pan for food to get stuck on. We plan to take very good care of these pans, and hope they last a long time.

I have never owned an egg pan this good. #1 The eggs simply don't stick to the surface, and sometimes its hard to fold an egg over because it just wants to slide around, amazing !! #2 There is no handle rivet inside the pan, so no extra cleaning, great feature. #3 The handle doesn't get hot, stays cool to the touch, nice #4 It both heats up and cools down very fast, efficient !! #5 i havent tried this, but its rated for very high temoerature use. #6 the edges/lip of the pan has a smooth, round edge, sleek #7 It really looks super cool !!

We are nearing retirement and my spouse is taking a greater interest in cooking. We've accumulated a hodgepodge of reasonably decent cookware over the years.....but it is all long in the tooth and wanted to get something new and durable (and not teflon) to enhance our cooking horizons. I hit gold with the Spectra Gold as a gift - she loves them. Interestingly, the biggest plus for her was the ability to use in the oven. I think more options for baking are on the horizon for her birthday!

What a great early Christmas surprise. This set is a joy to cook with. The coating makes for such an easy cleanup. But the ease of using them while cooking is much appreciated. Bright and shiny, nice weight, the lip for easy pouring and the smooth interior with no rivets to catch food. I'm looking forward to 2026 and many more years of trying out new recipes with this set.

The appearance and performance of this set exceeded my expectations! I love the updated gold-tone handles and the lack of rivets on the interior surfaces of the cookware is a bonus (well for me it's a must-have). The non-stick properties are just as promised, and the heating is even and perfect at a medium setting of my induction stove-top. I just returned from a week at my daughter's home where she has another well-known similar set (***clad) and my GreenPan set outperformed by a mile in the non-stick department. Well done, GreenPan! I'd give 6 stars if you had more pieces available individually - specifically a 12" fry pan. I want to add to my set, but not duplicate another just to get one piece.

I can't say enough good things about the Spectra Gold Thermobond Hybrid Ceramic Nonstick 10-Piece Cookware Set. It was not cheap, but I feel like it is the best set of cookware I have ever owned and a great value for the money. It holds heat well, it is the easiest cookware I have ever had to clean--so much so that sometimes I use it and can't tell if I have washed it or not--that has never happened before! It is also beautiful. I am looking at buying afew more pieces to fill my set!

These are definitely a step above the reserve line. Even though we still use the silicone cookware, it makes me feel a lot better that if we were to accidentally hit it with something metal, it’s not going to scratch. The reserve cookware lasted about three years before it just really started to look rough and we took really good care of it so hoping these will last longer. They feel a lot more solid and they look beautiful.

Got the spectra set thinking they might be better than our original green pans but didn't expect to be so impressed. Very non stick, very durable, and I really like the pans and pots rolled edges. Will be adding to our set with additional spectra pans.

I was gifted this frypan set by GreenPan and Influenster in exchange for my honest review. These pans honestly made me fall back in love with cooking. The pans are non stick, like I don't even need to scrub that hard at all to get leftover food off.. it just rinses off. I actually look forward to cooking because I know how easy clean up is afterwards. Not even eggs stick to the pan so that's really saying something. I didn't realize how important good cookware is untill I tried GreenPan. Also, the handles don't get hot at all during the cooking process. Looks great in the kitchen as well!

This was so so nice to cook my spinach stirfry. No sticking at all, and I like the shape of the design/pattern they use for the inner nonstick design. I will also add that the size and depth is amazing, so I am never worried about stuff flipping out of the pan. As for the pan itself, I really like the gold metal accents on the wok and lid. They feel heavy duty and of good quality. I will say if you can spring for the stainless steel hybrid wok, it's worth it for sure. My old one had issues heating evenly, but this one was a nice even heat even if a little slow to heat at first.

I was so excited to try these pans and they did NOT disappoint! These are now my favorite pans to use! Food does not stick and it makes clean up easy. We used 3lbs of meat in this pan and it all fit.

We absolutely love the versatility of these pans. We have tried other high end brands, and so far, Green Pan out performs them. Very easy day to day use, as well as great for getting those sears on steaks. Great for cooking fiah and veggies also.

I've worked with many brands, and even the more expensive "similar" brand with "hexes" on their skillets. These are absolutely as good if not better than those. They are truly non-stick, no matter what sauces or foods I'm cooking. The skillets get nice and hot for great browning and searing. They are also a great weight, not insanely heavy so you can't lift them, or so light you might question the quality. I really love these and would love to get the rest of the set - they're that good!

I absolutely love this pan and gets gold stars in all categories. Since getting this pan, I have used it for frying chicken, saute vegetables and used it in the oven. The non stick coating is probably the best coating in cookware I have ever used and everything I made came off easily. For frying, it was shallow enough that no splatter happened. And went into the the oven without the lid of course without issue. My favorite thing about this is that the handle doesn’t get hot!!

I tried those new 2pck greenpans with gold handles. I’ve got to say these two pans are extremely durable amazing and worth every penny. After trying them nothing sticks to the pan. The cleanup is a breeze and I just wiped them out with a paper towel once they cool, then I hand wash & dry. I couldn’t ask for anything better. 5 stars

I've been through several non-stick fry pans through the years with mixed results. These GreenPan fryers are easily the best pans I've ever used and I'm extremely pleased in their performance, heat distribution, non-stick surface and ultra-easy clean-up. I highly recommend this set for the serious cook, wow, they are as good as they say they are.

Had these pans for a few weeks now and they are excellent! They work great with induction stoves (other supposed induction compatible pans did not work well). They also sear and brown very well but so far have been completely non stick. They are heavy, well made, heat evenly and can handle tomato sauce - something that cast iron, carbon steel, aluminum or copper pans are not good for. These have been an ideal combination of versatility and non-stick performance.

I actually really love these pans so far! I love that it comes in a 2 pack. These pans are nonstick pans BUT are pfas free which is huge for my family since we try to cook mostly with stainless steel but it is really nice to have a healthy nonstick option for cooking things like eggs. They evenly cook my food and it's awesome that you can even cook in the oven with them. I love the gold detail so they are not only functional but also cute!

I use this pan almost daily and I LOVE it. I use to use ceramic pans but the ceramic stuff would chip off around the rim. Doesn’t happen with this pan because the rim is stainless steel. Love I can use any utensil. And also love the fact the inside is smooth — the bolts attaching the handle can’t be seen making the whole pan entirely smooth — so easy to clean!

These pans work beautifully ! The heat distribution is impressive, they are so versatile, and they are so pretty to look at. By far some of the nicest pans I've had in my lifetime. Easy to cook with, easy to clean meal came out great

February 2023, I purchased a Reserve 10-piece set, which worked well (not perfect) for cooking, but the white ceramic interior and rim of the frypans began to flake off after several months use. Still believing in GreenPan, April 2024, I purchased two replacement Reserve frypans in black. The interior and rim of those pans also began to flake off. July 2025, I purchased two 8" Spectra Thermobond Hybrid Ceramic frypans. While some cooks may complain about the heavier weight of the Spectra, I think it’s a significant benefit. The stainless steel is not going to chip. The new patterned ceramic interior on the base of the Spectra in my opinion is a much improved non-stick coating than the Reserve (I use olive oil or butter and I hand wash). I rate the Reserve a four out of five, but I give the Spectra a five out of five. Hopefully, the Spectra’s ceramic coating on the base of the pans will not flake off. I think the Spectra is modern looking and stylish.

We've had other GreenPan products for the last several years and have been pleased with them. Decided to try the Spectra Hybrid Line so we ordered the 8" Frypan as a test. We have been extremely pleased! The build quality feels very solid, and the pan performs as advertised. Non-stick works great, and we will be ordering the 10" and 12" pans as well (replacing our Valencia trio).

Perfect for eggs, which I bought it for. Cleans easily, nothing sticks.

Absolutely love this set and the quality is great. Please make lids to fit the 10" fry pan and a roaster. Also would love a steaming insert for the 8 quart stock pot!! A flat grill pan would be a great addition as well. Will buy all additions to match this set.

These are my go to pans for family dinners. I have a large multigenerational family that have a varied palate so we get to experiment with various cuisines.

The Greenpan Spectra 11 piece set is a really nice pot and pan set! It comes with every size pan and pot that I need to cook my family's meals. I really like the ceramic non stick design on the inside, it has been cooking everything nice and evenly and it's very easy to cook with. They are also easy to clean and still look new after using them everyday for the last month. The quality is super nice and these are very well made. They are a little on the heavy side but they are very great quality stainless steel because of this. If you're needing a new set of pots and pans I would definitely recommend this one! It comes with lids for most of the pots and I love the variety of sizes in this set. This would be a great set to upgrade if you have worn out pots and pans, and it would also make a great set to give someone who is moving out for the first time. I'm very happy to have these in my kitchen and I love using them everyday. I have no complaints about any of the pots or pans because they all work well clean well and cook everything perfectly!

We’ve had trouble finding nonstick pans that work effectively for a variety of dishes. These pans have a nice heavy base and are well made. We’ve had great results with these pans for sautéing, frying, and most importantly cooking eggs that don’t stick! Very happy with these.

I just moved into a townhouse and made my first meal using the 12” non stick pan. I had replaced another non stick pan. I have to say not only does it live up the top notch quality, it cleans so easily. I love it. Glad I made the change.

These pans are phenomenal! Food does not stick to it, I’ve cooked eggs, bacon, and steak on these pans and the results have been fantastic. I love how versatile this pan is, from searing my steak to sautéing my vegetables! They are easy to clean, maintain temperature evenly, and are quite durable in high heat. Very sturdy pans! No interior rivets for food to get stuck in. The lip on the edge of the pan is made so there’s no drips if you need to pour liquid out of the pans. They heat up really evenly also. Very happy with these!

This is a good pan, it’s not too heavy to hold the nonstick is working very well. I made a pancake. The two pans are both pretty big and I used this morning. Also, it’s interesting that the pattern sparkles.

These are some fantastic quality pans. They have a nice coating on them as well meaning they won't get gross or have things stick to them. They look very nice and they cook evenly and hold up well to a few different types of cooking methods. I did not have this brand of these pans on my radar. But I'm glad I do now.

These pans are amazing. I've never seen anything like them. I love the fact that I'm not cooking any toxins into my food. They are more metal utensil safe too. These are so easy to clean, the food comes right off. Whatever I cook with these comes out great and looks fabulous, the heat is evenly distributed throughout the pan. Beautiful pans, and thinking about buying more from this line.

I put this to the test by making sticky, saucy foods to see how anti stick it is. I thought all those "hex clad" technology stuff was just going to be a gimmick but it works. I even burned eggs on it a little and it came off. My husband loves these more than I do. The only thing I dislike is that you can scratch it if you store metal on top of them which makes it hard to store unless you hang them.

This is the best set I’ve ever owned and probably my favorite. As a low tox family we are constantly looking for ways to use less PFAs. If you know anything about cooking eggs and the sticky burnt residue-THIS SET DOES NOT HAVE THAT! 😍By far my favorite thing I’ve gotten this year!

These pans are heavy. I was pleasantly surprised at the weight of these pots and pans. I love that they have lids and are easy to clean. They distribute heat evenly and work just as well as my $500 pans.

These are such interesting pans and I’ve never used pans with a texture in them before. So far these have been really great though! I have yet to have anything stick. The cooking temp is pretty consistent across the pan. We’ve been using them as our daily pans and they’re working great. Super easy to clean and they look really nice since they are stainless. I still don’t 100% understand why the pans are made the way they are but they work great. We are big fans of green pan. We have a larger ceramic fry pan from them too which works great
